The best restaurants in Swindon South West

Terrible! I recently ordered from Burger Now in Swindon, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The delivery was incomplete, with a crucial part of the order missing. As a result, what did arrive was stone cold by the time it reached me. There's nothing worse than looking forward to a meal and then being let down by cold food and poor service. Given the mishap with the order, it’s clear that their attention to detail and customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. To be told given that I should ask for a refund tomorrow, DISGUSTING.

Went here for lunch in November we ordered or KFC chicken meals and I am very sad to say that none of the chicken had any of the flavours expected from KFC. Whilst it was cooked well there was no sign of any KFC seasoning on any of the selection of chicken we ordered. Very bad experience and will not be using KFC again if this is the best they can do. Terrible meal. They even nearly forgot the drinks despite repeating the order to me minutes earlier. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we could use it. In fairness to the cleaner she did a good job quickly, so thank you for that

So my husband went into greggs today for his lunch. What a waste of time, so he ordered 2 steak bakes, 4 sausage rolls, and a box of doughnuts 🍩 he handed over a £50 note to be told ' we do not take £50 notes ' he asked why 🤔 but she didn't know why. So he asked her for the head office number to ask them why. Without giving him a chance to pay by card, she took the goods away. Nice. He went back to work without lunch. He phoned head office, and the reason is because ' it would have taken too much change ' obviously greggs have too much trade to refuse money. He told them maybe put a sign on your window stating you do not take £50 notes and he would have had the choice to wait in the long queue or go elsewhere. Not good customer service, in my opinion 😕

Takeaway only but friendly staff and great service and the food was prepared quickly and was quite tasty for takeaway.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

The customer service was absolutely awful!! The two that popped out the most to us were Jean and Joseph. They didn’t pay any respect to us and acted like they had no clue what we were asking!! We are absolutely appalled with this behaviour !!

Just arrived home, with Chicken and stuffing stacker and chips, after 2 mouthfuls of the burger I nearly threw up !!! It was just a handful of disgusting tasteless mush!!! The chips were tasteless !!! Just binned the lot !!! Never again 😡😡😡

Always prompt with delivery. Great food, Great Price and Great Service. Cannot fault. Highly recommend when you want to have a night off cooking.

Literally always cold and/or wrong. Rude staff. Love BK but this branch is shocking. Go to McDonald’s or travel a little further and pay a little more for a service station BK.

The customer service was really bad, the lady was super rude and would purposely not ask things for your order that other subways would, the food was not good at all the bread was really stiff as-well would not recommend.

The poor service in here is beyond me and then when I opened my rapping the chips were COLD. Cold chips from a fish & chip shop is a first for me. Stay away there are loads of others in the town.

Worst chippy I have had for a long long time, cost £30 for what is £20 anywhere else, microwave pie, terrible sausage in batter. Used to be great little chippy, not now

Ordered the steak and cheese for the second time, last time it only had meat in half the sub, this time only had 2 TEASPOONS of meat in it, they must know how bad they are as when I went to complain, the telephone number doesn't work, terrible, avoid at all costs!

Would have given minus 5stars! ordered food on the 12th may whilst working in Swindon during “lockdown” and specifically ask the guy to put a copy of the receipt in the order so I can claim it back from work! and yes you guessed it they DID NOT PUT THE RECEIPT IN THEN ORDER🤬🤬🤬🤬 I’ve emailed them and phoned them and all they say is come and get it from the shop🤬🤬 How ignorant are these people do they not understand I do not live in Swindon. HOW BLOODY DIFFICULT IS IT TO EMAIL A COPY OF THE RECEIPT?!? WHY DO BUSINESSES GET IDIOTS TO RUN THEIR SHOPS😡🤬🤬🤬
