Kfc in Swindon

Went here for lunch in November we ordered or KFC chicken meals and I am very sad to say that none of the chicken had any of the flavours expected from KFC. Whilst it was cooked well there was no sign of any KFC seasoning on any of the selection of chicken we ordered. Very bad experience and will not be using KFC again if this is the best they can do. Terrible meal. They even nearly forgot the drinks despite repeating the order to me minutes earlier. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we could use it. In fairness to the cleaner she did a good job quickly, so thank you for that

Lukewarm chicken, run out of salt, only diet/zero Pepsi available. Really disappointing. Handy location in the designer outlet though with plenty of seating.

Went here for a quick dinner after a long day at work. But they had no Twisters and no Krushems! Bit pointless really

Terrible food. Order not complete. Big thing with social distancing while in queue to order. Nothing in place for people waiting to receive orders. It was like a free for all. Tables filthy. Highchair disgustingly filthy, I mean old old dirt, not that days mess. Floor filthy. Staff didn't give a toss.

Visited and was told that there was next to nothing available which wasn't a great start. Then was served in quite a rude way, with very little thank yous. My wife found hairs in her rice box and which was horrible to find.

Very dirty tables and floors. I wasn’t given a receipt or asked if I wanted one I was charged full price to eat in on a Monday in August despite the ‘eat in to help out’ discount’, When I asked for it they said you have to spend £10 to qualify, which is not the case, there is no minimum spend as stated by the government scheme.

visited as a couple quick service even though it was very busy, only comment was the adding of 10p sugar tax onto the Pepsi which was not advertised anywhere. problem finding a seat when busy.

Staff very polite and provide quick service. The order was prepared accurately and served hot and tasted very good.

Difficult to think of anything better after a couple of hours of being dragged around the shop than a succulent KFC.

This is an easy place to run. But staff don't care and the portions are small. I had a fillet burger with a chicken strip instead of a fillet!

We went at lunch time,We order the chicken fried and find the chicken piece with feathers I told one of the stuff but he never care.i am sure that the way no one can eat.i will not be any more in kfc very bad service.
