My friend and I ordered the bombay pizza which wasn't as spicy as promised. We also got fries, garlic bread and a bottle of cola. The portion size of the fries and garlic bread were great value for money but would have preferred the fries to be a bit more golden. Will probably a different flavour next time :-)

Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza which doesn't taste close to a pizza as they applied a razor thin layer of cheese basically makes u think that you are munching on a piece of plain bread. And the so called "shawarma" is just a random sandwich. Not coming back !

I have just ordered XL pizza I have asked for chicken mushroom and olives, I have seen only cheese and bread,last time it was same thing they put beef as well on two pizza’s we have allergic with beef I have spok to them on the phone they said we owe you two pizza just now I said I don’t want the pizza but just make it nice this time please never done good, never pack again.

We ordered off Uber eats and they tried to claim they put the missing items in a different bag but when we confronted the driver they said Caspian had not handed them another bag. Shameful, won’t be ordering on Uber and Caspian. Appalling customer service we lost out on £5. Disgusting trying to blame the driver instead of taking accountability. Why would the driver want a coke bottle and two sauces be so for real.

Food tasted really good. But there is not even a wash basin and I personally don't like that.

Last week thought I'll order because it's my local ,didn't realise I had really bad upset stomach eating from this place, definitely not fresh also my friend had found hair in his food.

Food was still fresh and piping hot at 03:30am (they close at 4). Plus they have a 5 hygiene rating which is rare for Birmingham and prices are very reasonable especially for city centre.

So expensive 2 pieces of chicken £650 i ordered thincross pizza they sent different one , that's crazy

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shop was busy with all tables full of customers eating in. Order the meat disaster, it was nice with lots of tomato bass and cheese, but didn't have enough meat compared to other pizza places we've been to. The mixed kebab was delicious.

Tried their roast chicken and mushroom pizza and Cajun chicken panini. Both items tasted great. Great value for money. Served hot and fresh. Good seating place to enjoy your meal. Entire menu is halal which is a plus point.

We’ve there with kids but the man who take the orders was unprofessional and so rude because our kids was playing there and his behaviour wasn’t nice them to stopped them from playing.

Great deep pan type pizza, with lots of cheese. For one person I would get a small (8") as the next size up is hard to manage. Tables to eat at are basic but very handy for the hippodrome

I can not believe . I have bought these for so many years. I really don't want to support Caspian anymore when I heard that his worker works for the mosque and the mullahs. shame on you . The blood of our loved ones is on your hands, who vote and support the Islamic Republic. The same Behzad voted in 2021. I saw his photo and video. I want to spoil it here

I have been using this company for approx 10 years and have never been disappointed with the service that I have received. This is my go to place when I have finished a great night out. The staff are always brilliant and know what I want when I walk in.

Ate a regular cheese and tomato pizza and fries here after a night out, so was about 2:30am. Service was good (didn’t have to wait very long) and the food was as it should be, hot and tasty. Would definitely return again anytime.

If u are in Birmingham and haven’t tried that pizza - YOUR LOSE. Omgg. One of the best pizza in the UK ever!! So sad they don’t have the same one in London. I tried vegetarian one the biggest size with corn and mushrooms - was so delicious !!

Chicken wings were not chicken wings, a kebab was not a kebab and the fries were OK. The kebab meatb itself was good. Yet again the food was lacking. I hope f For more in the future. The food was slow too.

Don't get food from here if you are vegetarian, especially pizza. They use the same cutter for meat as they do for the vegetarian pizzas. You will get cross contamination with bits of meat on your food. Avoid.

Staff were very nice and the atmosphere was fine, but the pizza, truly awful. Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Absolute doughfest. Most of it ended up in the bin. If I was drunk, then maybe I’d have eaten it, but I’d not hold my breath.

Clean place, fast service but meat totally bland- no taste at all, hard to say what it supposed to be. Doner and shawarma both lack spices which is a real shame as it could be a really good place to eat.

Decent and cheap late night scrans. Recommend the chips - can’t go wrong with some low quality salty food. You can also see the queue for the 02 academy out the window which is convenient.

very disappointed in the wings and fried chicken in general. ordered some hot wings under the fried chicken section, thinking it would be legit fried hot wings, yet they were just boiled chicken pieces with hot sauce thrown on top of it. i think it’s a bit of false advertising, if it’s not fried chicken it shouldn’t be labelled as such.

The most rude service I ever received. We were 10+ people and wanted to sit in one long table so I asked employee if we can add a table that is not being used, he said "No, you cant do that, if you dont fit, sit in another table". He didn't even said sorry. Thats terrible customer service. I'm not coming back.

Best caspien in Birmingham. Ive ordered half chicken once or twice a week for a few weeks now and i consider this particular caspiens more consistently nicer and better value than nandos all day long!

Avoid this place food was very low quality food. Paid £5.50 for 2pcs chicken & chips bottle water. Chicken was very dry and burnt look bruised and had feathers. Did not eat it returned it back to shop owner did not apologise he challenged me with anger. I told him you keep your food and your money I don’t want refund. He quite happily accepted

Absolutely amazing food ordered today. Tasted even better than some of the over priced iranian restaurants in Birmingham. Enjoyed the food thoroughly, nice portion size and lovely flavours.

Stayed in city centre 3 nights and ate here 3 nights on way back to our hotel .. staff very friendly and food was tasty . The pizzas could do with more sauce and more cheese tho .. chicken burger and quarter pounder were both good .. the chips were really good chips

Food is cooked fresh and tasty however the prices advertised are not what you pay, if it says £7.99 on the board they will put £8 through on card this happens on every visit i can afford 1p 🤣 but you see my point ?

The workers are proper waste of time , I’ve waited 20 min for pizza meal , Then they realised no one put my order in the oven I checked with them about the order after 10 mins when I placed it one of the staff said brother it’s coming what shall I do . This place is appalling!!! The WORST PLACE TO ORDER ANYTHING DO NOT BOTHER!! They delivered my order at way out of my address that was clearly put there so instead of calling to deliver at my correct address he complained with it being “too far” then still decided to leave my order at a random place where it has no association with my address then contacted the dumb place to let them know that their delivery man has not delivered anything to me the person on the phone said my order can’t be found and he can’t do anything about it all they will do is take the money and literally not deliver ANYTHING correctly whilst I was speaking to the person on the phone all he kept doing was raising his voice whilst I told him the service is poor he continuously said thank you and made fun of the reason I called on top of that my partner decided to reach out to the customer service or whoever is copying and pasting the conversation solved no matter couldn’t give the our money back or delivery a new pizza which makes no sense whatsoever

Just received order!! Where do I start. Was told the price of order on phone 21.80. When we got stuff there was no pop but when rang they said took price of bottle off order ...Eh? 30p they took off as i was told to pay 21.50... when I rang they said they didn't charge me when they obviously did! Then opened burger.. no cheese on that I payed extra aswell!! ... then daughter opened hers she said no salad!!!! The kebab had salad in ..they said if we want other pop we have to pay 1.50 delivery charge!!! Joking arnt you??? Pop was 1.50... Very rude on phone and wouldn't help.. forgot stuff in order. Never again oh and the food was cold.
