McDonald's in Stroud

We ordered trough just eat a family meal. Order supposed to be delivered up to 30 min. Came over 1 hour. Food was cold, disgusting. Called depot and spoken with manager whim refused to take any responsibility or assessed avenues to solve the problem. The way he spoke to me was as the quality of food and service received. On top of that we were missing dessert. I believe that retraining your staff is pass due as your managers are as useless.

Claims to be 24 hours yet every time I come here late the drive through is closed off and the app never works.

I ordered a medium banana milkshake but the syrup had ran out, I asked Daisy (I believe that was her name, a young blond women with a flower tattoo on the back of her arm) if I could get a new one and she very quickly changed the syrup AND primed the machine, then gave me a large as compensation! I worked at Maccies for 5 years and it was really great to see someone genuinely caring to do it right! (That and our food was super fresh!!) Thanks!!

Has been great for years and 2 minutes from M5 via junction 12 and A38 makes it perfect for travelling breaks, never seen it dirty no matter the time day or night.

This is usually a great McDonalds but on this occasion I got stuck waiting in the drive thru for 18 minutes, not sure why, no apology or explanation given. Could tell that my food had been waiting 18 minutes as well. Would have given 4 stars but they forgot to give me sauce for mozzarella dippers and a napkin which is an instant 1 star situation ;) Update: back here again... This time a burger was missing, offered ketchup which I accepted but it wasn't put in the bag and no napkins. It's just incompetence. I really must remember to check the order is correct before driving away.

I had the pleasure of being served by Maria at McDonald's, and she was absolutely delightful! She’s like a little ray of sunshine, always positive and full of energy. Maria truly is a "positive little rickety pocket" of joy, making sure my experience was flawless and cheerful from start to finish. Her friendly and attentive nature made my visit so much more enjoyable. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and her exceptional service really stands out. Thank you, Maria, for making my day a little brighter! Highly recommend this McDonald's for the amazing staff!

What part of fast food do these guys don’t understand? Waiting 2 hours for a delivery. Yes not there problem but they are part of the service 🤦🏼‍♂️

I was served by a very rude member of staff called Cam, and the food was cold and disgusting and i’d never go again, the customer service is terrible and the manager was useless

Avoid- the car park and entrance are an absolute nightmare. Fouled up by the drive thru queue and people parked in access road, and hardly any parking space It’s tiny and the drive thru queue enters where the car park customers enter, and exits through the car park It’s a dire branch, food was awful, chips barely cooked, filet of fish barely in the bun! Felt sorry for the staff - they seemed depressed and downtrodden Most awful McDonalds I’ve been to. If I could’ve given no stars as an option I would.

No wraps, no smokehouse burgers, no philby stack! Passive aggressive snot on drive thru gave 0 fksi. Done with mcdonalds

Very slow at 3am waited for 20 min to get a meal with 2 cars in front of me ,and they didn't have huge orders to do.Very disappointed of the service

Went to mac des on way to work unable to use the order screen went to cash desk the lad in there was out standing new what I wanted and no hassle quick very understanding well done 5 stars to this worker and outlet

Not 24/7 as advertised. Gone multiple times and has had barriers up. Great when open though

Items always missing on delivery order.

McDonald's has really declined recently. On my last visit, the car park was littered, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was slow to arrive and was cold when it did. It's just not good value for money anymore, especially considering how expensive it's become. Customer service seems to have completely disappeared. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Friendly staff, but check your order before you leave as a couple of times we have had items missing from the order.

I dont want to diss ter staff to much cos they always look busy when i go there but the milkshakes machine is often broken and always check your food before leaving the drive through. (inc inside boxs) I have had 3 instances in 2 years when i have picked up orders and drove home to find half a burger bun missing(twice) or no salad or relishes on burgers. Also fast food seems to be a thing of the past. Had some lovely macs there over the years but its pot luck as to what you get. Food is often luke warm and fries sometimes undercooked and or soggy and the milkshakes when the machines working can sometimes taste like 2 flavours in one.

Not very happy. Order took 50 minutes to come and the restaurant is half a mile away from us. Also the fries were cold, burgers were warm and the dips were missing

When I originally placed my order it was meant to be arriving by 13:15 latest. It eventually arrived just on 14:00. Everything was cold and the chips were inedible.

Been delivered completely the wrong orders

The order was completely wrong. The food was cold as the driver did other deliveries before delivering are food.

Wanted all the burgers plain with no salad no sauce and they have all arrived with it all so now I can’t eat any of the burgers!!!

I haven’t used just eats in a while and this reminded me why I ordered what was meant to be a little nigh to snack and ended up being an early morning snack waited two hours for stone cold chicken tenders which are hard to chew and cold fries. Not good enough

Not sure if Resturant at fault for preparing food too early or drivers fault for arriving to pick up late, but food was stone cold upon arrival, had to blast in microwave, meant soggy fries and hot salad/sauces in burgers.

horrible, fries very cold , the coffee spilt everywhere, wrong burger and I still have to go out for a new order. on top of that I paid over £24 included delivery. this is not acceptable, I had to pay a double of money all because they don't answer the phone, can't even complain straight way.

I’ve just been to collect my order and I’m currently craving the mcchicken sandwich sauce and I asked a lovely lady if I could pay for extra as it’s all I wanted. I had already added extra anyways. She managed to get me so much sauce in the burger and she made our food afterwards for us aswell. She was an angel

Xmas miracle , my order arrived on time and was what I ordered !! Don’t usual order from maccy d via just eat as had so many issues but had a voucher so risked it . First time there was nothing wrong.

Whole order arrived stone cold and over an hour late. I could see our delivery driver had made other deliveries locally looking at her tracking. Can’t believe you are only offering me £5 refund on a £30 orders

Disappointed with how they didn't have the big tasty (temporarily unavailable) it's the only reason I went as it's my favourite and they didn't have it for some reason 😡 I'm not being funny but whenever a promotional item starts you need to order enough ingredients! Or do what we used to do and go borrow some from a different store! Think it's quite pathetic and poor management to run out of something that has only recently been put on the menu! Personally I think the big tasty should be a permanent item as it's so yummy, but that's just me

Just stopped for a very early morning coffee and to use the bathroom on my camping trip. Not the best coffee I've ever drunk, not the best toilet I've ever used, but was still very grateful for the caffeine and ablutions, and very friendly staff.

It's a McDonald's clean, tidy, and fast food better than most locally, but parking is at a premium. Top tip: Get your order on the drive-through and go somewhere with a nice view. The canal is not far, and you can watch as time passes by while enjoying your Maccies

The big tasty didn't have any big tasty sauce in it, so it was quite dry. Everything else was ok.

Never had a worse case of Food Poisoning in my life. And all I ordered was a double cheeseburger. 2-3 hours later I was vomiting etc relentlessly. Next day I can hardly move. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again. Or any McDonald’s for that matter.

The delivery itself was quick from McDonalds, but the time kept being put back and put back. I was suppose to receive my food at 10:40am. Got put back until 11:15-11:20am. The food was cold, which is even more of an annoyance. If they were putting back my delivery time, then they should have kept the food warm or redone it. The coffee wasn’t nice either. Tasted like there was a cleaner in it. Tipped it away. Poor quality and poor service. Driver was spot on though.

This is the third time I have ordered a McDonald's breakfast and every time there has been something missing or wrong on my order. Literally ridiculous!
