The best restaurants in Wilton and Lower Wylye Valley Wiltshire South West

I ordered 3 dishes today for the first time. Delicious, fresh, large portions.

A splendid light lunch: both the two ciabattas were exceptionally good (roast beef and bacon Brie and cranberry) served with a crispy fresh salad along with a pot of perfectly cooked chips - super tasty! I tried the real ale brewed in nearby Downton and it was really very good. Lovely atmosphere and great staff make for pleasant visit. When the bill came there were some jelly beans with it - what a treat 🎉 Parking isn’t the easiest but we were lucky and got a spot right by the front door..

Every single thing we ate was beyond delicious. David was the consummate host, and Belle had the softest ears. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or accommodations. Thank you again so much!

Fantastic traditional English pub. Cosy and vibrant, very warm and welcoming. Live music and a buzzing atmosphere.

A fantastic find after a couple of hours out riding green lanes and byways with my friend John. Lovely friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts ever, can happily recommend this pace and will be back again soon. Freshly cooked, piping hot and very tasty fresh ingredients, the sausages especially!!

Popped in as we were driving past with friends. Had a lovely lunch with some fantastic home made quiches and lovely variety of fresh salads and roasted vegetables. Service was excellent and prompt. The farm shop attached had a wonderful selection of cakes, meats and cheeses. We just had to buy!

Amazing food all round. I’d say the pizza is definitely the clear winner though, being made all fresh! I was always amazed at the size of the sauce pot that I ordered additionally. They offered a great variety of pizzas and they catered to a large group perfectly! Service was brilliant and I love the little bar that’s out there as well!

Well it was a last minutes stop and so glad we did the hospitality was so welcoming and food was by fare way above your standered pub grub it was amazing will definitely be visiting Agen thank you very much hats off to you guys best pub food I have ever had amazing 💯 5* from me and my partner

We popped in this cafe during our 80 mile walk for some much needed hot food . The staff were fantastic, especially the waitress who couldn’t help us enough

Very good food, well presented and executed together with attention to detail, very nice staff and owner chef very pleasant to talk too. Well worth a visit this family run restaurant .

Lovely staff and wonderful cafe. We sat in the beautiful courtyard. Really great coffee and they offer dairy alternative for latte. Lots of choice for light lunch and delicious cakes. Dog friendly. I will be going back very soon.

I visit Reeve at least once a week, filled sandwiches are always fresh. Bread and pastries are fantastic, so lucky to have Robert and the team.

Lovely cafe on the main road , great friendly staff , great service lovely food. Would definitely recommend. Didn't have any cakes but they definitely looked good.
