Rup’s service was amazing! She was really attentive and checked in with us towards the end of our meal. I liked that she didn’t interrupt us midway! The Sea Bass dish was delicious too, I heavily recommend it for any fish lovers.

Lovely restaurant and the food was nice, but not amazing. Had a booking for 7pm and was rushed throughout and left by 7.45 - the restaurant was not busy so unsure on why this happened. The tables are on the small side and too cramped to have multiple dishes on the table, hence our starters were removed before we had finished eating, to make space for our main which came out 5 mins after the starters.

The dining experience was so lovley here. The food was amazing and our sever PAT elevated the experience particularly.

It was my first time dining at Rosa Thai and it was an amazing experience, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff (Rup) and tasty and generous portion sizes. Will definitely be coming back but this time in my local city London.

Service was terrible, food was cold ,main course was brought out before starter's when this was pointed out to staff they just shrugged their shoulders

Delicious Thai food at Roza’s Restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Thai dining experience in Birmingham. Service by Nova and Rup were excellent.

Greeted front of house, average reception, requested a corner table was slotted at the end of the bar. Very compacted by chairs behind myself and partner, table also very wobbly. It was almost 20 minutes before a member of staff attended our table to take drinks and take food order. Initial waitress didn't listen as she missed off a cocktail. Food arrived another 15 minutes later, starter was extremely average, we had the sharing platter. Wouldn't have it again. Mains, this is where the resturant shined, Thai red curry and Prad Kra Prow both dishes I've had in Thailand, these dishes were exceptional. The waitress who brought out our mains was Nova, she was lovely, momemt she attended our table, service levels changed dramatically. Definitely room for improvement from other members of staff, but Nova was a credit to the resturant. Pleasure meeting her and thank you for allowing me to practice my Thai.

Have eaten at Rosa’s in London and was worried that the standards wouldn’t follow up to Birmingham, but everything was just as great. Rio was a great server and really attentive.

Very poor service. We were waiting for a long time without drinks. The gf selection was very limited. My starter was inedible. Mains were okay, very basic though. There didn't seem to be enough staff and for the price I would have expected more choice, better service, and a higher quality meal.
