McDonald's in Stroud

We placed an order on the app and it took over 90 mins to be delivered and then it was cold. McDonald’s blame Uber and Uber blame McDonald’s but neither will accept responsibility

Food wasn't very hot and also as a blue badge holder who struggles with mobility I was disappointed that the blue badge bay was taken up by just eat collecting from the restaurant.

3. Times missing food from delivery and delivered to a wrong adress. HOW, HOW HOW?? ( why not ask ordernumber? Why just give to somebody? ) Phone costumerservice horrible. Yesterday I went to the restaurant and I made complaint, because all time was missing food, from my sons meal. ( not offered) after 5 min I got a food what was missing , but manager didint wanted give just say 3. Party issue. ( uber) ridiculous . I dont care who was fault ( driver or mc workers ) , but bag was rippened and not closed. Online offers just for delivery so I needed take order online with delivery . After I count order plus service fee and delivery fee not to much price different . Why not possible building a good rules for costumerservice? How possible much times missing food everyday from costumers. And all the time just mcdonalds? Never was same problem with a different restaurants or fast food shops. I am really angry ..

Worst NcDonalds ever been in - waited 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant . Clearly needs a new manager and seems utter chaos

Order placed at window told at next window food was not ready and to go to bay. Then lost order came to car after 15 minutes of waiting to ask if this slip of paper was are order which had been hand written. Then went back in to cook it.Poor service and certainly not fast food.

Been stuck in drive through for nearly 25 mins now. Will be at least half an hour before I get through. What a joke………………..

Visited yesterday had bacon roll. Pretty decent. Fresh and generous 3 rashers. At 9am premises clean and staff friendly and efficient. Credit where credit due. It was decent.

Went to see a movie and me n the wife went into get a few big macs as has always been a treat after a movie, placed my order got home to find half the order was missing phoned the store and no answer...the one big mac we did get was dry and tasted horrible ...went in the bin fries were stone cold...went in the bin will not be going back here again, place needs replacing with a burger king or kfc.

Very good service with very friendly staff. Good clean dining area. Food was up to the normal McDonalds standard. I will return.

El gerente de turno nos trató con absoluto desprecio y, a sabiendas, me sirvió agua contaminada que estaba visiblemente contaminada de rosa. the food was lush and i have no complains but the second time i went the service was a bit slow. other than that it was great.

Standard food on offer. Late evening stop. Not great, but did what was necessary. Other fast food closed by 10 pm so was handy.

ordené comida para mi equipo, abandoné el departamento luego de una larga espera que se esperaba.Regresé a la oficina y faltaban x 5 hamburguesas y x 1 porción de papas fritas.llamar por teléfono a la tienda 5 veces sin respuesta.Teniendo en cuenta que esta es una empresa global, está dirigida por una carga de niños con sobrepago.suerte de que stroud no tenga un KFC o un rey de las hamburguesas ya que esta tienda pronto cerrará.

Utilizó el disco a través. La comida estaba caliente y el café excelente. Si hubiera un problema, sería que no es obvio a cuál de los dos oradores que ordenan detenerse. Para ser justos, fue un buen agarre y guión. Es un McDonalds y como tal hizo el trabajo.

Me harté de esperar en el mostrador después de casi 5 minutos de espera sin servicio. Me fui hambriento sin ser servido. El restaurante estaba lleno de personal que servía todo el camino. A nadie parecía importarle los clientes que esperaban dentro. Me encanta McDonald's. Odio tanto la rama de Stroud. Ruinas

If one does not salt fries then one has not understood the fundamentals of gastronomy. They were, however good and hot and arrived quickly.

Came here for lunch after the Stroud Festival. Service was ok, but the tables a bit messy and unclean. Unfortunately very busy with youths, whom seem to use this as a local hangout.

Painfully slow - all staff seemed totally incapable and simply didn’t care. Hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. My guess would be it’s a franchise location and considering the damage this one is doing to the McDonald’s brand the franchise should be surrendered.

I have been disappointed here many times. McDonald's is my guilty secret I love it normally. I'll talk you through the last 5 visits. 1. Forgot all the sauces. 2. Forgot all the sauces. 3. Forgot all the sauces 4. Forgot all the sauces. 5. Proved they did indeed have sauce in the building by providing it as promised but put the fries in sideways so they went everywhere. My favourite is the big tasty. They put such an enormous amount of salad in I had to chuck it away unless I wanted to get really messy taking stuff out until it fits in my mouth. You could go here but don't expect to leave feeling happy. Expect to feel really frustrated by basics not being correctly implemented.

On various occasions I like taking my 2 year old son to McDonald's but there are certain times to avoid. Weekends are packed out by young teenagers (if that) whom take up most tables and tend to walk from one table to another to mingle with other young ones. Foul language often used and spraying body spray which is not nice when your trying to eat. I think you need to think of an outcome that would benefit all clientele but also controls how many unsupervised young children are in there at any one time. McDonald's in Bristol after 7pm no under 18s allowed and a bouncer on the door. Maybe something to consider. Also you don't advertise the signature collection but should be part of your main menu according to your website.

I know, saying one likes McD's almost leads to a criminal prosecution in Stroud....but I have to admit I LOVE the sausage McMuffin with egg breakfast meal with a Latte. Yes, call me a peasant - go ahead. But truth be know this is a fast & cheap eat that never disappoints. Plus McD's gives a lot to children's charities and other civic charities, and they actually treat their staff better than most other small local cafe in town! But they do need to sort out recycling potential and add even more sustainable and local organic sources to make Stroud embrace them......

I know it's a McDonalds but the service was just shocking! My order was taken at the till and I was just left there while they did other people's orders, I waited 15 minutes before being told to take a seat so I did. I took my seat and waited a further 15 minutes before my order made it to my table and even when it did the order was still incorrect! Absolutely appalling!

Great macdonalds in the middle of town. Car park is a little squeezed and drive tru is tight, could really do with a larger site but very good still

Clean, friendly staff, very efficient, tables quickly cleared. My biggest complaint normally is having to wait in long lines, here the line move rapidly and the food was fresh

Wrong in so many ways. Customer treatment awful, wrong order taken, wrong order given, dirty restaurant, no parking.....worst Macs every. Should be visited by the McDonald's governance team and given training ASAP!

All the usual McDonald's fare: burgers, the best fries anywhere, and some newer "healthy" dishes (salads, chicken sandwiches, and my favorite, McWraps). I think McDonald's unfairly gets a bad rap yet 8 of their dishes are featured in the new "Eat This, Not That" book.
