Really awful. It was as if all the staff had never worked there a day in their life. Staff on the window were very clueless and didn’t care to ask our preferences when it came to sides and drinks and was overall very rude and dismissive. At the second window we were again talked to with no general manners and once again staff member was absolutely clueless. We were told to park and wait for our food and it took over 20minutes for the food to arrive, they forgot our drinks and we then had to ask to get them and then had to wait a further 10minutes to receive them. The food was very soggy, chips had little to no seasoning and overall customer service was very poor. Wouldn’t recommend
Yet again I had to return my food. It was simple order a bug mac with no pickle and extra cheese. I only paid 40p as it was one of my rewards abd maybe that's why they gave me a cold burger. But what ticks me off is I had to wait around 10 to 15 minutes which if I was in America would have alone ensured I didn't have yo pay anything but why when ever I say my food is cold do the staff insist on touching said food to see if I'm lying ? Ever heard the customer is always right? Plus they then magically appear with it but I said I don't want the one you just touched, microwaved and put back together I want a fresh one hot enough to eat and I'd quiteike it before the hour was up. Useless . Someone else there had ordered a plain burger and received one with sauce and lettuce. They couldn't get their head round all the lady wanted was a bun with a burger patty in on its own.
Honestly the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was stone cold, no dips or straws. Ordered through deliveroo (poor rider was sat waiting at restaurant for over 20 mins)
McDonalds couldn’t offer refund or new food and deliveroo only refunded £7 out of a £35 meal!!!!
Not the first time this mcdonalds has been awful but defo the last time I’m ever ordering at this one!
Convenient meeting place with plenty of parking. Not the best Starbucks Toilets out of order and inside need a good spruce up. food only a limited selection left .Its busy and obviously has difficulty in catering for large numbers of guests
Ordered take away. Was told 45 mins.

I phoned lees again. Asked how long would the fresh meal take.
They said another 45 mins.

Please, there are other good take aways in chippenham. Do yourself a favour and use them.
Incompetent staff member. Customer before us ended up with terrible product as half dropped on floor. Gloves left on to collect goods from store, take cash and make sandwich. Very poor standards.

Terrible experience at Keskins Takeaway (Chippenham). Ordered 10 pieces of wings, and they were cold and clearly pre-cooked, possibly from the day before or even earlier. The wings were shockingly thin with barely any meat on them – I’ve never seen anything like this, not in the UK or anywhere in the world. It honestly seemed like the chickens had some kind of issue. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the quality of food and service. I feel unwell now and couldn’t even finish the meal. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
Primera vez ordenando desde aquí, y no una gran primera impresión. Pagué más de 6 por esto (ver foto) y faltaba toda la ensalada. Intenté encontrar los datos de contacto del lugar, pero no tuve suerte. ! Realmente no me impresionó.
Food is good, head chef (alcoholic?) could do with less attitude though and show a bit more appreciation to her guests. An old grumpy man interrupted our dinner talking about the state of the country - very rude and put a downer on the overall experience.
I ordered coffee with full sugar hazelnut syrup. It tasted so heavily of artificial sweetener that I couldn't drink it. When I took it back the female I spoke to said they only had full sugar hazelnut syrup so it couldn't have sweetener in it as if I can't tell the difference between sugar and sweetener. She then waved a bottle of syrup at me as if to demonstrate what she was saying but far enough away that I couldn't read the label.
Her attitude was rude and unpleasant and she badly needs some customer service training.
It was my first visit to Melksham Costa and I shan't be going back.
¿Qué le has hecho a las papas fritas? Las nuevas papas fritas tienen un sabor muy malo. Hasta el punto de que no compraría en KFC hasta que ofrezcan una opción de dioses anticuados. ¿Y una baqueta en un cubo de gangas? No volveré a comprar por mucho tiempo.
We had two breakfast’s which were extremely basic and the food was all cold. They seem to use all Tesco’s lowest quality products. Will not be returning
