Fabulous ambience and food to die for .Great welcome and lovely food and genuine china for a fabulous proper cup of tea.We have tried this fine place twice and have not been disappointed .We are so pleased that we have found our go to place in Newton Abbot. The homity pie was tasty and hot ,all came with a tasty coleslaw beautifully presented..

Do you like cider? Like, proper cider? Do you not like cider? Go here anyway. It's just marvellous. Charming place with knowledgeable cider-jockeys behind the jump. Just go, for Gawd's sake.

What an amazing place! The food is fantastic, really tasty and vibrant. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is very well decorated and exceptionally clean. To the lady managing the service, you are so beautiful and elegant. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

We ate early and the restaurant was quiet, which was fine with us. It began filling up before we left. We chatted with the staff and got excellent service. Food was very good.

I asked for the steak and onion baguette withe melted cheese and bbq sauce to make a bbq melt and wow. One of the best in a long time. This definitely should be on your menu . Yum !!!!!!! :-) 5*****

We have traveled from Leicestershire to Newton Abbot. The restaurant was beautiful and the food - esp the vegetarian mains were amazing. Definitely recommend. Staff were fab too.

Toasted mushroom and cheese panini- hot and freshly cooked, no flavour, tasted like cardboard, tinned mushrooms at £5.30 it’s a rip off. So many good places in Newton Abbot, will give this one a miss.

Lovely place for lunch! Wide selection of lunches including filled croissants or freshly made breakfast wraps and an amazing selection of homemade cakes!

Thank goodness ......decent cafe in the town. Great coffee and cakes. Will soon be back for an early breakfast at 8:00. Good prices too 😉

Food is excellent - tasty, quality, delicious and so good it's difficult not to over eat!

Favourite place...Senior fish 'n' chips and a cuppa added for nothing..gorgeous

We ordered a large family takeaway order. The food was well cooked, fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.
