Tesco Cafe in Wiltshire

Worst place I have ever been, no kids sandwiches on the pick n mix and told I can't just have a slice of bread instead without paying extra. Even though we already paid for a pick n mix that was missing the sandwich. Then they made the kids wait over an hour for their beens on toast, and got it wrong twice. From where we was sat we could see the head chef opening things in the kitchen with her teeth.

Dreadful. Bacon in roll really greasy, no cream for the coffee - and the state of the loos nearby were equally dire. The loo didn't even have a seat! What is the management doing about the cafe and loos here?

Been sat an hour waiting for breakfast with two young children dreadful . No staff skeleton menu .everyone complaining re long wait food sitting in hatch going cold .

Ordered 2 panini’s and one portion of chips . Very disappointing hardly any filling in panini’s and the chip were dull and tasteless, will not be returning.

so 3 times now that we have visited the cafe, and all 3 have been a disappointment, however today was the worst. we were the only ones there, at around 4pm, our meals took i think 15 mins to arrive and mine had a few items missing due to low stock, and mine arrived COLD.i spent 10 years in the kitchen at a known restaurant chain, and dealing with the limited amount of tables you should be able to cook fresh items with little effort.the items missing were expected as was told they were running low, however given my experience and knowing that these items were not cooked fresh and had likely been sat in the Bain-marie for the cooks entire shift, the beans were stone cold, i asked for 2 extra eggs due to the missing items and it came with one extra, the mushroom was barely able to cut through as it was rubbery, the bacon had seen better days as it was overcooked and flexi hard. and after waiting around 15 minutes or even 10 minutes, thats appalling factor that he literally would have just placed the items onto a hot plate. , when i complained about it, i was expecting something better than the lady just putting it into the microwave, which then cooked all the remaining moisture from the items, the eggs were overcooked, the mushroom was now even more rubbery, the fried bread was now like a rock, the bacon was so hard i was able to tap the knife onto it.i said to my mum, that even though ive been away from the kitchen for about 15-20 years, i could still step into that kitchen , cook fresh meals without a panic, given you have only at max 15 tables, and generally only half or even a 1/4 used during the shift. that sadly is just appalling. and makes me wonder if they are even trained, or even care about what they send out.tescos response was:thank you for confirming that for me. And, I am unsure why my colleagues would have done this, but I know there aren't many staff members on in one cafe sometimes and it can get very busy quite quickly, so this could be the reason behind it.

OKAY. . . . . Elegí un muffin de salmón con huevos revueltos. Para ser justos, fue agradable, aunque quería salsa holandesa, pero nuevamente no estaba disponible, ¡aunque la enorme tienda tesco está justo abajo!Francamente, lo siento por el pobre personal, el asistente que está en el mostrador está tomando pedidos, usó la caja y esperaba hacer cada pedido de bebida, no es de extrañar que la cola fuera larga, ¡tenía ganas de quitarme el abrigo y ayudarla!Mientras comía, observé que el personal de la cocina traía los pedidos a la mesa, ¿sin máscaras ni guantes ?, una señora corriendo limpiando mesas y limpiando y un asistente tomando pedidos / preparando bebidas, claramente estaban luchando. Impactante, esto fue a las 11. 30 am, Dios sabe cómo se las arreglan a la hora del almuerzo.Si quieres un bocado rápido, ahórrate el aggro y ve al macdonalds de al lado.

¡Guauu! Iba a escribir una reseña muy larga aquí para justificar cuán horrible es este lugar, pero por favor, solo miren lo que dicen los demás, ya que es un reflejo exacto. Por turno, 45 minutos para que una simple orden de servicio de la escotilla se enfriara ya que el personal no la tomó y al final los clientes intentaron ayudarse a sí mismos. Evite a menos que este sea el único lugar que pueda encontrar. E incluso entonces preferiría pasar hambre.

Shocking, not enough staff working waited 45 minutes for a simple microwaved macaroni cheese. Never again. My advice avoid.

Después de ir de compras decidió visitar la cafetería para el desayuno. Después de esperar 45 minutos (no ocupado) y ver al servidor caminar sin rumbo por el café murmurando para sí misma durante casi 5 minutos, le ofreció el desayuno a otra pareja, que mordió los platos y luego se dio cuenta de que no solo estaba mal, sino que ahora estaba frío. El servidor tomó platos y los dejó en una mesa vacía. El marido ahora muy hambriento pidió un reembolso. Pagó 17. 95 y le dijeron que podría recibir un reembolso por 7. 95) Discutió con la persona en la caja, por lo que luego le ofreció un reembolso de 12. 95! ! ! ! ! Todavía estoy confundido. Finalmente le dio el reembolso completo. Con mucho, la experiencia más traumática que jamás haya tenido en un café. Tesco necesita mirar el servicio al cliente. . . . . seriamente ?

-Burger was an ice hockey puck. -Bacon sandwich was on bread which had been sat under heat lamp so had gone hard. -jacket potato was not cooked through and raw 40 minutes of waiting for rubbish. Couldn’t care less staff attitude, dire.

No one in cafe - there was a kids offer in the cablinet by the door, not properly labelled, nothing clear, sample sandwich bags, disinterested staff -started to order but gave up and said we would go to Macdonals next door - member of staff wished us well! Complete waste of time - Tesco you must be able to do better!!!!!!

Fuimos a desayunar durante su estancia en Salisbury. A pesar de estar temprano un sábado, las mesas y el piso necesitaban limpieza. El personal no conocía las alergias y los artículos venían con sustituciones. ¿Cómo no puedes tener fruta fresca para panqueques en un supermercado? En general no fue una buena experiencia.

I had breakfast in Tesco today. The sausage was almost black on one side and completely uncooked on the other; the toast was cooked on one side and white on the other; the bottom of the egg was cooked but the top was not. This is definitely a place to avoid until Tesco can train their kitchen staff in some of the basics of cooking.

No staff to cook no forks no fruits no butter no seeded toast. Slow service. A gods view of the shopping masses then the till staff go off to the kitchen.

El café era absurdamente falto de personal con una espera de 10 minutos para tomar mi pedido. No había nadie delante de mí en la cola, pero solo había un hombre sirviendo y tenía demasiado que hacer. Las mesas no estaban despejadas y no había cubiertos limpios y las salsas se habían acabado. Después de hacer nuestro pedido, esperamos y esperamos. Después de media hora, el gerente vino a decirnos que el plato que mi esposa había pedido no estaba disponible. Esta es la cuarta vez consecutiva que hemos estado allí y el plato no estaba disponible. Después de 45 minutos noté que a las personas que vinieron después de nosotros les estaban sirviendo comidas cocinadas. Fui a la cocina para investigar y no habían comenzado la preparación de nuestra comida. En ese momento le dije al personal que no se molestara y nos íbamos. Tomó bastante esfuerzo recuperar nuestro dinero. Definitivamente evita este lugar.

I pop in sometimes for a coffee or lunch and I am always greeted by a very pleasant lady called Carol. Her customer service is excellent. It’s always clean and I am served without a wait.

Dont be mislead by the Cafe open until 7pm. They actually don't serve proper meals at 6pm. So don't go there expecting a decent meal.

We dropped in to kill some time over a coffee. Basic coffee with simple food. Open and airy over looking the displays
