The guy serving shouldn't be near customers!

Cold burger returned it and got given another cold burger with not even apology. Disgusting service and staff that couldn’t care less

I was quite disappointed with my visit to this KFC on June 20th at 4 pm. The staff seemed unprofessional and clueless about customer service. I asked to dine in, but they gave me a takeaway. There was no extra ketchup available, and the staff was very slow. The food was dreadful. It felt like a waste of time and money. I expect KFC will respond to this message with a generic thank you for my feedback and a hope to improve next time. Instead of replying with such platitudes, please focus on providing proper training to your employees.

The food was relatively good but obviously overpriced, and a few items weren't available. There were a lot of staff on their phones not doing a great deal while one or two did all the work. This left customers facing long lead times on getting their food

Scanner doesn't work so you can't get rewards or redeem anything

Standard motorway services KFC. Doesn't open until 12, so no early lunch. Very busy and not really enough staff employed.

Smallest piece of chicken I have ever had on a Zinger burger no mayo and 2 tiny pieces of Lettice

Order completely wrong and slow to correct. Not the best burger and chips either. We were there for 55 minutes too.

So incredibly overpriced. Taking advantage of customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Dirty toilets too.

Absolutely starving,we went for the 'Twister Wrap' lovely cooked chicken with a delicous spicy slightly hot sauce,crunchy pickled coleslaw, it also came with the 'smallest ever' bag of chips,about 12-15 chips,but they were lovely and hot,and with a pepsi max drink. No complaints at all the food was really good,and hot.Highly Recommended.

Only offer sugar free drinks, Can't drink. . .. skin on fries(yup).....

Small pieces of chicken compared to Coventry KFC. However, it is a lovely, friendly, and clean environment.

Not the most polite or enthusiastic service

Very long wait for order to be taken (couldn't use machines as I had vouchers, just watched the order list grow and grow ahead of my own) . One poor lass worked off her feet while the others stood around idle in the back Food rushed and poor quality , some cold.

Visited KFC North bound, beans where cold the young man took the beans back and gave me another one even these where colder. The management gave me a refund. The point of this review food not supposed to be below 63 degrees in hot holding cabinet, but they just microwave them to put in the hot holding cabinet. They are not checking temperature.

Rude unhelpful staff who got my order wrong more than once. No condiments or napkins. If you had said it was ran by a bunch of ten years olds I would have believed you.

Absolutely piss poor. Prices are extortionate compared to regular KFC. There were no other customers but the service was dreadfully slow. The young server couldn't work the till. There were no crushems available and ZERO trays to carry the food to our table. Possibly the worst KFC I've ever visited.

Food was pretty standard. To be expected with a chain. The speed of service is truly awful... again one or two people serving and sorting food. Takes 10's of minutes to get your order.

Truly aweful service. 1 young woman at the counter, customers 10 deep waiting to make an order and 3 young men in the kitchen area just stood chatting. I took my trade to Burger king who were excellent.

Honestly not sure how this place is still operating. The 5 men on shift were more bothered about entertaining themselves than actually working. None of the drinks machines were working, there were no napkins, and our order was completely wrong after an 18 minute wait.

ZERO STARS (you have to put one to be able to post) OMG 😲 I can't believe this place is still open, after waiting 10 mins in a queue because one of the order screens was out of order (and the one we used was covered in dried something.(like food braille for the blind). To then wait 35 mins for our order to come out (WRONG) with no apologies for the wait or the missing items or substituted items because they were out ( NO GRAVY, SO HERES SOME SWEET CHILLI). Overcooked corn ( TASTED LIKE HOT WATER), chips suffering from some seriouse erectile disfunction and the drinks were just brown coloured soda water. Add to that our burgers were slightly warmer than the mayonnaise supplied lightly dressed with orange tinted lettuce due to it being made a lot earlier in the day. Totaly disappointed in that place and in myself for not reading the reviews first, which funnily enough repeat the same as above. Couldn't be arsed to get a refund so I stopped three other families waiting to go through the same rigmarole as we did. That was my good deed for the day 😌. N.B Head office need to sort the staff out in that place as they are laughing at you.

Popped in on way back from a funeral 25 minutes we waited for our order the staff have no interest in what they are doing the food was cold the chap that was doing the food had a huge head of hair hanging out of his cap this place clearly lacks any form of management won’t be returning here

Waiting time was shockingly long despite been empty and to top it off when I say down to eat the Chicken was super dry as if it had been stood keeping warm for ages

Good little KFC with pleasant, friendly staff. Eating area is shared with other shops, but was clean & well looked after.

Waited 5 minutes at the desk and wasn't even talked to. Left without ordering. Looks like they only had 2 staff and over ten customers waiting for food. Staff were fine, just clearly understaffed here.

Over priced and had a latte without coffee... Yup cup of hot milk!! To late to go back when you're halfway up the M5

Ordering machines do not work. Having waited to order at the counter for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, I asked if they were still serving. I was greeted with a harsh 'with you in a minute' and a look that was not friendly! Not like they are busy. They were all in the kitchen having a sing along. Worst KFC in the world.

Going in for a KFC after a along journey and you go in and order and the staff member says sorry we haven't got any chicken and we will not be cooking anything (why are you open then!! ) very poor service manger was no help...don't bother going to this KFC🤬😡

Arrived at 9.55am and was told they opened at 10am so I hung around 5 mins until 10 then was completely ignored until 10.07 while the guy sat on his phone in the little room you can see from the left of the back kitchen. When I piped up and asked if they were serving he looked up and told me another 15 minutes because a member of staff had yet to arrive. I'd rate the place 0 if I could

Waited nearly 10 mins to get served, the young lady was working on her own I had a wing missing out of my mighty bucket. After the wait to get the food I couldn’t be bothered to wait again for another one! I will drive by or stop the service station before in future!!!!

Absolutely disgusting 3 meals for 19 pound half the wicked tower meal missing food cold meal for one the three pieces off chicken were no bigger then popcorn chicken u seriously need to look at this and the prices shocking

Having used this services twice (we thought that the first time was perhaps a bad day) we were disappointed to experience the same issue again. We ordered a meal from Burger King next door and the order took them no more than 5 minutes to serve (no queue due to the efficiency of the staff and time taken to complete orders). We were then waiting to be served (there were no other people queueing for food at this point) with 3 members of staff stood around the back by the fryers talking. Once we were noticed, we ordered the bargain bucket (other KFC's usually have the fried readily available). We had to wait 40 minutes for a bargain bucket and the chips to be cooked. The staff didn't appear overly pleased to see us, the eating area had a few tables with remnants of other peoples meals still on them (are the KFC staff expected to clean this or are there other cleaners available?) and the Burger King meal was stone cold by the time we went to eat (I have been brought up to eat with everyone and not for one person to eat because their food is still hot). The only reason that this establishment gets 1 star is because the food was piping hot when we received it! Will be using other KFC 'fast-food' establishments in the future to avoid having to wait so long for a meal!

What a rip off! Got the All Star BBQ Wrap meal, waited 20 minutes and what a disappointment. Fries were soggy with fat, the overall meal size looked suitable for a child, and the drink (extra £1.99) was a medium! If the pricing wasn't already disgraceful enough, there were several flies visible in the kitchen!

If you want to wait 20 minutes for "fast" food then this is your place. Slow service, mediocre food and tiny tables. Seriously just wait and go somewhere else.

I waited 50 minutes for my food and had to walk away and get something from Burger King, which took 5 mins. I had a 300 mile I couldn’t wait any longer. The amount of 1 star reviews on this place and obviously nothing is being done. I felt sorry for the staff because I don’t think it’s their fault and you could see they were stressed which came across as being rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! Has to be the worst customer service I've had. Food dumped on the counter with no tray, had to wait for drinks to be made after food, anyone with any brains would have the drinks ready when the food comes. I had to ask for a try and then it was slid accross the counter to me. Then had to go back and get the sauces that were missed. I wasn't the only customer quing with issues. 3 others with food missing and one customer convince there was human spit on his chicken. The area manager needs to seriously visit this place. I'm not surprised it the lowest Google rating. If I could rate lower I would.

Terrible meal, appalling service and crappy staff attitude. Ordered a zinger burger and a fillet. When boxing everything up they told us it would be another 8 minutes for the zinger so would i have a fillet instead. Chips were old, cold and soggy. Chicken pieces were dry and I'm willing to bet they should have been taken off quite some time ago. The boy in charge was 20 if he's lucky and obviously had no control over any of the staff who were doing what little they could be bothered with. Not one customer in there looked happy with their meal so save your money and stop somewhere else.

8 minutes ago Absolutely terrible service at KFC ... Order a whole meal and then once prepared they tell us there is no gravy. Why not tell us before hand? It really isn't difficult to tell people this prior to ordering. Wouldn't recommend the kfc in a million years, how hard can it be to have sufficient gravy? Obviously the workforce is lazy and lack the ability to communicate within their team as well as with their customers. Very poor indeed.

The worst KFC I've been to. KFC are always slow but there were 6 people in the queue in front of me and it took 50mins to finally get our order. Complete joke! Avoid at all costs. Even when we got the food, the fries were cold and soggy. Go to Burger King or Subway instead!

A pauling service, asked for a 3 piece meal, got 3 drum sticks took it back and they gave me another 3 drum sticks dripping in grease, told them too stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Run by idiots, on North bound service

Terrible experience, missed off my Large pot of beans.. went back in to complain then have me a bag with a pot in.. and had to go back again because it was a small beans!. Chicken looked like it was beeming out in the sun for weeks. Worse KFC ive ever visited.. should close this restaurant immediately, staff are to buy playing with there phones and chatting.
