Has gone downhill since opening

Dogs no longer allowed. We were asked to leave the cafe. Seems to be the only Starbucks I’ve come across that doesn’t allow dogs anymore. Have been coming here for years; and even been offered puppacinnos for my dog. Really sad to hear this is no longer dog friendly.

As usual, all Starbuck shops are elegant and very well presented. This one was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The coffee was great.

Sadly no longer accept dogs. We have been using this place for a very long time but unfortunately as they no longer accept dogs, we will have to take our business elsewhere. It’s a shame as the staff and service has always been great. I suggest you change your stance on this as you will lose a lot of customers from this change.

wasn’t allowed to take my dog in so i had to sit outside in the freezing cold. This is the only starbucks i have come across to not allow dogs. Drink was nice tho.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. My seasonal latte was perfect, and the snack selection was fresh. The café is conveniently located near shops and a petrol station, making it a handy stop. Parking can be tight, and the Wi-Fi could be faster, but it’s still a great spot I’d visit again

Nice atmosphere. You can also enjoy your coffee outside they have a couple of benches. Very clean and tidy.

There's a nice clean & modern feel to this Starbucks inside, and it's a in a quiet, peaceful location.

Friendly staff and service. Clean tables. Toilets clean, 1 mens 1 ladies 1 disabled.

Every time something goes wrong in this place… Like today I have ordered a large frappucino with coffee and got size medium without the coffee I’ve asked for. The ladies rush you while ordering even if there is no cue and stop to serve hot food while having whole fridge with nice looking snacks to heat up. I’ve been here many times and never even once something was spot on with my order… Management please look into it.

Service fine, selection of gluten free food extremely poor. No sandwiches and just a chocolate coin or a dry dry raisin and oat bar. Not very good if you're a coeliac and hungry.

Been coming to this Starbucks on and off for 5 years. What sets this one apart is the friendly and warm team of people running it. Definitely worth a visit if you want a decent coffee. Recommended!

Only had a take out coffee which was nice the service was Ok

Nobody was in shop as very early. Overcharged me and it wasnt until i mentioned it that they looked. Its only 70p however when the company is known for dodging uk tax then i think they take enough. They charge too much for food and drink. Got 70 pence in cash back. At least they gave it back but not great

Been told we had to get out as the places closes and if we don’t leave we would get blocked by a delivery lorry

Nice coffee frisky staff but simply too expensive now..... A flat white and latte and little change from £8 ......doomed to close eventually. Interior lacks any style whatsoever what happened there?

It's ok..Nice coffee shop. Bit busy and loud as inside is quite cold in style...harsh surfaces make it echoey. Its got parking and staff friendly. Recommend.

The staff is always lovely, the location has just been renewed so it's brilliant, great place for working out of the house as it has good WiFi , and the drinks are always delicious 🤤

Come here on a few mornings a week the staff are welcoming especially Max, Rachel and Corrina

Only get coffee so can't comment on the food. But it's close to work and a nice place to stop in for my coffee. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Lovely place to go and do some work of just for recreational time. Staff are always lovely and really helpful and my dog adores the pup cups!

Absolute pleasure visiting this store, very refreshing compared to the big cities. The shift manager Ellis was amazing, great customer service and general service was brilliant, will definitely visit again!

I had a young gentlemen Ellis take my order, he was patient me with whilst i struggled with my order. He was kind and made a social anxiety crippling experience a pleasant one for me and for that i thank him. Thank you for starting my day right😀

We had broken down on the M5 and waited at this services for recovery. We walked in 10 minutes before closing and staff were really helpful. Well done for the excellent customer service.

Says they open at 7am on a Saturday, but the girl just told me it’s 7.30 (with a queue of 4 people outside). Please update your opening hours online.

What a great place for a coffee. The seats outside overlook a field and make this seem as though you are in the middle of nowhere yet there is a large services and main road just around the corner. The staff were lovely. Great stuff.

Very handy place to go for breakfast when staying at the Travelodge Hotel as, much as I love staying there, I am not too fussed by their breakfast menu. Nice chocolate twist and a hazelnut latte to set me up for the day 😉 👍 Staff were great too 😉 👍

Trouble with sharing my Starbucks app with my eldest daughter, as soon as she sees money added to the card she comes a running lol. Drinks all great.

What a special Starbucks, as usual excellent coffee but what a team on duty, a couple of proper live wires, great sense of fun which complimented outstanding customer service

I have given four star as we went at six o'clock on a Friday evening to sit in, however this a really popular takeaway and we had a bit of a wait, even to get a drink. Once served though, the food was great.

I bought an iced chai latte, which was, admittedly, tasty; however, 1/3 of my drink was ice. After the ice melted, I realised that a significant amount of my drink was ice. I’m not impressed, mainly because I waited for 20 mins.

I’m not usually someone who makes reviews on TripAdvisor but this was awful. I will not buy from this store again due to the rudeness of the staff making it an unpleasant experience! I hope my feedback is taken on board as the woman constantly rolled her eyes as she served me . Later a regular customer walked in and she was much more upbeat and pleasant I just wish every customer was treated equally.

During a tricky time in my life - the staff at this place went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay. Through incredible customer service - Cavan (with a C) and his colleague - who I have forgotten the name of - and for that I am so unbelievably sorry - truly made my day. It was in fact the colleague (whose name I have regretfully forgotten) who brought a smile to the face of someone struggling through lockdown. 10/10 would recommend. PS STARBUCKS CEOs!!! Find these guys and give them a pay rise/promotion. You've got some good, genuine people within your roster and there efforts deserved to be recognised. Yours sincerely, M Dunn.

Was a joy to go to when the M5 was closed due to a horrendous accident, forcing us off the motorway. The staff were polite and there is a nice grass area with seating outside. 🙂

Staff at Stonehouse Starbucks were very friendly and helpful, could not have been treated any better. If passing again, would definitely stop by.

Lovely setting. Nice outdoor seating. Their coffee is not to my taste, but that's purely my personal viewpoint.

I came this morning (Friday) about 11 o’clock, really good service, young lad with blonde hair and a lady with dark brown hair and glasses served me, both were really friendly and my drunk was lush!! I’ll definitely be coming back again, brightened up my day!
