What a discovery! Only found it as I took a wrong turning but how lucky I was. Followed signs for Mamf’s Cafe and had one of the best traditional fry ups I’ve had for a long time. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating (I do like my bacon done to death and they knew exactly what I meant). I will return.

Whenever we visit Glastonbury a visit to Pie and Tart at the end of the Gauntlet is a must. So much choice of cakes and savouries and Mandy's baking is to die for. Ask about dietary issues and food intolerances, you may be surprised what she can cater for. 10/10.

Freshly baked bread, and great sandwiches. We also had a couple of freshly made juices which were really nice. Allison, the owner is very chatty and friendly. Well recommended.

We got a thali and a vegetable briyani. The owner catered the spice levels to our taste and we greatly appreciated that. The food was fresh and delicious. The owner was sweet and friendly. The space is small but he is just starting out. It has its own charm, it’s nice that it’s small so you get a personalised service. I wish it the best.

Staff were lovely the food was delicious. Taste and quality of the food was amazing. There was 8 of us and we ordered the queen's feast for 8 people. Again no issues all very happy with the food it. Only slight critique was more bread needed. We were given so many lovely dips and there just wasn't enough bread to dip ratio. Definitely be back to try some of the other dishes! Thank you for a delicious lunch and another great thing is the restaurant is dog friendly!

We asked these guys if they could make us a vegan cake for a birthday celebration. They were happy to help and a few days notice. Cake was amazing and the recipient was so happy as he usually missis out on cake being a vegan. Staff were so friendly and helpful and I felt it was no trouble at all to accommodate our request. Thank you so much and pat on the back to the baker.

We went for a lunchtime meal, which was lovely! The food is excellent and the staff and amazing. We had the roast pork and the portion size was very generous. The meal was delicious. The tearoom food and atmosphere is so lovely that this is our 6th visit as we go each time we come to Somerset. Mary and her staff are friendly and very welcoming! The tearoom is also dog friendly and Monty our golden retriever is very much spoilt when he’s there. All in all a fantastic visit!

There is now a restaurant trading as Cafe Sol at this address. We only went because Rainbow's End next door is shut on Wednesdays, but it's very good! I had halloumi wrap with Greek salad and sweet potato chips aka fries, which were good anyway, but the best thing I had was their home-made elderflower lemonade, which had more body than most elderflower drinks yet was still refreshing. The service is rather on the relaxed side but don't let the put you off!

Visited Glastonbury whilst on a weeks break in Crewkerne. Popped into to this lovely cafe as it was dog friendly. Forgetting my glasses I asked if they catered for gluten free, they did (it stated it on the menu). As I ordered the lady behind the counter asked if I was coeliac, I told her I was. When the food was brought to the table, the lady explained that she had cleaned the kitchen and prepared my food using all new unopened ingredients. All I had was a corned beef and onion sandwich, but the attention to detail was second to none. Really recommend this place to coeliacs and non coeliacs.

I’ve been bringing my family in here for quite some time , we are family that have many different allergies & this is always been the perfect place for us. But sadly, yesterday we had a really bad experience . One of my family has severe allergies so going out for a little drink is quite a treat. We ordered our usual vegan hot chocolate for her which she has every time we come here . When it came it tasted like it had gone off so we sent it back. When it came back it tasted just as bad. So when we left I said I wasn’t very happy and did not want to pay for the hot chocolate as it was not drinkable. The woman behind the counter became quite rude and said that she had made it twice , which was not true , She really made us feel very uncomfortable & she made a scene in front of the whole café . I felt that she was argumentative and had no customer service skills. I have recommended this place to many people and we probably visit 2 to 3 times a month . But that will not be happening anymore , I have many years of experience working in hospitality and this is not how you speak to customers .

In a town of excellent, varied restaurants this may be the best. Cheery staff. Marvellous food with a Middle Eastern twist. Perhaps the best "full works breakfast' that I have ever had. A pleasant atmosphere, and come the warmer weather, a nice garden. Watch out for the unusual Wednesday/Thursday closure days

Popped in for breakfast while in the area. Had large full English (with bubble and squeak). All cooked fresh to order. All staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast set us up for the day with large mug of tea and big pile of toast. Perfect.
