We had such a special lunch at Damson and couldn't recommend it more highly. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the food was delicious from start to finish. We had a vegan among us and the team prepared a bespoke menu for her in advance, which she absolutely loved. Damson is such good value for money and would be great for lunch or dinner - in a couple, or a group. The menu changes frequently and we can't wait to go back!! Such a gem.

Absolutely incredible pizzas, really fresh ingredients, rich in flavour with a thin and crispy base. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Good local pub with a varied selection of ales. If you like to chat over a beer this is a good place. Can be a bit loud on occasion.

Proper pub good banter and great music on last Saturday (Rythem-soul)disco (check them out) usually a good night out.

Bern going to this Chinese shop for years never had bad food but just recently been serving really bad food... every thing has a really bad taste... needs to be sorted

Ordered a takeaway Dupiaza was pretty tasteless had no spice at all, supposed to be medium, very little chicken, lots of onion! Prawn Korma too sweet by far. Poppadoms nice, bhaji ok, keema naan very nice, rice good, pickles good a lot of money when you don't eat it.

Great little pub, free darts and a pool table, cheap pints and really friendly staff :) would recommend to anyone looking for a local pub

Lovely Christmas lunch with my family. Excellent Christmas Menu, three of our party are vegetarians and the very much enjoyed their Quinoa and Nut roast with all the trimmings including vegetarian pigs in blankets, a first for my brother in law! The turkey breast was also excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient, special thanks to Elaine who sorted out my initial ordering mistake!

Don’t listen to the negatives! Me and my friend came here today and it was a lovely experience; a clean shop, friendly staff who even during the rush were helpful and quick with service. I had a double espresso (my best in a long while, it was warm and tasty) and my friend had a latte. The coffee was excellent! Both of us enjoyed a slice of millionaires shortbread which was tasty too. It’s truly a pleasant spot, would come again and heavily recommend!

Carvery is really good! I was always a toby carvery fan until I tried this place! The huge menu caters for all, whether you want a burger, carvery, chicken and chips! It's all here. The kids seem to love it and you can't argue the cakeaway is always standout! We've fallen in love with the morning breakfasts they do here! Unlimited and very high quality! Eggs are always perfect and the black pudding has to be my favourite here! We've made it a tradition to come here on a morning before a long road trip! Atmosphere is chilled out and quiet most of the time. Seats aren't very comfortable and at times the place can feel a bit vast and empty, but apart from that. Lovely staff with a sense of humour, huge range of drinks, soft and alcoholic! Great for groups and large parties due to the size of the place!

Everything was just bland, and under seasoned. The samosa was like a McDonald’s apple pie with dry meat inside. Not the cheapest Indian locally, and now apparently not the best either.

Ordered online. Easy to use the website, swift delivery of hot food. Very well cooked and tasty. Generous portions.
