Costa Coffee in Stroud

We ordered our usual coffees, taste was like water, even I could not taste a milk..I request her to makes new ones, there was no apologise or any explanation, it was really rude communication I was request so gently, she must listen first whats wrong or just warm explanation I guess she need a bit training about how you can deal with your customers.Thanks for new coffees but it was same as before ones we couldn't drink them they gone straight away to bin.I can tell please don't waste your money there..Just a savage.

Entonces, cuando llegué a la caja, el barista se olvidó por completo de que estaba presente y me saltó para los otros clientes, ¿eso fue genial? Y se olvidaron por completo de hacer mi cuppacino, así que esperé casi veinte minutos antes de preguntarle a la abogada sobre mi cuppacino mediano y ella dijo, oh, me olvidé, ¿iré a buscarlo? en general cuppacino llegó tarde y más grande de lo normal y casi pierde el tren, mamá casi se vuelve monos

Viví en Stroud hace un par de años y describí a Costa como barata, aburrida y con un servicio deficiente. Recientemente me mudé y estoy más que impresionado: su nuevo gerente es tan dulce y servicial y brinda un servicio increíble, y también ha sido atendido varias veces por otro hombre con gafas y un mo que es extraordinariamente amable y siempre se toma el tiempo para pregúntame sobre mi día y pregunta si puede hacer algo más. Está claro que a ambos les importa su trabajo.Realmente disfruto mucho venir aquí, no solo me siento increíblemente bienvenido, ¡sino que hacen un excelente café! ! ! !Y nunca pensé que diría eso sobre una Costa, ya que soy un gran (enorme) snob de café y servicio. ¡Sigan haciendo lo que están haciendo chicos!

Service i found very slow but coffee is good but always hard to find a seat so get a take away and sit in the church park. Nice and peaceful.

2 ladies on duty, the coffee counters and tabels were very dirty. The “food hygene rating 5” on the door certainly wasn’t accurate today. Would not recommend to anyone.

Greeted at the counter by a member of staff saying “I have a hangover, of course I’m not functioning properly” this set the tone. Maybe not a conversation to be having. That said coffees were ok.

Shocking customer service. Attitude with the staff towards customers. Medium cappuccino cup dripping with coffee down the outer sides and only half full with liquid. Great venue, plenty of room. I will never return.

Coffee average, staff "hard selling" re.the food items (all of which looked tired). efficient.service. Decor terrible so much beige, so much maroon. What you see is what you get

Era nuestro primer día en Stroud y no había dado un paseo por la ciudad en este punto.Después de un largo viaje necesitábamos un café y Costa fue el primero que encontramos (o notamos)Debo admitir que hace muchos años llegamos a la opinión de que a menudo hay mejores lugares para tomar un café que Costa.Nada ha cambiado mi mente, de hecho encontramos varios lugares mucho mejores para disfrutar de café y bocadillos en la ciudad.

When I visit my brother we always decide to go Costa coffeè, they are so warm welcoming also nice taste coffee. Thank you for great job guys.

You will always get a good cup of coffee but.... you will have to wait, they are not the fastest.... table clearing could be faster as well, the staff are always polite and smiling
