For the price you literally can't complain top tier

Worst UK fried chicken in Birmingham. Rude staff, horrible food, very stingy on the fries. Charge £2.50 for large fries and give u half a box. Usually go to the 1 in Alum Rock which is 1000% times better. Only came here as I was running late. Never again. The place also looks grubby like they haven't cleaned up in ages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never im my life have i been to such a horrible place it was as if i was being tortured with every bite the food tastes like a curse the bread was so soggy and the chicken tasted like a wet sock. The fries tasted like wood and the hygene is appalling worst experience of my life

This place is good at times but yesterday 2nd May they had a new young lad with a terrible attitude working there who kept using his fingers without gloves he even was using his fingers on the salad and had given a really small amount of fries.

The staff are very polite. The food is cheap and very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Food on par with dixys fried chicken for fraction of price. £2.50 for chicken burger, fries and can. Cannot go wrong.

I've had an amazing experience in this shop. the food is great, delicious and very clean. The staff are very respectful and nice to their costumers and they make sure we have a comfortable atmosphere to eat in. The shop is also very clean and I liked how everything is so perfect about this shop. I will definately keep visiting and eat here. Hope this continues on being like this💯👍

Price is good, the food quality isn't good and also the workers are moody and not friendly. You have to keep reminding them to put the cheese on the burger early otherwise they would refuse to put it on later.

The chicken fillet in the bugers was tiny and rock hard solid, seemed like it was sitting there for a wile and be come like this. 4th April

I just order panini meal I was eating fries taste good when i taste panini OMG it was disgusting Smell in their chicken as i am working on same road i been there seen sone customers i thought respectfully i gave the food to the owner i said smell it he didn’t even smell and he said nothing nothing i said smell with your nose he took that back and came back he said there is nothing wrong but we can make a new one i said thanks I don’t need new just keep this one Too be honest please don’t look for cheap option they using completely rubish chicken and other stuff

Came from East London to try some chicken and chips. Service was excellent and food quality was brilliant. A wide selection of sauces compared to other PFC. Would recommend highly.
