Just popped in for a cuppa and a snack box and wasn't disappointed

Characterless service station that could be anywhere in the UK, selling sanitised products and food. However the Costa mocha was nice and the toilet facilities were clean if you ignore the graffitti. Finally, the unique point. The car exit sign in the car park is completey obscured by another sign, same size placed 500mm in front of it. Brilliant planning!

Service without a smile. The chips were hot, so that was a bonus. The chicken was luke warm. Overall.....a mixed bag of an experience

Disgraceful service. After I ordered a burger and complained about the food, the guy at the counter didn’t even understand what the problem was. He didn’t bother to ask and just took the burger back, adding more barbecue sauce as if that would solve the issue. The disrespect and lack of care is worrying.

Awful attitude when I complained about everything being to spicy, even the chips were spicy. Couldn't eat the buffalo wings just burnt my mouth with the chilli. The spicy wings as part of the meal deal had no chicken just the off coating on bones Very disappointed, not your usual standard

the food was absolutely horrible the chicken was undercooked and was so salty it was hard to eat. It was also very messy the tables had rubbish all over them and all over the ground

What a miserable affair. So incredibly slow. Chicken was dry and old. Cleanliness terrible, with food splattered up the walls in seating area. Staff look like they would rather be anywhere else than here.

Had a banging meal here. I was 5th in the queue, food was hot and didn't take long to process. The guys working on the 27th Nov were spot on and efficient. Kids loved the play area and the tables were clean and we didn't see any mess anywhere. A pleasure to visit after the failed visits locally. It was a nice change

They couldn't get any slower if they stopped ... Absolutely ridiculous, 3 members of staff including kitchen staff on on a Friday lunchtime. £20 for 2 meals... I'd ask for a refund and go to another store but it would take too long! Avoid

Google Maps says the Westbound KFC is open at the services but only the Eastbound seems to be open.

They deserve the record for the slowest food service. Shocking, food cold, you could do up staffs shoes whilst they walk, that's how slow they move.

The furniture and tables were filthy and I had to clean the table myself. The fabric chairs were covered in grease. I’m pretty sure the mega box is supposed to come with gravy also but it didn’t ? The colonels meal only had drumsticks whereas you usually have 3 different pieces of chicken. Bins are all overflowing too?

They didn’t do gravy with the meals I’m really annoyed by this my day was ruined because of this……..

25/11. Coating on chicken was a bit dry and brittle. I had 4 pieces of original KFC (takeaway) and when I got back the cheeky sods serving had palmed me off with 4 drumsticks and not a mix of pieces. Really annoying so I'll have to remember to ask for "just white meat" . Maybe the touchscreen ordering system needs to have the option of choosing your mix of pieces or a free txt box to add requirements !

Restaurant was empty yet every single table and chair was filthy dirty. Food all over the floor & every bin over flowing. Food was also extremely salty! So salty that I couldn’t eat it. Also ordered a hot drink on the self order screen yet on collection of my order they didn’t actually have any hot drinks & offered no sort of refund for the missing drink.

Appalling. Don't go here however much you like KFC. You will have to wait for a very long time.went at 1 pm lunch, lots of orders being made on the electronic boards, queues building up BUT two, just two, staff to cook, serve and collate the orders. Both were grumpy, miserable. Then one had to stop serving and go to the stock room as they ran out of food. So nothing happened at all for ages. More delays. Awful as two staff only at busiest time of the day. Poor service don't go there.

AVOID - don’t ignore the terrible reviews. Waited 40 minutes for ‘fast food’ because the kids working there simply couldn’t be bothered. It was cold when it finally was served! People had been waiting longer than me and demanded a refund, absolute joke. Only go here if you’re unbearably craving a KFC and have an additional hour that you want to add to your journey!

I went for a meal last week..being an hgv driver I only had a 45min break.my order was 3222. A 3 piece meal..myself an four other people were in disbelief when ours were our own meals and order 3227, which was a bargain bucket for 4 was called forward.five orders after mine..we could not belive it...my order arrived 45 mins after I had placed my order.this is totally out of order. I did challenged the staff and was told this is how it comes up on the board....bs...I use KFC a lot and the orders come out as per order..and not on how much u order, leaving single meal orders waiting for the chicken to be cooked. I will never use leigh Delamere KFC ever again...and I have informed other hgv drivers to give u a wide berth.. 45 mins is all we have for a break..and not our waiting time for food

Needs 0 Star option. Run by kids... Been waiting 40 minutes already. Receipt won't print via the machine & they can't/won't reprint it so I can't claim it back via my company. The girl in the front desk has an attitude & is back chatting customers saying she's on her own but there hadn't been anytime even manning the desk for 20 of those 40 mins. Lotta irate customers cussing her out. To top that, the prices are extortionate even for a services.

Not one clean table in the whole restaurant. Only one ordering machine working. Won’t be back.

Popped in for kfc,one person on till and 1 person handing out orders,very slow in every way big queue,not ordered 1 zinger meal,3 piece strip with beans and corn on the cob.told no beans so paid for two corn.After a 20 minute wait our order was done.was told no corn so asked for it to be refunded.Went off to our camper and eat on the go.The bap on the burger was rock hard and crumbled as you bit into it.vile food really bad service.kfc get a grip

As working for hospitality, this place is by far the worst I’ve seen. We used the drive through and was served by Fiona, who was so rude, when she was asked what sides came with a meal. “No we’ve not got any beans” it wasn’t what was said that the issue was, it was the blunt, not caring attitude that came along with it.

Atrocious. It was actually painful watching stroppy teenagers make the most simple of tasks seem complicated and ridiculously slow. I would say they made a meal of it…… but they didn’t!!

Ordered 10 hot wings and when I've opened the bag, chips overturned on box, and I found only 9 pieces

Absolute shambles, If you consider fast food as taking 30 mins.... I think the cast of faulty towers would be better at this then these guys. BRING BACK MANUEL!

Possibly the slowest kfc ever! After waiting 20 odd minutes for our food it finally turned up we got to our table and 2 of the 3 burgers were still completely un cooked still very pink 🤮. Poor service when taken back too! Even the replacement burgers didn't look cooked!

Qued for 45 minutes even though it wasn’t majorly busy. Made my order than by the time I’d got to pay was told they didn’t have any chicken left. Do not recommend this kfc

After a long wait in the queue we realised they were understaffed and the staff were very apogetic and very helpful. A huge well done to all the staff who did everything to make sure we had what we needed.

Waited 45 minutes for undercooked chicken which gave me food poisoning for 2 days which completely ruined Christmas, shall never eat their again.

2nd trip up there since it opened, both times shut. At this rate with the poor service long queues and really random closing times it's going to fail. Well at least they won't have to worry about the car park being full. Honestly I'll stick with Trowbridge or Swindon hell even Bristol .sounds like you could get to Bristol and back before you get through that queue. So disappointed and my kids had a sad face on Christmas eve .Bad bad bad KFC!

I will definitely never go to this KFC because its built in the wrong place. It's way to small. Cars have been queuing from the mane road nearly causing fatalities.This KFC is very dangerous to the public. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS KFC. SAVE LIVES. KEEP SAFE THANK YOU

Good service here, food quality was good and so was customer service. Appears to be a lot better than the one on the A350 in chippenham.

Waited 30 minutes in a cue then told it was cash only…

We tried to get drive through earlier this evening. Queued for 45 minutes. Signs up saying ‘cash only’. In the end, our children were upset and hungry so we left the queue at the earliest opportunity. What was going on? Why did nobody approach the cars to let us know what was happening? A terrible experience.

I think Fiona should go back to customer service school. Our order was wrong, she was rude and a drink wasn't closed properly so as it was handed to me, spilt all over the inside of the car - she made it out to be my fault. Also the drinks tasted like metal so couldn't be drunk!

No set times for opening so it's closed as random times and open at others.
