A reliable and efficient McDonald's branch in a very convenient location.

Whole order arrived stone cold and over an hour late. I could see our delivery driver had made other deliveries locally looking at her tracking. Can’t believe you are only offering me £5 refund on a £30 orders

Disappointed with how they didn't have the big tasty (temporarily unavailable) it's the only reason I went as it's my favourite and they didn't have it for some reason 😡 I'm not being funny but whenever a promotional item starts you need to order enough ingredients! Or do what we used to do and go borrow some from a different store! Think it's quite pathetic and poor management to run out of something that has only recently been put on the menu! Personally I think the big tasty should be a permanent item as it's so yummy, but that's just me

One of the food is past the expiry time. It was already expired even before I ordered it.

Food is never hot in any mcdonalds. But for £2.50 can't really complain

Just stopped for a very early morning coffee and to use the bathroom on my camping trip. Not the best coffee I've ever drunk, not the best toilet I've ever used, but was still very grateful for the caffeine and ablutions, and very friendly staff.

The big tasty didn't have any big tasty sauce in it, so it was quite dry. Everything else was ok.

Took 50 minutes from ordering and food was cold!

It's a McDonald's clean, tidy, and fast food better than most locally, but parking is at a premium. Top tip: Get your order on the drive-through and go somewhere with a nice view. The canal is not far, and you can watch as time passes by while enjoying your Maccies

Never had a worse case of Food Poisoning in my life. And all I ordered was a double cheeseburger. 2-3 hours later I was vomiting etc relentlessly. Next day I can hardly move. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again. Or any McDonald’s for that matter.

I ordered a chicken share box and no dips were delivered. I was supposed to have 4.

The delivery itself was quick from McDonalds, but the time kept being put back and put back. I was suppose to receive my food at 10:40am. Got put back until 11:15-11:20am. The food was cold, which is even more of an annoyance. If they were putting back my delivery time, then they should have kept the food warm or redone it. The coffee wasn’t nice either. Tasted like there was a cleaner in it. Tipped it away. Poor quality and poor service. Driver was spot on though.

Had a terrible interaction with the delivery driver who decided to tell me off for his inability to find my house.

Still getting more expensive. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS MISTAKES ARE MADE ON A REGULAR BASIS WITH MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

This is the third time I have ordered a McDonald's breakfast and every time there has been something missing or wrong on my order. Literally ridiculous!

I was shocked to see a member of staff using the postmix machine (soda machine) to wash his hands. When asked his name he said Mike and then he confirmed he was a manager...... do better

Don’t order Mcdelivery order via the app as the last three times we have used it, the order is always missing items. Tried to complain on the app is next to impossible. Called the restaurant to complain and was told that as we ordered through the app, we were not a customer!! It’s the staffs fault for missing items from the order! Last time we had 3 food items missing, times before that has mainly been 1 item and every time the sauces have been missing. Need to retrain staff to follow orders properly!

It was horrendous, food was cold and they forgot all of our sauces and straws, not impressed.

My food came and the whole order was not my food atall! I gave it back to the driver to take back. I paid £33.00 for this and have nothing whatsoever!! Not happy atall

The order was first due at around 7.30pm and it didn’t arrive until 8.50pm and it was stone cold. Urghh.

I spent almost £50 on McDonalds breakfast and have 6 hungry kids and load of the order wasn’t there.

The car parking here is awful. So many spaces are allocated to other uses, such as waiting bays or delivery drivers that there's often nowhere for a walk-in customer to park. The disabled spaces are often occupied by drivers not requiring these spaces. The queue often impedes traffic flow on the busy roundabout and McDonald's have patently taken no steps to mitigate this. The main positive is the lovely staff.

Have ordered from here a few times and everytime it has either arrived cold or with items missing! Absolutely joke!

The food was cold no salt on the chips the burger are getting smaller. The chilli burger should be made as I meal and not buy everything on it our .it not the first time I have been there and the food it cold .

No straws yet again- I don’t understand why this is such a problem!!! I even request straws and don’t receive them,not happy,I know it seems petite but it’s so frustrating having kids etc

the whole order is ruined cost nearly 30 pounds and offered a £6.55 refund when it's all stone cold! how could it possibly b warm when the courier was at the restaurant for that long felt like it's been left outside for half hour, and the coke that was supposed to b an oasis is flat everything is unedible

Used the drive through. Order taken in a polite and helpful manner, well placed menu boards, food arrived quickly and was all correct. Exactly what you expect and want from maccy d's.

Literally had completely different food delivered to what was ordered and it was all totally wrong. Had to throw most of it away. Seruously, how do you mistake a chicken burger for a double quarter pounder?? Not sure if workers are illiterate and just making it up, or simply incompetent.

Nice treat, love their original chicken.and garlic mayo yummy no fries as don't like chips or fries, quick service staff always cheerful and polite.

Only 3 screen servers so went straight to till for takeaway young girl served us quickly and well. Drive through was backed out to road junction blocking garage entrance, car park was full. Food was upto normal McDonald's standard edible when hungry and it was hot and fresh.

Unfortunately, my granddaughter's Happy Meal came without the box and veggie dippers. As she is gluten intolerant she couldn't have part of any body else's food. Very disappointed little girl as this was a special treat.

What I ordered and what came are two different things

Management lie to you about refunds, youngsters don't seem to know what to do when things go wrong, service at drive thru is getting slower and slower, food never looks nice when prepared, the app never seems to work properly, enough is enough now, place not fit for purpose

The order was missing dips, some that came with the meal and others that I specifically ordered and paid for!

The desserts we’re missing in the order. Again the delivery driver came to the door with a cigarette in his hand. I won’t be using you again. Food delivery while smoking is completely unacceptable and I have reported this before

Terrible experience with McDonald’s and Uber Eats! I ordered McDonald’s today through Uber Eats, and one of my chicken sandwiches was missing. When I contacted Uber Eats, all they could offer was a measly £1.98 refund for a sandwich that cost £4.09! This left us without enough food for dinner, and their only suggestion was to reorder it ourselves. No option for them to send us the missing item, just “sorry, reorder if you want it.” What’s worse is there’s absolutely no way to contact McDonald’s directly about this issue. Uber Eats simply said they have no control over how much McDonald’s refunds and can’t arrange for the food to be sent again. How is it the customer’s responsibility when the delivery is missing items? We ended up paying nearly £5 in delivery and service fees for a meal that wasn’t complete! It’s unbelievable that a big fast food chain like McDonald’s doesn’t have a proper customer service channel for such situations. Absolutely disappointing!

Forgot all the dips. We ordered 20 nuggets as part of tgd order. Who has nuggets without dip. They're part of the nuggetness. No extra lettuce or sauce on the burger and the fries were half empty.

original delivery time was 8.20 arrived at 9pm. food was stone cold, coke was flat and ice crea completely melted.

Why is McDonald’s always cold and bland

Ordered on a Sunday around 12:30pm. Delivery driver was nice. Burgers was cold and rubbery and wasn’t nice. Chips was undercooked. Chicken Sharebox was ok but cold.
