Dominos in Stroud

Ordered a delivery. Pizza was awful and the toppings were wrong. Called up and they said they can send a new one but I didn’t have time to wait. They just said ok then. I asked if I could get a refund on my next order but then they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Will never order from here again. Not worth the money.

Placed an order for a family gathering in March. Pizza was hardly covered in the toppings, minimal items just thrown in one lump in the centre of the pizza base, the rest was a large area of burnt dark brown crust that was rock hard and inedible. The pizza was also given to us completely cold. Phoned the store, explained the issue with our order and they said "if you are not happy just leave a review, goodbye" and slammed the phone down. Tried to call back, no answer - ideally I would have liked to be offered a simple replacement. Of course mistakes can be made, but it's how you make things right again that matters. To be told "just leave a review goodbye" after trying to get help with a bad order is unacceptable. To pay good money for food that cannot be eaten is nothing short of theft. And to treat 'customers' with such utter insulting discontempt is a shameful way to operate a business. If their only advice to resolve things is to tell customers to 'just leave a review' here it is. Anyone ordering from Dominos should know that you are taking a real gamble with your money and you may not be purchasing anything like what you think!

delivery did not come, took 30 minuets on the phone to sort out and prove i actually bought my pizza as they could not stand a word i was saying even though i was extremely clear. absolutely awful

So, not had a bad one. So what do I expect as a good pizza? Gone through chemotherapy and I know my taste buds are not to be relied upon. Service awesome, delivery awesome (pizza steaming hot) what more can you ask? That why I can never give 5 stars across the board. We all need something to attain to x

This the reliable level of quality you expect from any Domino's branch. Here, the delivery is usually prompt, the staff friendly, and the food still hot on arrival. The collection experience is also good, with the food usually ready pretty quickly.

Pizza turned up smashed in the box no refund and over 1 hour to get it replaced and the boss didn't want to do that run by kids and poor management never will i ever order again buyers beware

Food was delivered late and was not as hot as it should be however the worst part is the driver calling for us to go to him to collect the food as there was no where to park. Absolute lie as there were 3 car spaces outside but he could not be bothered to park there and instead stayed in the car whilst we walked to him to get our food. Shocking behaviour and will think twice before ordering from them again

Made the mistake (again) of ordering online for home delivery. The wedges were ok but the pizzas we had were disgusting. My pepperoni had been slightly squashed in the box so topping mushy. Aside from that, too much sauce, barely any cheese. Gross! Really awful. My partner's was same, sauce overload, just disgusting. I used to have Domino's delivered when I lived in London and they were always good. Stroud franchise is without flair, without care, no passion for making a good quality pizza. This is the 2nd and last time I will buy from them. Just grim...

Can’t believe they only take card payment… Covid is officially over and cash can’t be used. Shame because was looking forward to buying a pizza with family. All was not lost as pizza place up the road took our cash.

Had a few issues ordering online…website had issues…persevered. Wanted a quick delivery as my usual Stroud Pizza takes a lot longer. Big mistake…waited an hour.Pizza arrived cold & wait for it…without cheese !!?? Have ordered there for ten years…with cheese. Called up to very politely to report the zero cheese situation The response I got was so blunt,unhelpful it was shocking. However this franchise belongs to needs to invest in some serious staff training. The worst customer service . I think the 2 star rating speaks for itself. Will never order from this Stroud Domino’s again.

We watched them on the map delivering 2 other orders before us are food turned up very cold the pizza was salty and well wasn't even cut properly we had to cut it ourself...was told there replace it but we have to wait over an hour!! Won't recommend them and i won't be returning

I have never tested a pizza so salty. The dough has so much salt in it.this is so dangerous to people's health.please please I beg you not to eat this.your health is more important.i am going to report them to health andsafety. Shame on you people who make them

Ordered pizza for delivery, still no sign of it an hour and half later and no one answering the phone.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken strippers and chicken kickers it turns up 45minutes later the pizzas are cold and cut terrible if you can say they where cut had to pull them apart wrong dips with the kickers rand the store and they said it’s cold due to the delivery time it’s unacceptable didn’t even offer to replace the order

Waited 2 hours for our food to arrive in which when it arrived was stone cold. I then called the dominos countless times with no answer, so I drove down to the establishment to a woman who wasn’t apologetic at all and her only excuse was that she is on her own with only one driver, which is completely ridiculous for a popular take away. She had no excuse to not answer the phone as she was not busy at all and is just pure laziness.

Very slow on collections. Stated 30 mins online, had to wait another 25 mins outside shop. Lots of other punters looking quite fedup with slow service. Think we will keep using Fat Toni next door

No idea I just walked past, never been in the place, Don't like pizza.

They took my money over the phone, I cancelled immediately as the delivery timescale was to long, I was told I would be refunded to my card, that was three weeks ago and no money. I've contacted customer services over and over and nobody will contact me or refund me.

They should be ashamed to call this dominos it's just a franchise one cold pizza also it annoys me that I can't have half and half pizza it's a liberty

I ordered a pizza and chicken wings to be delivered. It came quicker than the website had said, but with hindsight not sure this was a good thing. The pizza was nice, no problem. The chicken wings appeared to be cooked through but we're soggy rather than crispy and I had a terrible stomach for two days. My guess is they were reheated rather than cooked fresh and not heated through properly. I would rather have waited longer for my delivery and had fresh, crispy chicken wings!!

Pizza delivered was stone cold. Chicken wings cold and second one eaten tasted of fish. Delivery took an hour and a half

Ordered a pizza for collection. When ordering it said 12-15mins. Waited for app to tell me it was ready at about 25min. Went in masked up. To find absolute carnage. Not one staff member wearing masks. Staff all on top of each other, no distancing. Order wasn't ready. Had to wait outside, finally got pizza after half hour

Phoned to order NHS pizza with discount to be told that this is not accepted at this store. Women was very rude. She spoke with her manager who was also rude. Herd her in background.

Half way through my petsa earlier and a long black hair Aprox 12 inch long was cooked with it. Never again. So who ever worked there tonight with 12 inch long black hair GET A HAIR BAND OR HAT FFS.

You'll be paying more than it's worth but it's still good food, there's usually quite a long wait but it's not like you have anything better to do

I enjoyed their pizzas specially the BBQ one. The only reason I don't give 4 stars is because they couldn't deliver to my address. Apart from that is just one more pizza company.

Very upset today by the way I was spoken to by a member of staff in Stroud dominos pizza. I came in to collect my pizza and the person who greeted me was very rude and aggressive. In front of a lot of other people!, He asked me what name my order was under and I had told him my name , he repeatedly kept saying that my order was not there so what name did you order it under! He was quite aggressive toward me and it turned out my order was not quite ready, I told him that he was very rude ! He said he was was busy and stressed , that I’m Afraid doesn’t excuse you being so rude ! You don’t need to talk to people in such a way. You made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed.

Pizza is absolutely delicious toppings are a plenty, plenty of sauce too as this is the key ingredient in a pizza forget the rest the sauce is what can make or break a pizza! And there sauce is divine

Delicous pizzas, but it's hit and miss with this company. Sometimes they get orders wrong, take twice as long to make and or charge you the wrong price. For the reasons above, I'm only giving two stars!

Was not happy how long I had to wait .but my order on line three hours before I was going to pick it up and it was still not ready when I got there had loads off staff in to.plus it took a while before someone served me at the till

Pizza over 70 minutes late, and would have been longer if I hadn't called to check up on them. Pizza different to what I ordered. I remember now why I never order Domino's.

They forgot to give us the pizza and had to ask, however the pizza was very yummy in my tummy

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 12.16 it is now 14.23 and it is still not arrived. That is over 2 hours. I rang an hour ago to be to told it was out for delivery, only to be told when I rang 30 minutes later that it was not even prepared (spoke to the same man I may add) they have offered me £15 of off my next order which is meaningless as I will not be ordering from here again!!!!

Pizza is alright but could be done better delivery is slow most times which is annoying if you're really hungry.

Refuse to order from here until the sausage stuffed crust comes back on the menu

Ordered pizzas by phone Only one pizza arrived wanted £17.99 for i!!! So called large only 12inch Phoned to complain they then offered another pizza for 1p. !! Why didn’t they offer this offer when ordered. Will not be using again

Fisrt guy i spoke to was good. Said the manager was going to ring me back within an hour. 3 hours later I ring back due to not recieving a phone call and get a rude guy (apparrently the manager) on the phone.... Was asking to order £200 worth of pizza for a football club, so their loss!!

Awful. Ordered the winter deal which arrived on time but without our drinks, had to wait over an hour for the drinks to arrive by which point the food was all gone and it was pointless anyway.

Order completely wrong, tried contacting store but no answer. Also tried getting in touch with Dominos on twitter but no luck!

Other 1 star reviews are correct. 1 item was wrong which was for someone who didn't want pizza so they had nothing to eat, the pizza had no cheese and was stone cold. Like eating raw toppings on an old chewy piece of bread. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Never again.

ordered online, received one wrong item and another item missing, phoned store who were pretty useless.driver returned with missing item told him about the wrong item, seemed to not want to know but did say sorry and said he would get the store to give me a call back, still waiting on that. Wife had to cook something else after Domino's because of missing items, not the idea of a stress free, convenient meal we had in mind, won't be ordering again.

Pizza is fine service was okay. The guy who took our payment doesn't know how to do simple maths. Me and my friend were splitting a bill and the poor guy got really confused and also gave me the incorrect change. But I felt bad and didn't want to make a fuss over 25p.

If I could give it a ZERO star rating or Minus but I have to pay to do so I would just to stop any one being mugged off by this piss poor establishment! they need some sort of inspection because the way they conduct there premises and staff is more than Terrible!!!

Wouldn't eat this GMO food for free. Plus who is paying 18 pounds for 1 pizza. It's crazy behaviour.

Pretty much every time we order pizza from Dominos it is perfect - they are cooked quickly, if we go for delivery they are usually quick (of course there are busy times, but you can guess when that will be) and for collection they have always been quick. The ability to order online and vary the tiniest detail - like taking onion off and putting olives on - is great when you have fussy kids in the family.

On Friday 26 August 2016 we tried to order online "FEED 4 FOR £5 EACH" which is 2 Pizzas, Garlic Pizza Bread, Potato Wedges plus bottle of 1.25l Coca Cola as well as adding ice cream to the order. There flashed up an offer for, I think, 15% off, so when I tried to place the order I tried to use the code and it came up a message about the order wasn't the minimum amount - it was - this, I was told, when I had to phone the order through was because I was already using an offer - this isn't what the message said though (!) and that their IT dept was aware it was an issue and couldn't do anything about it. In the day of modern technology I find this hard to believe and just think Domino's are lazy. As for the food, one thing I found with this offer, as I find with every company that does offers, is that the toppings were bare minimum. Like they'd skimped because of THEIR offer! Poor show guys. Don't do offers if you are going to reduce quantity. On the plus size delivery was fast and the food was hot and great quality. Shame the online system and tightness with toppings let the side down.

Cheese is obviously an exspensive commodity at Domino's, which would also go some way in explaining their extortionate prices, because they certainly go sparingly with it!! You could see the pizza base on most of the pizza, poor considering its one of only 3 main ingredients and that they're a world wide company specialising in pizza!

Terrible been wait for over an hour in dominoes and still no sign of a pizza... if you like "fast" food dont bother

If you love Domino's delicious pizzas but live anywhere in the GL6 postcode area and would like delivery... don't bother! They don't deliver any more.

The Dominoes delivery bike rider (called Morgan as found out by his friend that he was more interested in talking to ) walked off without giving change even when I asked for it ... And this isn't the 1st time !!! .... Pizza was all over the box and stone cold, second pizza the same and looked half eaten... Never ever go to this Dominoes in Stroud, the way the driver rode his bike was also shocking and pathetic

Standard dominos experience. If you just want pizza you're better off going to fat tonis around the corner, much nicer rustic style pizza at good prices. If you like dominos style pizza or want wings/chicken too then stick to dominos

Ordered at 7.30 for 8pm delivery. Arrived at 8.01, piping hot and just as it should be. Delivery driver was really pleasant and did fantastically well to find our house. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Ordered a pizza on a Sunday night (a quiet time, we thought, so it should have arrived quickly). It took multiple (4+) phone calls to the manager and his minions before a lukewarm pizza turned up with no apology over 2 hours later. Your experience may differ, but I'll not be using them again.

ordered pizza and it was extreamly late still not arrived two hours after ordering... called the store ..no answer.... an up date on the service the food i ordered was NOT delivered i considder the stroud store as poorly managed i dont know if it under new management but every time i order the service is very late or just not delivered.. ordered again a week later and they called me to say that their ovens were under emergancy repair..and would be here in 15 mins.. 45 mins later no delivery.. still waiting so i called the store they claimed that they would be delivering 15 mins later .. 75 mins later no delivery.. an absolute joke disgusted with the service yet again ok so called dominos again and they didnt even have my adress ...or forgot or list my delivery they asked my adres again and asked where it was the guy who spoke very little english kept asking where my adress was even tho i stated it 3 times.. and said hes just leaving now... two hours after i ordered online... absolute joke this stroude serve is really gone down hill
