We had a lovely lunch last Sunday. Roast sirloin of beef with a huge Yorkshire pud ! Starters were fab, beetroot & pear with goats cheese & a prawn cocktail. Front of house staff were professional & friendly , we very much enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to all at Ollies !

We nearly missed you. What ravishing reviews! As is often the case had been meaning to visit this fab little café but it's taken a message on Facebook to learn you're moving on. Excellent toasties today, generous fillings and delicious. Great coffee. Clearly supported by locals and regulars. Doggy friendly and thankfully no plastic plants! That alone is worth a star. A busy and atmospheric Saturday evening. The team here are always so welcoming and smiling. Quality ingredients vindicated by no nasty aftereffects the following morning. Very good value, especially for the range of good wines. A delicious king prawn dish, a creamy and melt in the mouth lamb dish. They now offer the more generic options for mass appeal. I'm afraid we have slipped a star on this occasion as both dishes were a little overcooked, whilst a nan mostly disintegrated to crumbs. 🇳🇿🇬🇧

So much choice and all beatifully cooked and presented Some of the desserts had too much cream for me to tolerate but the staff found differant options for me-nothing was too much trouble

Always excellent here. Food/ service/ atmosphere never a disappointment. I go for food I like and a relaxing, quiet break. Friendly staff. Very comfortable. Always look forward to dining here.

A lovely restaurant in so many ways. The food is both unusual and gorgeous and very well presented. the warm rolls on arrival and the schnapps at the end ensures a good beginning and end. The owner takes time to talk to everyone which makes it even more special

Great hotel: fantastic decor, lovely building, great breakfast and most importantly lovely hosts. Would definitely come again! Short walk down to the harbour and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay. Room was compact as stated but clean and adequate for our stay. Great location and owner was friendly and helpful.

We visited for the third year running and we have been happy with the hotel every time. The weekend deal is great, the food was excellent and the room pleasant. The staff are always welcoming and the evening entertainment is a bonus. It is close to Meadfoot Beach and walking distance to the town although it is quite a steep walk back but it can be done by bus that stops right outside the hotel.

Lovely night with great food this evening. Our hostess Tess was lovely and gave us a very attentive service and advice on wine.

Nettes kleines italienisches Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist gut, nach 10 Minuten bereits am Tisch, was bei frischer Zubereitung schwierig ist. Ein echter Kritikpunkt sind die völlig abgegriffenen Speisekarten. Die sollten dringend erneuert werden!

We have been here. A few times and come out tonight food was lovely, hot fresh tasty. We had a lovely waiter called Jose from Tenerife who was a great host and very friendly and professional. We will definitely come again. Zak
