What an amazing concept! Beautiful venue , such a warm and relaxed atmosphere , coupled with outstanding food and spot on service! A truly special dining experience from these professional restaurateurs. The introduction of the courses and the source of the ingredients by Steve adds to the enjoyment of the food! Set Menu, bring your own and pay in advance , means the evening flows without distraction . We will be back for sure!

A wonderfully friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Bright and spotlessly clean. A wonderful wide variety of light bites, cakes and breakfasts . Specials board changes regularly. Great coffee. We love meeting family here and all our individual needs are always well catered for. Highly recommended.

I ordered online to pick up for 1930. I arrived early 10 mins before the food was ready, I thought great. I live in Ilchester 5min drive when I unpacked the meal the food was cold. The Poppadoms were hard and chewy, the nan was cold and not pleasant to eat. the curry was cold. the price of Indian takeaway these days you expect your food to be hot and fresh i tried to phone to complain 3 times no answer I sent a email no answer. I would avoid this place and i won't be using it again.

Food was great, all very very nice. I had the seafood platter as did my husband and everything from the starter to the cheeseboard was great. Fantastic view out the back of the fields, wonderful on a warm summer evening.

Great stop for a coffee if you're travelling down the A303. The interior space is now wonderful and the service is great. The coffee is fantastic. The only thing that lets it down is the lacklustre sandwiches. The soup is actually pretty good, as are the cakes. Easy parking and a decent outdoor area too if it's sunny.

We stayed here one night on a car trip. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great atmosphere. The night we stayed there, there was a mobile pizza bar run by two people. Very good pizza and you can eat it on the terrace of the hotel. Really recommended.

Great breakfast, food cooked well and very tasty. Had previously passed by on way to Cornwall but decided to give it a go. So glad we did.

Brilliant visit to the Haynes Motor Museum, it's so much bigger than expected and really well arranged with a great walk through guiding you around the exhibits. There's an incredible collection of cars from the very early days of motoring right through to modern classics. Currently (February 2024) they have a Williams F1 exhibit with five F1 cars from various eras and a 10 minute film about Williams, well worth seeing. We only had 2 hours there but could easily have spent far longer, the staff are friendly and there is an onsite café, restaurant and shop.

Very spacious room. Nice continental breakfast. Really friendly people. Will come back again to visit in summer. Lovely quiet village just off the main road.

Quite for a Saturday night, however great food and great friendly bar staff.

Always look forward to getting McDonald’s at Sparkford services. Always hot & freshly made. How McDonald’s should be. Other McDonald’s should take a leaf out of this one. Especially southeast London & Kent
