Ordered two large doners and chips for delivery. It’s never going to be as fresh as when you go in and order as they will no doubt have a few orders together to deliver. A nice kebab with plenty of meat. Quite thinly sliced and I personally like a slightly thicker cut of meat. Be a little more generous with the sauce though guys! Loads of the meat was quite dry with only about a third of it with any sauce on. Will go in next time and request that.

The best kebab I have ever had! The flavours are incredible. Great, fast service. I will now never go anywhere else. So delicious! As for the bar, cheap drinks and great value for money. They have some brilliant music acts and a great vibe.

It is what it is, sports, beer and snap, what more do you want

We ordered a small and medium pizza. The food was really nice. But can you please explain after eating half of each pizza, we ended up with a small pizza again??

Decent sports bar,exactly what newton abbot needed,the food is fresh and tastes great,especially the famous kebabs,would highly recommend over market gate and the others.

Absolutely disappointed disgusting food. Ordered two mixed doner kebabs. Arrived home and what a surprise I had two lamb kebabs with some burn as black pieces of chicken one separate salad and one mixed with kebab. The chicken pieces where black like a charcoal. Call a place they promised send two chicken kebabs. We waited one all hour for what a surprise one small portion of meat partly dry as paper. Will def avoid this place I will rather go to Torquay to get proper kebab. They ruined evening. If I can give 0* I will do.

Honestly, you have to just try this place, especially the food, Mo is very well known locally and it is evident as to why….the shish and tandoori kebabs are amazing….fresh and very tasty

Was in area yesterday Sunday morning and passed here when it was tipping it down so popped in to get out rain. Ended up staying to watch Everton v West Ham. Really nice interior, plenty seats and tables and lots of large screens for Football and Cricket that was on. Barman who I assume was the owner as heard people calling him Sharpy was very friendly and welcoming. Chatted with some locals about the England v India and Everton v West Ham games that were being played. Pint of Cornish Sharps cider £3.90 which I thought was very reasonable. Definitely return if in area again.

As a female in a sports bar. The toilets are immaculate! Prosecco only £4.95 a glass and the food either eat in or take away is superb! Really pleasantly refreshing!

Great bar, nicely decorated. The staff are lovely and this place is great value for money. We will be back in soon :)

Getting better each time I pop in . Would like to see one big screen for the sports but I not been in whilst the football or rugby has been on to be fair so don't know if they already do that

Saw a post on Facebook that they were doing a Philly cheese steak so decided to pop down. Was absolutely blown away that it was £7 with fries and coleslaw, when it arrived it looked great. Went in for a bite and it was absolutely spot on, extremely good value for money and of a very decent quality! This gives in my opinion the best cheap dish in Newton a run for it money. Very impressed guys, keep up the good work. Also the girl behind the bar was super friendly and had an excellent sense of humour!

Everything was good ,except the advertised slow roasted belly pork ,pink in the middle and cold . If you advise slow roasted, make sure it is ,especially with pork . The young girl working was great ,instant refund. Very disappointed, as was really looking forward to it
