Thankyou Kristy and Giles for accommodating our party of 13 today for our Book Club Christmas meal. We had a lovely afternoon. The food was excellent as always served to us by yourselves and your lovely, attentive and friendly staff. We wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

Visiting the area.. didn't have a clue where go or how to get there. Phoned and spoke to James who was brilliant and gave us massive help with public transport. Food and service was fabulous. Steak pie and hotpot both great. Bus stop just outside to take us a mile back to the campsite.. would recommend. Fantastic hosting.

Great Sunday Roast, beef on point, not overcooked.

We found this place by luck as we took a wrong turn! Had dinner and liked it so much we came back for dinner the following night. Great food with generous portions, very friendly and helpful staff, but not pushy. Good local beer and a nice atmosphere. Sensible prices and therefore very good value for money overall. We will definitely go there again when next in the Cheltenham area.

Well, where do I start the owners? Steve and K Steve is a traditional old school landlord fantastic communicator wife K is the chef what cook unbelievable food. all the staff, lovely and friendly if you’re lucky you’ll get to see Buster the Shetland pony casually walk through the bar. The menu was unbelievable. Will be coming again total load of people how good this place is.❤️❤️

Fantastic pub - we visit most Tuesdays for steak night. Steaks are excellent. Well run, good attentive staff, can't fault them

Stayed overnight at the Premier Inn on a meal deal, which normally includes a full breakfast. Restaurant closed no official reason given. Whitbread really know how to upset both staff and customers. Closing a large number of Beefeater restaurants will deter many regular Premier Inn. customers. Only advice we can offer is Better get a Travel Lodge.

1st check Large car park Full of commercial vehicles Entrance to hotel not clear or signs for disabled or guest/visitor parking Entrance located : possibly not suitable for wheelchair access Entrance foyer double doors closed , no button for wheelchair access alert Reception area :no seating Aroma in air of damp & dusty odour also Equity about bar , tea coffee : advised bar not open till after 4pm no tea & coffee No restaurant, Citroen food van outside is closed up . Main restaurant closed until refurbished- notes this has been referenced in prior reviews dating back 2 years Spoke to a guest : they had arrived night before & booking in was advised to be somewhat difficult due to additional cost above price paid in advance for room

Ordered via the app, when we got there it was really busy but quick CK service and wasn't waiting long always worth ordering on the app if you can
