3 pizzas the other night .terrible never again.went back here 30.6.24 let down again pizza rubbish donner meat burnt and covered in so much sauce it went in the bin never again nearly 2 hours for delivery as well

The pizza was disgusting. Literally like chewing gum. I chewed in my mouth, 16 times wallah. The dough is too chewy. And the crust is thin. Wasn’t worth it. Last alternative and I felt gassy , after chewing so many times My jaw hurts. Reminds me of SpongeBob crabby patty

A real nice place, which I noticed accidentally whilst walking past it. Looked really professional and clean and didn’t disappoint. I ordered a vegetarian Pizza with normal fries and a whole chicken to take out. The food was on the money. I would highly recommend this place especially if you like pizza!!The food is reasonably priced but not cheap but worth the money. The only disappointing thing was that they only took cash. Luckily I had cash on me. I went there about 2 months ago and it appeared to have opened very recently. Will be going back.

We came from london. We were walking past your shop then planned to go inside and try pizza. Pizza was so amazing and delicious. We will definitely try again.

First time I have tried the pizza from them as one of my friend has suggested me that it will be good. So I thought that I will have it on Friday to kick start the weekend but from the time I have eaten that I am experiencing something wrong in my stomach. Even my wife is also feeling the same. Generally I won't give any rating in Google but this has forced me to write as I am not able to sleep.

The Big Pizza Ferrero Rocher milkshake is simply delicious!!! Creamy and thick and not too sweet. I could have had another. Extremely good value for money.

Fully loaded fries are mouth watering delicious full of flavour. The smoke house burger is bursting with flavour its a melt in your mouth feeling and the kids pizza meal was a good size my little one loved it. Will be recommending this place to anyone i know.

After finding this place 4 weeks ago, love it. Have tried about 80% of the menu. Pizza are great Burgers are top Drink selection is great Staff on point Oh dont get me started to my new addiction the big pizza dough balls i rate these 10 10. Im here around 3 days a week. Smash Burgers tasted great. Both were prepared fresh and reasonably quickly. Staff were friendly. It's cash only payment but they do have a link to pay online from your mobile which whey send via text and it's quick and easy to put your card details in.

The pizza might be good but took forever for the order. Deffo not coming back.

What a brilliant addition to the Sheldon/Solihull area. Great menu, I have eaten from here on many occasions and love the ambience in the store. Everything looks clean, colours are vibrant and best thing is you can see the ingredients they put on your pizza. They have also introduced a new menu and I have to say the smash burgers, chicken dip burger and the donner meat are fantastic. Good to see a halal food shop that brings quality to the area. Top work guys. Hope you maintain the levels you have set.

I ordered through Ubereats initially. Unfortunately, the driver messed up the order by switching mine with someone else’s. I called the takeaway and they didn’t argue like most places do. In fact they were professional and told me I would receive a replacement right away. They didn’t just let me keep the wrong order they also sent me a extra meal as well. All which was very tasty and enjoyed by myself and my toddler. Delighted with their service. You don’t get many people with integrity these days. Bless the people working there and their business In’shaa’Allah. It’s not about the free food but the fact that their respect the money of their customers. I hope you prosper. Really good UK style pizza. As long as you don't go here expecting authentic neapolitan pizza you shouldn't be disappointed. Probably the best UK takeaway style pizza I've had, and the prices are quite reasonable too, only thing I'd say is the cheese could probably be better.

Lovely pizza ...The best pizza shop in birmingham. I wish they can do delivery more then 3 miles radius. I'm 3.8 miles away I have to go to collect my order.

Used for the first time, for collection. Very friendly service & a very clean open shop. The only visible issues was that the young guy taking all the orders & the CASH ONLY payments was also preparing all the pizza’s too. The other main thing to note is that the pizzas are NOT stone baked, they’re just put in an electric pizza oven on a conveyor belt. The food was average for us, it did the job but I won’t be rushing back, as there are plenty of other pizza places about over the road in Solihull. Parking is at a premium too on this busy stretch of road.

1st time visit. Customer service by staff on counter, superb! Warm welcome, however could see staff under pressure with many phone orders. Staff member was polite and corteous even during busy period amd did his best to give us a nice experience. This was a dine in visit. 2 stars for the Pizza, I am very particular on Pizza, I don't eat it frequently but when I want to, for me it has to be an authentic taste. This stonebaked pizza is nothing like the Wood Fired Pizza (The Triangle) in Solihull. The Triangle pizza have about 10-12 vegetarian options (halal meat eaters), but the flavour of the pizza and ingredients are superior. The Big Pizza, was about value for money, great for bulk eating orders, if you have a large family, pizza was overloaded with toppings, cheese was excessive, and after 3 slices, for me it felt like eating stodge...not what I wanted personally. Pizza was Hot in Temperature which was a plus point, unfortunately the pizza was similar to Caspian, value for money yes, they have marketed well for a certain market/clientele and that is fine, if the business runs well it must be the public enjoy that style of pizza and there is nothing wrong in that. Respectfully, I would not return back, I would take my money and spend at The Triangle. This is my opinion and mean no disrespect to thr establishment. The Big Pizza wont be for everyone, probably 2% of us. My wife, was eager to try this place as she prefers meat/chicken on Pizza, she would return here but again not frequently. From observation the business will do well and wish them all the best.

I thought I'd try this place because of the good reviews. I ordered a delivery of pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra cheese , weges and chicken wings. The pizza was luke warm, It looked like a dried up pizza from yesterday. I couldn't see any mushrooms and the cheese isn't mozzarella. It was dry like a leftover. I don't normally order pizza delivery, I usually have the frozen pizzas from supermarket and they are way better than this what I had. I was v.hungry and struggled to chew on a peice of salty cardboard. I wish i had filmed it on my phone now, but i didn't expect it to be so bad. I will never order from this place ever again.

We ate from this restaurant last night on our way back from Manchester and searched pizza restaurant's near us. Came up with The Big Pizza Sheldon. Was expecting a run of the mill naff pizza. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the premises. The very helpful and friendly staff. Quality of the base and the toppings. Halal and freshly made in a stone baked oven. We live in London and will definitely be going back. Unless you have plans of opening south of the border. Good luck and am sure will grow your customer base. Basit Kingston London

Family owned business that actually sells authentic stonebaked pizza - halal as well. Staff are really communicative and attentive in making sure you've had a good experience and I can say first hand that they go the extra mile to make sure you are more than satisfied with their service. Quality wise, with all due respect it's definitely better than its competitors in the area when it comes to Pizza. All freshly sauced and topped, and as you can see not dry or stingy with toppings at all. I had the family meal which comes with 2XL pizza's 2 Large Fries, Garlic Pizza and a bottle of drink - which was more than enough for my family of 5. The garlic and cheese bites had a good blend of flavour, soft but not too doughy and good in size too. Would defo recommend this to everyone local, especially with their quick delivery. Good hearted bunch of lads, who are easy and open to talk too. I will most definitely be going again soon

I've ordered a couple times now and Big Pizza is delicious! The pizza base makes a big difference and it doesn't feel as heavy as normal pizza, meaning more to enjoy! The fries are so crispy, and sauces compliment everything well. Delivery is always prompt through JustEat and the drivers are always polite and respectful of my home by closing my gate ☺️ Would highly recommend a visit and any pizza on the menu will have you coming back for more!

Finally a halal pizza place in Sheldon and even better stone baked! The prices are great. The XL pizza is huge, it is similar to pizza triangle, a little thicker and best of all not as saggy, larger and better priced. The staff are very helpful and nice. I went on the opening day and got 50% discount and got hooked. This is our go to place now when we are craving pizza. I can't believe how good the service is. I tried ordering online but somehow my payments were not going through so I rang the restaurant and ordered on the phone and they even offered me the same discount I was getting online. They said my order will be ready in 10 min and it was. I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

Superb experience and excellent food. I visited the big pizza on its opening day where there was an offer of 50% off. The vibe was something else. In all honesty the wait wasn't that long as their pizzas take only 3 minutes to come out of their stone baked pizza oven. There was various activities on their opening day including 360 camera booth, contests to win prizes outside as well as artists drawing caricatures, magician's and balloon artists. This was great to see as it kept everyone entertained. The staff were wearing colour co-ordinated uniform and were fully organised which was quite refreshing to see as usually within any other busy fast food place in Birmingham the behind the scenes would get hectic. It feels very nice to see your food is being prepared freshly and you can get to see the process of how they're making your food at first hand unlike many other pizzerias who tend to make the pizzas at the back. I ordered the meal for four and it actually was enough for four people. The meal included an extra large pizza, a large pizza, 1 large fries, 1 regular fries and a Pepsi bottle. The pizza was sublime, crispy and cheesy. I opted for the picante pollo and the pollo cremoso. This place didn't shy away from using ingredients as it was well worth the price that I had paid. I will totally recommend this place for anyone who wants good food at affordable prices as their prices seem quite reasonable for today's day and age where the cost of living is booming. Well done to The Big Pizza team as this has been the missing piece to the puzzle of Sheldon that we have finally found. 👏

Finally a stone baked pizza shop have opened up in sheldon. I have been wanting to see stone baked pizza shop like this for years and finally!!!! The food at the big pizza is fresh and very filling. The polo twist and the burgers as well as spicy wings has become a family favourite,Superb fresh and delicious So many options to choose from. I went on the opening day it was very busy , i knew i aint gonna get served in 10 mins, all i can say it was worth the wait, especially in this day and age with prices at all high and sky..who's gonna miss an opportunity 50% of everything offer, Very well managed and organised. The pizza is prepared right infront of your eye's,the decor is slick and refreshing . once you tried this place you will forget all the nonsense pizza shops which i never have rated. This place QUALITY over Quantity.... spend your money here you wont be disappointed!!!. Really recommend these guys. Great variety of food and customer service is on a next level. Lovely pizza, the chips were immaculate and cooked to perfection. The garlic dough balls were my favourite. Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall it was a great experience with excellent service, will definitely be coming back.

This was highly recommended by a friend and when the food arrived late I thought I'll have a word for feedback and unpleasant time. The owners soon started being disrespectful and started to advise me on hie a restaurant is run. I always say listen to a customer and dont get your ego involved.

Mi marido me recomendó este restaurante, ya que había visitado hace unos meses y estábamos cerca. Sin duda no nos decepcionó. Sólo opté por una supuesto, pero cada una de nuestras comidas eran excelentes. Mi hijo es un pollo al curry y experto dijo que era el mejor que había probado! Esta gran comida fue acompañada por el servicio más amable, fue discreto pero atento. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Este es un poco más caro que otros restaurantes indios en la zona, pero vale la pena. Hemos probado un par de sus platos especiales, (£11. 95 cada uno incluye nan) salmón y un mezclado grill tandoori. Ambos eran excelentes! El personal es muy atento y muy amable, la cerveza está fría y la comida es deliciosa. Sólo he marcado este 4 estrellas porque es un poco más caro y el ambiente es un poco tranquilo. Aparte de eso, es excelente y sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a la NEC.

First time at this restaurant and were told it was under new management. Staff were polite, attentive and professional. The fact that the food didn't come out within 5 minutes says it all; freshly cooked, hot, and very well presented. We were asked more than once if everything was to our satisfaction which it was. Service was second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you want good quality food and good service.

The restaurant has recently changed ownership they are trying to introduce new dishes and want to stamp their own individuality on the restaurant. Myself and three colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the food on our visit after a hard day at a trade show at the NEC.My colleagues all had traditional Indian cuisine which they all agreed was really excellent. I had an upset stomach so did not want anything too spicy so I joked to the waiter can I have Indian Fish and chips. Within minutes the Chef came to the table and said he would use the ingredients he has available to come up with something. What followed was a culinary delight. He had prepared Sea Bass cooked to perfection skin crispy the fish beautifully moist. The flavours were incredible. I asked to see the chef to find out how he had created such a wonderful dish.Onions and peppers chopped into small cubes cooked in Lemon and butter along with a little mustard the fish was on a bed of Chinese spinach along with superb crisp chips.This Chef is proud of his work and so he should he has real talent. The Manager/Owner were very polite and obliging as was the waiter who served us. Really hope things go well with the new owners the deserve every success.

Me and a couple of friends visited Sheldon spice after hearing it had been taken over by new management. It was a trip well worth it. For a Sunday evening their was a few people their what is always a good sign at a restaurant. For starter we all ordered lamb chops they were cooked to perfection. And then for main I had a chicken bhuna that was fantastic, we was never without drinks and we was even given a little something to take home what I ate the next day and that tasted great aswel.I will be paying this place a return visit top marks.

I heard good things about this place through friends who said it was much improved under the management of new owners so I thought I'd pop in for a meal. The welcome was warm with the Chef Owner coming out of the kitchen to mingle with the late night diners. I said I wasn't sure what to order and he said he'd make something completely new, especially for me. He asked me what I liked and I expressed a love of extremely hot lamb dishes. He said "I know exactly what you want" and hurried off to the kitchen. A short while later he presented me with "Devilled Five Chilli Lamb", a new and unique dish he had just created and it was spectacular! He used no less than five different varieties of chilli, braised spinach, peppers, incredibly tender lamb and a beguiling assortment of condiments and spices to craft a dish which I had never tasted before and enjoyed greatly. This was in fact the finest lamb dish I had ever tasted anywhere. Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend went here though we would compromise as I like Indian food and he likes steak as said steak house aswell thought brilliant service was good however food was shocking. The T bone should not be advertised as T bone as it only got the sirloin on the rump bit was missing when brought out to us and admittedly the did not charge us for it After we told them the meat on it was fatty in middle and poor quality meatI had chicken tikka main chicken was lovely however chips were cold and mushroom pilui rice was not the best all in all I would not recommend and somewhere we won't be visiting again any time soon
