One of the best car collections I’ve personally seen! The passion shown throughout the museum, not only to the vehicles themselves but to the man himself John Haynes OBE was something to behold! The volunteers/staff were extremely friendly and informative, with one giving us some insights into the brains behind some of the vehicles! It’s a great size with so much to see and really easy to follow around! With an added little bonus of a section for the DriveTribe fan base with a few of Hammond Vehicles on show! Would 100% recommend!

As we went on a weekday early in the year it wasn't very busy. We booked in advance to use a motobility scooter (they have 2 to use, need to book). The flow of the museum is easy to follow, but there are many cars to meander through. As you go round if you have a little ones there are places to do crayon rubbings of some of the vehicles. There really are cars for everybody. Price was reasonable and tickets included unlimited returns in the next 12 months. For me the only thing that I left one star off was the cafe it might have been the time but there wasn't a great selection of food and drinks and was a little pricey. But other than that enjoyed it and are definitely planning another visit

Incredible place, anyone who ever owned a car from the 70s to the 00s has probably owned a Haynes manual, for that we should all be grateful. The place was larger than I expected, I put it on par with the British motor museum and Beaulieu. I would describe this place as the British equivalent of Jay Leno's Garage, it's an eclectic collection of historically significant and famous cars. There's early Benz cars, model T, Austins, morris, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Lotus, Ford, Jensen, Bentley (including a blower W O Bentley), Rolls Royce, Alfas, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lancia, Peugeot, Citroen, Minis, Honda, Toyota, etc.. It's all in themed rooms with some motorcycles including a rare Brough Superior, American cars including muscle cars, cadillacs, cheverolets, pontiacs. Something very rare is a Duesenberg, this is the first time I've seen one, and they are very rare, especially in such good condition. There's a children's play area, cafe, gift shop, a kart race track next door, plenty of parking, and it's good value as the ticket is good for an annual pass. I cannot praise this museum enough it is one of the best car collections I've seen, don't expect to see any recent hyper cars, really fascinating place. Highly recommended.

Great variety of motors. Able to see most from all angles and close up - not roped off which is brill. Perhaps a little pricey although your ticket gets you free entry for a year. You can order tickets online before the day in order to save 10%, which I foolishly forgot to do. You’ll be able to spend a good few hours here if you’re into motors, so a good day out for the family. There are some interactive elements, a LEGO area, plus an outdoor play area. The gift shop has a wide range of products. I purchased the diary, a 7 in 1 pen, a cap, and some sweet treats - pleased with all purchases. I definitely recommend this museum.

Haynes Museum continues to update its content meaning that there is always something new to see. Since Covid there was a new Williams F1 display with several cars telling the Williams stories as well as interactive displays and a large screen cinema showcasing the story of Williams from the beginning until the takeover in 2022. The film features interviews by Frank Williams, Patrick Head and others. It doesn't hold back about Frank's early Very fast but not very successful racing career and early frequent crashes! The very latest display is the history of motorcycling form motorised bicycles until the modern day. There is an interesting interactive display featuring a film with riders POV together with a vibrating seat and a hot patch in the middle. not sure if that represented the engine or was a malfunctioning display! Very effective. The rest of the displays feature a wide range of motorcars from the road and track. We think it is possible to now get closer to the cars than when we visited several years ago. Cant forget the famous Red Room, which is a display of all Red cars and a large contingent of American cars. Last but not least a fantastic Children's play area and there is also an opportunity for the smallest visitors to drive round the museum in a 'Little Tikes' car meaning they wont get bored after seeing too many cars! Loads to see, regular events and a Go Kart Track outside, what not to like. They have it all covered and the ticket lasts for 12 months.

So sad to write this after eating here many times before but Sunday Lunch was the worst I have ever had. Bland tasteless meat, tasteless glutinous gravy, frozen Yorkshire puddings and veg reheated which tasted .like they were cooked yesterday. It is cheap but I’d rather pay more and have an enjoyable meal. We were all agreed. It didn’t help that we had to queue outside in the rain till the pub opened at 12.00.
