Good doners with excellent salad and a 5 star hygiene rating for last 3 years. Daughter had a chicken burger which apparently was 'banging', so there's that as well.

Great food always hot and fresh excellent service also great place and good lads

Absolutely awful - ordered chicken burger and chips and a chicken kebab - chicken burger was dry with NO salad - chicken kebab was equally awful with horrible chicken and no salad

Great kebabs made from real meat and real ingredients. Not the shabby elephant leg stuff you get in the town centre after midnight! Nice people too.

Had a lovely pizza with donar meat, pepper and onion topping, first time I have tried it, will definitely have it again, great value.

Avoid delivery orders. They hold the release of orders until they got bulk. After an hour of order i called in and asked about my delivery. 5-10 min they said. So after 20 min i called again. . 5 min after last call driver knocked on my door with soggy cardboard full of cool pizza. Meaning it was ready way before but they didn't send it after being made. The delivery driver said its up to the shop when they release orders. Shame on you, not waiting over1.5h for a overpriced pizza. It was my last order

Food was almost an hour late. When it arrived it was inedible. Kebab burnt. Pizza undercooked underneath and burnt on top. When I spoke to the owner he said are very busy no sorry

Ignorant rude staff delivery driver who is clearly a thief and food that is disgusting! Do not ever order from these people they will steal from you and serve up food that isn't fit for animal consumption let alone human!

Sat here still waiting for my delivery. 45 minutes we were told. Its now been 1 hour and 44 minutes and now not answering the phone. Its a shame, as we have used many times, but no more

Shocking delivery service. Waiting over 90 minutes for order, have been told it would be 60 minutes and no one is answering the phone either. Total rubbish

£15 per steak and chips it was dry and the steak was so small. Really disappointed in the quality of food especially for the price.

Just spent £28 on kebabs and pizza forgot to ask for garlic Mayo on kebabs and was charged £1.60 very greedy won’t be using them again

Visited here whilst staying at the nearby Premier inn, I ordered a lamb and chicken shish kebab. It was delicious, I really enjoyed it, the meat was cooked well and the chilli sause was great, salad was also nice and fresh.

Disgusting food. Delivered promptly but the fish was badly burnt, virtually black. Will not be using them again.

Working in Bristol and over the course of my stay we have ordered somewhere around £300 from Winterbourne Grill, while the food is good the customer service is horrendous. If anything goes wrong with the website, phones or your oder, or they simply don't understand what you're saying over the phone prepare to be hung up on, ignored, shouted at, insulted or have them act like they can't hear you. Considering how much we have spent here and how often we ordered it is utterly shameful the service we get in return. I couldn't understand why people would leave this place a negative review, today I found out. Horrible people. Do not give them a penny of your money.

Twice we have ordered and twice the have forgotten! So 90 minutes later we have our food arrive very greasy and kebabs have a lot of grisle in them. Would not recommend

Just had food from here and I don't know how they have got 4 stars! kabab meat over cooked and looked like dog food, chicken looked and tasted very strange I'll be surprised if I'm not ill tomorrow and also pizza was burnt, never again and very over priced very disappointed!

Best kebabs in Winterbourne/Frampton

Used to love this place but prices have gone up and altho 3 people serving tonight still got order wrong and too be honest portions sizes were mean too

The food is AMAZING.It always came early and the delivery guy is alyways polite.I will always order from this shop.Its amazing,you should try it too.

Burgers was over cooked and was like eating leather but kebab meat was nice

There has obviously been a change in ownership. Delivery didn’t arrive, over hour and half late, phone off the hook. Ended up collecting it...,food was cold and no what we had ordered. Very disappointing!

I love Winterbourne Grill, The kebabs and pizzas are the best I have had. Deliveries are always on time.

Worst service ever got the order wrong a couple of times ordering from here sausage was under cooked in the middle and pink found a hair my kebab hardly any salad with the kebab said no onions but got them very disappointed never ordering from here again!!!!

It's a kebab takeaway which does what it should It also does nice pizza and will do fried chicken to order. Pizza and chicken may take little bit of time, kebab quicker. All in all not bad

My husband and myself order from here quite regularly and not just for us but for my son and friends also, I put an order in which in total cost £23 when it was delivered we also tipped the delivery man, my husbands food was as usuall enjoyable, I on the other hand always have garlic mushrooms and a garlic mayo dip along with a chicken burger. This time when our order turned up it was missing the garlic dip so I rang them only to be told it has never came with a garlic dip, considering everyone we order from ther I always get the garlic mushrooms with garlic dip even offer to pay extra if needs be and every time I receive exactly that. The person who spoke to me ensured me that he’d worked there 18 months and never heard of it so I endured him I have received and eaten it many times, wow then he proceeded to call me a liar and I became infuriated I asked that they send a driver out to pick up the food and refund me, half an hour later the manager rang me yet again went over what had happened he also said no no no garlic dip with the mushrooms omg felt like I was hitting my head on a walk, and then he said I send you some , within 15 minutes low and behold I received my garlic mushrooms along with my garlic dip, it’s just a shame , I have them back the first cold mushrooms but by this tim i had completely lost my appetite.... unprofessional service, cold food and free insults not recommended

Average, nice takeaway food, I think the chips are delicious as is the popcorn chicken. However, I wouldn't say it to be the quality shown in the photos on here. The servings are fairly generous and it is conveniently next to the Winterbourne Newsagents.

Food quality and quantity has dropped horrendously

Food lovely. Ordered lots of times but given up as orders are always incomplete. 9/10 orders have food missing even though you order via an app and the order is then printed. Such a shame!
