Tucked away in the lovely village of Beckington, Mes Amis looks appealing and welcoming, and this continues inside. The walls are lined with wine and products perfect to accompany the deli offering. We were welcomed with a warm friendly smile and an offer to explain the cakes and food available. Everything looked and sounded so tempting and delicious. A couple of sweet treats were ordered with two coffees (“nice strong black americano for me, please”). Being busy, our order arrived in good time considering Mes Amis was busy. The food was presented beautifully and was appealing, but my coffee was a pale brown in colour. The cinnamon bun did not taste fresh and we would have been surprised if it was baked that day, and my coffee was weak and lacked flavour or aroma. The staff were lovely, but there was no service check to bring any of this to their attention. The food looks amazing. The deli and cafe are beautiful too, but we were just left disappointed.

We stayed the night in room 1. We couldn’t have asked for more, absolutely stunning and all really well thought through. The staff are lovely, really accommodating, the pub itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Both dinner and breakfast were spot on a great portion sizes. Lovely garden, can’t wait to visit again when we’re in the area! I would highly recommend this to stay or visit for food

One of the best-value takeaways you can get in Warminster. A novel menu that's really different and tasty. Love the fact also that they use recyclable containers. Great value, lovely big portions, normally a bit left over from my wife's dish for my lunch the next day. Definitely worth a try if you're getting bored of your local takeaway and want to try something fresh and different.

The Fox is een erg leuk restaurant. The Fox, thank for the very nice dinner!

Went to The Bell a few days ago to celebrate a friend’s early 60th Birthday. The staff were fantastic, they put up a banner & added some balloons to the 1 we brought ourselves. The food was delicious, the atmosphere friendly & cozy, the staff very helpful & professional. Would definitely recommend

We have enjoyed numerous meals here but in the past couple of years quality seems to have steadily dropped, normally I would not leave a negative review to state this and put it down to a(nother) "bad day" in the kitchen. Last Sunday we ordered 3 x takeaway fish and chips and when we asked for a glass of tap water for our 11 year old son this was refused and we were informed we could only buy a bottle of over-priced mineral water. I questioned this and the surly staff member was insistent that no tap water was available. Thinking this must be a mistake I emailed White Row to complain but after a week I've received no reply. Please don't profiteer from selling water to children (paying customers!), it is cheap and nasty, and your lack of response speaks for itself. ------- Thank you for your reply below. An email was sent to cafe@whiterowfarm.co.uk last Sunday We did not request to dine in a playground. We sat at a table on the porch directly outside of your front door and nowhere near any playground. Obviously one should avoid glass in a playground and it is ironic therefore that you use this as the reason to sell glass bottles. Other cafes overcome this by providing disposable paper cups or re-usable plastic cups for outside use. An offer to pour a glass of water at the counter while ordering would have sufficed...
