The customer service was really bad, the lady was super rude and would purposely not ask things for your order that other subways would, the food was not good at all the bread was really stiff as-well would not recommend.

we have visited the Swindon outlet subway, i have ordered kids meal the person who served Allina was super rude, the bread was burnt, she asked me what toppings i said veggie delight, selected corn (she put only 5 piece of corn literally i have counted, then olives and cucumber, i asked can you put some lettuce and she said only THREE is allowed, I am like i never heard of it, and then she closed, I said you didn't put any sauces and she said subway don't allow sauces its not my rule its subway rule , i never heard that she needs to learn customer service, I have been to so many subway, never heard that subway dont put sauce

Poor stale bread and poor service from the 2 girls - one was manager. She has no idea on customer service. On top of this the manager would not give me 2 paper cups for my young boys as they had a drink they wanted to share. She wanted to charge me 1.69 for each cup - this is after I already overspent on a foot long sub which was poor quality! I went to the mexican restaurant next door and the man happily gave me 2 paper cups and straws and I didn't even buy anything from their store! Just shows kindness goes a long way and what better better way to promote your brand. Overall I am getting sick of eating poor subs from subway

Bad service, rude and impatient people. Was also served a very poor portion of & regular wedges (see picture). They were tasteless and soggy as well. Will never go back again. Mind you, this was the first time I tried subway again after decades!

Had a Deliveroo bring it to the house. Order details were spot on. Delivery time was really quick. Quality was superb.

Ordered the steak and cheese for the second time, last time it only had meat in half the sub, this time only had 2 TEASPOONS of meat in it, they must know how bad they are as when I went to complain, the telephone number doesn't work, terrible, avoid at all costs!

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

Ordered some pizza they send me the wrong pizza, I had to call them and argue to have my pizza delivered properly and they make sure I send the wrong pizza back. Not only that I had to wait another 40mins to get my 2th pizza delivered Very poor customer service over the phone

This place only had one job... a simple burger and managed to get it wrong. Saturday night.. 10pm ish I needed food, Stopped here and ordered a few bits including a cheeseburger. Took 15-20 minutes and eventually food was ready. Collected the food and started walking back to my hotel. I got about 50yards down the road and hear someone calling me. One of the staff from pepes chasing down the road to tell me they have got my order wrong and put in a plain chicken burger and not the cheeseburger that I had ordered. He asked me to go back to the store with him so they could cook me the correct order. Having waited almost 20 minutes already I did not wish to walk back and wait another 20 minutes whilst the rest of the food got cold so I decliend his offer. He offered me 50% off my next order there which is pointless as out of town and visiting for 1 single night we live 100 miles away and going home the following morning. No offer of any other refun dfor the difference in cost etc.. Poor service
