The kebabs are awesome and the pizza is to die for. The best kebab shop I think I've ever known. I've had a notification to update my review, so... can I give Charcoal Grill 6 stars? 7? 8? 9, oven 10? If I could I would.

A pretty plain place from the outside. No seats just big, warm waiting area but the food is GREAT! Always freshly prepared, tasty and dine to my liking. Very polite and skilled service and chefs! Teşekkür ederim! 🙏🏻👍🏻

Worst place ever!…had a kebab delivery with all salad and chilli sauce but came with nothing on it. Phoned to complain but was told tough shxt everyone has salad at home and you can make your own chilli sauce!!!! First time order and certainly the last and hopefully anyone else reading this will avoid!

Waited 2 hours for delivery without any apology. If I had walked into the shop I don’t believe it would have taken 2 hours to slice a bit of meat of the kebab and stick it in a pita!!! Even better !!! Just had a call from charcoal grill Hanham to say they will be even longer and if I don’t like it I can drive to the shop and get my money back!!!!! Please avoid this place

We had some great fried chicken from here last week. The coating was tasty and was not at all greasy. The chips were fresh and really crisp. Very friendly service from the lads there too.

Been going in here on and off for a while now and the experience has been getting worse. Food has remained constant in taste but the portion sizes have been going down and cost up. Had the mix kebab but was not impressed with portion size for 11.60. When your eating the bread and wondering where the rest is for over a tenner then you know its srunk.. Still best locally as not many others around have to try somewhere else next time me thinks

Service was efficient, delivered within the predicted time period. I didn't like that the sauce was already on the chips, I think having a little sachet or tub on the side would have been better, that way we can choose how much sauce we have (They put a LOT on top and it was wayyyy too much). They even put quite a lot on the portion that i didn't request sauce on. Didn't really like the burger, no taste and it was soggy. Respectfully, won't be ordering again, we will be choosing Burger King next time.

A gem of a place in Hanham. They deliver too !! Great value for money. Yummy kebabs. Easy to order online. Creating the ideal salad with options of none, a little, yes, or extra on each individual salad item and sauce !! A highly recommended place to go or have a delivery from. Trusted quality. Cannot fault one bit.

The food was delivered absolutely on time and was incredible. The pizza is always phenomenal but the chicken shish kebab was next level. Utterly delicious!

Tasty Kebabs and friendly service. We always go here for a takeaway when we need some cheering up. Never had any issues with our orders. There is a little language barrier with one of the staff members, they are patient and make sure everything is correct. Clean and good portion sizes. A medium Donner kebab portion is too much for me in one go, but i'll happily snack on it later. - We keep coming back :)

Always good food and a friendly service

Charcoal Grill is my go to place for kebabs. Exactly what I want from a doner kebab, lots of salad, a choice of sauces, and not greasy! My wife likes their pizzas too. I've never had any problems with deliveries either. Delivery staff are always courteous and can actually find my flat, unlike uber eats!

Workers at the kebab shop are disrespectful to women, told my asian friend that she should be cleaning in their kitchen. How disgusting, do not give this food place any business.

Best kebab shop around.orderd from here several times now and won't order from anywhere els. Always with in good time,great value with good portion size and i like how they outline every tick box for what u want with ur kebab and how much of it such as salad and all the sauces.salad always fresh and plenty of it and meat always tasty and cooked to perfection and plenty of that to.no service fee iver like u get with other delerivery companies as they use there own delivery drivers.never had any issues and order always spot on.regardless of having large family so always a big order put through.5 star rating all round.

Awful, awful, awful! After placing an order for delivery - it would take an hour. At an hour and 15mins I rang. A very unapologetic we were busy was the response - we’ll cook it now! Wow! When it did arrive we’d waited 1 hour 40mins. It’s a shame because the actual food is nice. Rude staff, disorganised and you will wait and wait and wait!!

Food was cold took 1hr 30 mins calls were ignored to see how long it would be and had to drive to the shop to see where my food was and all they said was already left and still took a further 20 mins and the store is only 3 mins away from me Terrible food go somewhere else as you’ll be disappointed with this choice never again will I use this food place again !

Food tastes great for a takeaway kebab/grill establishment more akin to a restaurant. Only gripe was the lack of checking from staff on customers entering their establishment without face masks. I was the only customer to wear a mask and 4 other groups were served during that time all with no masks on.

Pizza, kebabs etc are lovely but if you want it divered you are in for a long wait only 45 mins late today.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery,this is the third time this has happened! contact them only to be told its out for delivery! (which its not!) won't order from here again, completely inaccurate delivery times!!

Not going here again total joke.. 2.5hr had to wait. evewn went round to see where my order was and they said it left to be delivered.. 30 mins later when i live 2 mins (3 streets away) literally. and it arrives cold. total waste of money and time and money. do not waste your time unless you like cold food after waiting for 2.5hrs.. like an episode of Gordan Ramseys kitchen nightmares! Not even worth one star.. and just realised They messed up the order to.. ruined our family sat evening

Absolute shocking delivery service , waited almost Two hours for our food ,and it’s still not arrived !! Keep calling to be told it’s on it’s way, the shop is less than a mile away so god knows how they are delivering ...me thinks they are crawling their way here

Ordered from here before and the pizzas were amazing however today’s order of chicken kebab and chicken wrap was terrible . Both were cold through although we live 3mins drive around the corner .when we called they were rude and impolite and refused to accept our complaint . With the attitude of don’t come back. Shame really our custom has now gone else where and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .

Yet again an absolutely flawless service and meal. I made the mistake of using my local kebab shop last week, and ended up leaving my first ever 1 star review. I'm sorry for cheating on you Charcoal grill, I won't do it again I promise! That kebab you delivered last night was quite possibly the best kebab I've had... Period. Not only that, but delivered earlier than expected (as usual). Asked for extra chilli peppers, and was not dissapointed! 10\10 guys! Definitely my go to kebab shop.

Absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs. Placed a telephone order and was told 45 mins for delivery. No problem I thought, that works fine. Started phoning shop an hour and 15 mins after to be told was on its way!!!! Ok I thought, fair enough it could be a busy time. Phoned again after an hour and 30 mins to be told very rudely that the driver had just left🤣🤣 what a joke that was. Rang again after 2 hours to be told that they were busy and chef was about to cook our order!!!!. Fair play to Just Eat as they refunded straight away and apologised. Needless to say we will never use Charcoal Grill in Hanham again EVER!!

This is now the 2nd time it's been cold and whilst i know we only live two mins away, this is not acceptable.

DONT BE LATE! My boyfriend Just went to Collect our order from here, when he got here he got verbally abused by who he thought was the manager for being later collecting our order! This staff member stopped what he was doing when he heard my boyfriend tell the man working on the till what the name of the order was, to come over pointing at his watch saying he was late and that the phone number was wrong! I placed the order and I am 100% sure the number was right! We have placed orders to be delivered before tonight and they weren’t exactly on time yet we didn’t abuse the delivery man for being late! Will not be going back there again, rubbish customer service, un professional and very very rude. By the way it was around about 9 o’clock so it wasn’t like they were waiting for us to get there to collect our order so they could close and go home. Also it wasn’t like an hour late it was 10-15 minutes RUDE RUDE RUDE MAN. Only gave them 1 star because they wouldn’t let me give none!

Hour and a half to deliver Food wasn't hot My chicken kebab was cold and mainly full with salad.... The chicken I had wasn't even cut to little chunks they were like fillets, the 2 i had and I'm not fussy!
