McDonald's in Stroud

I dont want to diss ter staff to much cos they always look busy when i go there but the milkshakes machine is often broken and always check your food before leaving the drive through. (inc inside boxs) I have had 3 instances in 2 years when i have picked up orders and drove home to find half a burger bun missing(twice) or no salad or relishes on burgers. Also fast food seems to be a thing of the past. Had some lovely macs there over the years but its pot luck as to what you get. Food is often luke warm and fries sometimes undercooked and or soggy and the milkshakes when the machines working can sometimes taste like 2 flavours in one.

When I originally placed my order it was meant to be arriving by 13:15 latest. It eventually arrived just on 14:00. Everything was cold and the chips were inedible.

Not very happy. Order took 50 minutes to come and the restaurant is half a mile away from us. Also the fries were cold, burgers were warm and the dips were missing

The order was completely wrong. The food was cold as the driver did other deliveries before delivering are food.

Wanted all the burgers plain with no salad no sauce and they have all arrived with it all so now I can’t eat any of the burgers!!!

Burgers and chips looks like it was cooked in the morning plus very squashed

My food was freezing the driver couldn’t find my house for 15 mins my chips were freezing the nuggets were like warm and the filet o fish was cold not happy because I’ve beeen ordering from just eat there always problem every timewith my mc Donald

every time he forgets to put something in...this time he forgot to put the oreo ice cream...last time he forgot to put the juice, it's not the first time I'll say it again, it's an indescribable feeling

well where do I start asked for a triple cheese burger got a double ordered a milkshake and mcflurry but didn't have any so got a iced coffee which I don't like

Absolutely rude delivery driver missing items food was absolutely freezing cold why are you having people delivering freezing cold food!!! This is unacceptable just eat keep doing this to people and making money of it.

I haven’t used just eats in a while and this reminded me why I ordered what was meant to be a little nigh to snack and ended up being an early morning snack waited two hours for stone cold chicken tenders which are hard to chew and cold fries. Not good enough

Not sure if Resturant at fault for preparing food too early or drivers fault for arriving to pick up late, but food was stone cold upon arrival, had to blast in microwave, meant soggy fries and hot salad/sauces in burgers.

Slowest McDonald’s known to man! Food is ok but service is so dull and has no life at all. Quare always long and the service is even longer. Shock there milkshake machine broken again in

couldn't drink my warm coffee as I asked for 3 sugars and they weren't in the bacg. food was warm not hot

horrible, fries very cold , the coffee spilt everywhere, wrong burger and I still have to go out for a new order. on top of that I paid over £24 included delivery. this is not acceptable, I had to pay a double of money all because they don't answer the phone, can't even complain straight way.

I’ve just been to collect my order and I’m currently craving the mcchicken sandwich sauce and I asked a lovely lady if I could pay for extra as it’s all I wanted. I had already added extra anyways. She managed to get me so much sauce in the burger and she made our food afterwards for us aswell. She was an angel

My burger was cold and the fries were cold and not SALTY and I asked for sprite and they gave me a sparkling water AND I also asked for a 6 peace mc nugget and got 4 nuggets I will never be coming here again and there was a worker just on their phone while I was waiting to order and I asked for no pickles and onions I am highly disappointed I hope this place gets burnt down please shut it down

Xmas miracle , my order arrived on time and was what I ordered !! Don’t usual order from maccy d via just eat as had so many issues but had a voucher so risked it . First time there was nothing wrong.

Whole order arrived stone cold and over an hour late. I could see our delivery driver had made other deliveries locally looking at her tracking. Can’t believe you are only offering me £5 refund on a £30 orders

Disappointed with how they didn't have the big tasty (temporarily unavailable) it's the only reason I went as it's my favourite and they didn't have it for some reason 😡 I'm not being funny but whenever a promotional item starts you need to order enough ingredients! Or do what we used to do and go borrow some from a different store! Think it's quite pathetic and poor management to run out of something that has only recently been put on the menu! Personally I think the big tasty should be a permanent item as it's so yummy, but that's just me

Just stopped for a very early morning coffee and to use the bathroom on my camping trip. Not the best coffee I've ever drunk, not the best toilet I've ever used, but was still very grateful for the caffeine and ablutions, and very friendly staff.

The big tasty didn't have any big tasty sauce in it, so it was quite dry. Everything else was ok.

Never had a worse case of Food Poisoning in my life. And all I ordered was a double cheeseburger. 2-3 hours later I was vomiting etc relentlessly. Next day I can hardly move. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again. Or any McDonald’s for that matter.

It's a McDonald's clean, tidy, and fast food better than most locally, but parking is at a premium. Top tip: Get your order on the drive-through and go somewhere with a nice view. The canal is not far, and you can watch as time passes by while enjoying your Maccies

The delivery itself was quick from McDonalds, but the time kept being put back and put back. I was suppose to receive my food at 10:40am. Got put back until 11:15-11:20am. The food was cold, which is even more of an annoyance. If they were putting back my delivery time, then they should have kept the food warm or redone it. The coffee wasn’t nice either. Tasted like there was a cleaner in it. Tipped it away. Poor quality and poor service. Driver was spot on though.

This is the third time I have ordered a McDonald's breakfast and every time there has been something missing or wrong on my order. Literally ridiculous!

Had a terrible interaction with the delivery driver who decided to tell me off for his inability to find my house.

Don’t order Mcdelivery order via the app as the last three times we have used it, the order is always missing items. Tried to complain on the app is next to impossible. Called the restaurant to complain and was told that as we ordered through the app, we were not a customer!! It’s the staffs fault for missing items from the order! Last time we had 3 food items missing, times before that has mainly been 1 item and every time the sauces have been missing. Need to retrain staff to follow orders properly!

I was shocked to see a member of staff using the postmix machine (soda machine) to wash his hands. When asked his name he said Mike and then he confirmed he was a manager...... do better

My food came and the whole order was not my food atall! I gave it back to the driver to take back. I paid £33.00 for this and have nothing whatsoever!! Not happy atall

The order was first due at around 7.30pm and it didn’t arrive until 8.50pm and it was stone cold. Urghh.

I spent almost £50 on McDonalds breakfast and have 6 hungry kids and load of the order wasn’t there.

The food was cold no salt on the chips the burger are getting smaller. The chilli burger should be made as I meal and not buy everything on it our .it not the first time I have been there and the food it cold .

The car parking here is awful. So many spaces are allocated to other uses, such as waiting bays or delivery drivers that there's often nowhere for a walk-in customer to park. The disabled spaces are often occupied by drivers not requiring these spaces. The queue often impedes traffic flow on the busy roundabout and McDonald's have patently taken no steps to mitigate this. The main positive is the lovely staff.

Limited parking space. I planned to dine in but had to use the drive through instead because of the parking situation. Food was good.

How difficult is it to remember the dips?

My food never arrived. Said it was delivered and it hasn’t been.
