Cake Box in Birmingham

How can you sent a parking ticket to customers for parking when 1 requires or order cake. shame on you.

0 not good at all. Not tasty full of cream no one like it ,will not buy again from cake box,also over priced and poor service

Customer service is non existent in this branch. That isn’t even the worst of if it. Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday party and the ‘fresh’ cream was off. It had a disgusting odour and It was humiliating and embarrassing in front of friends and family. I had only picked the cake up from then the evening prior to my daughters birthday. When I went to give the cake back and show them how awful it was they said their machine which makes the cream may be broken and they were fully aware of the issue but regardless still sold me a cake and let me pay for it knowing it wasn’t going to be right. very disappointed. this ruined my daughters birthday.

I was looking to purchase a great cake for a birthday, i was reccommended cakebox they did not dissapoint. Delicious cake beautiful design and great customer service from.staff will be sure to reccomend to others and use cakebox again

They may have great cakes but poor customer service at the Soho Rd branch in Birmingham. My mum was left waiting whilst a member of staff was on the phone for over 10 minutes, in the end she gave up waiting and left the store before she could purchase anything. Suggest your staff acknowledge their customers and consider having more than one member of staff on your shop front. You may be a large franchise but it is your customers who got you there.

Got a cake for my son's birthday. Very good cake and great price. The best part was it was eggless cake. All kids at the party enjoyed the cake.

I think by far the best cake I have had so far. Great quality fresh cream cake with immaculate piping work done by very expert staff. Perfect presentation made a fitting 'grand finale' for my occasion. Unparalleled taste of it left a long lasting memory of the celebration amongst my guests.
