Un hombre que sirve a través de la escotilla de seguridad lo atenderá después del horario de cierre diurno. \ tienda de garaje muy conveniente pero CARO!

Horrible service, rude, they wanna get rid of you instead of serving you. When we arrived I asked for a chocolate Frappuccino, the server cut me off with blunt “anything else“, I said can I have chocolate sauce but he cut me off again saying they don’t do chocolate sauce, I said in any other Starbucks they have, he answered they have but they call it mocha chocolate sauce which I didn’t think had to be pointed out exactly because I would’ve thought he knew what I meant. Then he cut me off again mid sentence with a blunt and rushed “anything else” which at this point I told him that he should be asking me if I want any cream, chocolate sauce etc but he just stood there without a care in the world. At this point I told him I didn’t want anything and left. Also just to be clear I was the only person in the store so there was no rush hour or multiple customers.

Excellent friendly Cafe, reasonably priced,very clean and fresh food. Lovely veiws over the Common.

Great Food and a special mention for the young man who served me. So nice to have a friendly face!

Foods usually great. Not this time. Requesting full refund. Driver went to churchdown which is 20 minutes away claiming he was outside and was angry on the phone only to turn up half hour later not even apologising. Ordered on just eat. Food was cold a you’d expect it being so late

Called in for a quick coffee and cake. Ridiculous ordering system. Waited 15 minutes for them to be brought to the table even though it wasn’t busy. When it finally arrived they’d brought the wrong coffee, completely forgotten the scone and the sugar (couldn’t help yourself) and because there was no choice of gluten free cakes I’d ordered toast, well done. It finally arrived barely toasted at all and the bread was awful! Won’t bother going back!!

Order placed at window told at next window food was not ready and to go to bay. Then lost order came to car after 15 minutes of waiting to ask if this slip of paper was are order which had been hand written. Then went back in to cook it.Poor service and certainly not fast food.

Worst NcDonalds ever been in - waited 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant . Clearly needs a new manager and seems utter chaos

With so many good cafes in Stroud, please do not be sentimental about this once wonderful cafe, or waste your money. Lockdown happened and the powers that be decided that it would be a great idea to sell inferior goods: Am I the only one who has noticed that fewer folk are sitting on their seats. The cakes and pastries are synthetic in looks and taste. Whoever is responsible for this disaster should be looking for a new job. The staff in Waitrose Stores are always delightful.

This takeaway is awful, such a shame as the new owners could’ve really made a success of it. The food is inconsistent so you never know if it will be ok or so salty that it is inedible. We’ve ordered several times hoping that we’ve just been unlucky but this last visit the salt and pepper chicken was beyond salty and garlicky… almost inedible, it made us all really ill. it’s sad not to support a local business but it’s not cheap and there are far better quality takeaways within driving distance so we will not be wasting our money or risking being ill again.

Great food Delivery excellent. Driver nice happy chap. Food was great. Large family. Catered for us all very well Hadn't used before, will be back!

We ordered our usual coffees, taste was like water, even I could not taste a milk..I request her to makes new ones, there was no apologise or any explanation, it was really rude communication I was request so gently, she must listen first whats wrong or just warm explanation I guess she need a bit training about how you can deal with your customers.Thanks for new coffees but it was same as before ones we couldn't drink them they gone straight away to bin.I can tell please don't waste your money there..Just a savage.

Ordered a delivery. Pizza was awful and the toppings were wrong. Called up and they said they can send a new one but I didn’t have time to wait. They just said ok then. I asked if I could get a refund on my next order but then they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Will never order from here again. Not worth the money.

Honestly food comes so late I have to put it in the microwave to heat it up again after delivery.
