Food bland and didn’t taste right, couldn’t finish it! Within 8 hours I shivering, constantly on the loo and wanting to throw up!!

I regularly go here as the food is consistently good. They are always super busy which says it all. The issue with reviews is very few people leave a positive review, it is only when they have had a less than expected experience do they feel they have to tell people. Be assured this place rarely gets it wrong. The only issue for me is that I'm too far for their delivery drivers, so I always do pickup, and know that if I have ordered something deep fried to open the container slightly so things stay crispy, like salt and pepper squid. Always friendly and polite.

Unedable so called chicken balls . Avoid at all costs. Hopefully they will refund me when I call later

Most of the food was bland; not enough seasoning or spice. Spring rolls especially poor. The seafood chow mein had 9 bits of seafood which were well over cooked. The lemon chicken was chewy and the sauce tasted like it had been made from lemsip. The menu also says if you spend X £’s you get a free dish. I spent the money but no free dish as described on the menu. Really disappointed, won’t be back.

Ordered beef with black bean sauce, seaweed and seafood chow mein. Beef was so spicy was inedible, the seaweed so salty also inedible, the chow mein tasted bland but was sick a few hits later. Will certainly not be ordering again as even had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery.

My partner orders combo chicken, egg fried rice, sea weed, prawn toast and spring role, and it smelt like sewage water and tasted even worse! Not edible at all!! Won’t be surprise if we get I’ll from this nasty take away! Do not order from this restaurant!!!

Very disappointed with food. Took one bite and too salty the whole meal was awful I cannot stress how much salt in food. Rang and complained they would not refund. Wasted food in bin. Never again

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Food was overcooked verging burnt. Tasted awful. Sauces were all sickly sweet. Batter on the chicken was so thick it was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Threw most of it away and microwaved a ready meal instead. Ordered on Just Eat after seeing the positive reviews. Should have checked trip advisor first for accurate ones. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu and I don't have a single good thing to say about any of it. All of the food was luke warm, tasteless or missing. They got our order wrong and then charged us for the mistake. Worst Chinese in town

Just ordered takeaway and was under kooked the chicken was still raw and the rice hard. Curry sauce still had power lumps in it. Highly not not not recommended. Rude staff on the phone as well told us to f*** off. Will bo going to trading standards and h. S. E as they will kill sumone one day

Ordered food at 6...called at 9 and told they hadn’t even started cooking yet. Rude and obstructive...wouldn’t refund order. Couldn’t say when it would be ready. Not what you want after day working for NHS services

Avoid at all costs and timescales - ordered last night for two adults and two kids was told it would delivered in 40 mins to an hour - called you after an hour to be told the food was cooking - called back 30 mins later to be told the food was on its way (it’s a mile from the shop to our house) still no food called back to be told the driver couldn’t t find the address - why didn’t he call then??? Almost two hours later I drove to the shop to collect myself - the food was at next ok - never using this Chinese again !

Had a takeaway from here tonight through just eat and can honestly say it was 100% the worst Chinese I have ever experienced. All dishes apart from chicken balls had zero taste. One dish in particular (duck in garlic sauce) didn’t taste like meat and just fat. I advise people not to eat from this takeaway as you’ll be disappointed

We ordered via their website for delivery and the food never came. We even got an order number and email confirmation. We rang the shop and they said they don’t use the website it was the previous owners. Awful service and rude on the phone!!!!!

After 2 hours of being told on 2 separate occasions your order is on its way they finally admit we don’t have your order 😡😡😡.

Tuvimos amigos alrededor la noche anterior, con la noche entrando decidimos que una comida para llevar sería una buena idea. 4 adultos 3 niñosLa comida era deliciosa y había más que suficiente para todos.Cuando la señora del mostrador se dio cuenta de que me había cobrado demasiado, me devolvió el costo de un curry 5. 30. Yo no era el más sabio ya que no sumé mi pedido de antemano. Una señora muy honesta. gracias.¡Estaré comiendo de esta comida para llevar otra vez!

El pepino y la cebolleta para acompañar los rollos de pato estaban secos y amarillos y olían a viejo. Veg chow mein incomible (tal vez vegetales preparados ayer?). Al parecer, el pollo también era horrible. La salsa crujiente de pato y hoi sein es buena según los niños, pero tuve que salir y comprar un pepino.

Greasy, flavourless, gloopy!! Amazed how the chicken chop suey had the pink tinge of the sweet and sour sauce!! Spent the evening mainly in the bathroom with my head in the toilet!! Never again!!

the epitome of average. The food had a flavourless plastic sheen to it, except where you could taste the msg. Filling though.

I have ordered from menu and completely forgot to ask that I don't eat pork. The owner should add the ingredients on the menu. Just waste of money. Ordered soup as well. Unfortunately taste was horrible.

King's Wok consistently provides and delivers excellent take away Chinese food. The order is delivered quickly after ordering - or to time stipulated at busy times. They are helpful and the food is delicious and plentiful.

I've been to quite a few Chinese Takeaways in England and on the near-continent and I can say honestly that King's Wok is joint Number 1 on my list! The food is always fresh, hot and tasty and the service is always first-class. I go in fairly regularly and am treated in the most friendly manner but also, it seems, as a valued customer although I rarely spent more than a tenner! I should be very surprised to hear of dissatisfied customers although, inevitably, one restaurant's food doesn't always suit everyone. I'm a satisfied customer! Please remember it is purely a takeaway so some of the following questions don't apply.
