The best restaurants in West Midlands

Met with friends for a meal the food was amazing I had the sea base with asparagus and gratin potatoes and a champagne veloute , the others had a carbonara and home made steak pie . Would recommend, need to try the Sunday lunch next x

Great little dessert place! Came across it by accident really but service is great and there are so many desserts to choose from. They even do Milkshakes, waffles, and jacket potatoes if you’re after something savour. It’s got a lovely 60s diner vibe , and a little back garden too

We hired Veerus as our wedding caterers. We went for a tasting and it was so good, the flavours were all there. Fast forward to the wedding day the canapés and the evening food was spot on HOWEVER the main food for the sit down meal was a huge let down. It was not what we tried at the food tasting, the rice was watery, the roti was burnt! The curry had no flavour and the sauce of it was so watery! the dhal was not buttery like when we had tried it and to top it off they used the most ridiculous serving plates ( you literally couldn’t fit anything in them) we had to ask for more food to be put in the bowls as there wasn’t enough to go around the table. Overall we were very disappointed especially as the sit down meal was not what we expected. We tried to raise with to Shevy ( the owner) but he wasn’t having none of it, and we have chased and chased and yet had no response! I wouldn’t recommend Veerus as wedding caterers ,so disappointing and they even turned up late on the wedding day!

A life saver for our family group, searching for an early Sunday breakfast and a warm haven after our holiday accommodation had no electricity for 24 hrs. They opened up early for us and served coffee until the chef was ready to provide a great English breakfast.

Great friendly place decent prices and good decent sized garden for sitting in the sun having a pint would highly recommend to anyone great entertainment every saturday night come along and give them a try

Used to be the best in Wyre Forest District, but not any more! Fish dry, batter soggy. What a shame, no longer worth driving in from Bewdley!

Sue and staff provided a cheerful atmosphere within easy walking distance of the Cathedral. A good selection of home made cakes and a good hot brew of tea. A well organised menu that changes each week. The Bodega will soon change hands.

Has to be the best food we have had for a good while,very generous portions,huge selection on the menu all very reasonably priced too.first class service,very polite,always willing to help and delivered within 8 miles that's more than most .highly recommended.

Great village pub with really good beer!

Went for coffee and cakes with my netball group last week. Miguel was really welcoming and the cakes were to die for. The cafe has a lovely ambience.

Fabulous food. Fabulous staff, so friendly and attentive. Beautifully decorated and very clean. I recommend this establishment very highly.

Lovely food, friendly staff good service, good delivered still hot.

We really enjoyed our visit to Tortugas in April 2024. Very tasty food, it is nice to visit a Craibbean restaurant, most tend to be cafe's. The food was excellent, with a great atmosphere. Will visit again when next in Worcester.
