We thought this bakery provided one of the best coffees we have ever tasted. Very popular with visitors you can spot it easily as you arrive off the Falmouth ferry.

Quality service. Friendly staff and very nice rustic vibe to the place, along with appropriate music. Had a lovely dinner at a very well done event “bike bight”. Lovely atmosphere.

We made the 40 minutes drive to The Cornish Italian having been very impressed by what the website offered on a Saturday night. We were a table of six. Table booked at 7.15pm. On arrival we were told that the majority of the starters were unavailable. So no burrata and no stracciatella. Starters available were focaccia and sourdough. The sourdough came with what appeared to be chunks of cheddar drizzled with balsamic. That was the starter choices. The website states pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights, with 4 teenagers at the table we great! No pizzas just 5 pasta dishes. These were all the same pastas with a variation of sauces. The pasta was good and authentic but the lack of availability on the menu on a Saturday night was disappointing. I won’t rush back.

Enjoyed a lovely visit today and was not disappointed, we usually travel to Cornwall every year to holiday and normally stop at Jamaica inn, we decided to stop at Miss V's today. Was sorry we missed out on the soup as we were a little early, but the savoury cream tea was lovely, the best cream cheese we have ever tasted, the tea was a lovely big pot with a generous jug of milk, not the small thimble we sometimes get. We took a couple cakes away with us, the pistachio & Orange was delicious, you can tell that high quality ingredients are used. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We had another super evening here this year - great crowd pleasing food (18 of us) fab wine and wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the 'Scatho sunset.

My mother and I (and two dogs) had a wonderful roast. The beef was amazing, vegetables cooked well and gravy delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend 😀

The best! Always just so good every time you go there. Delicious, imaginative food, great variety and knowledgable staff serving. Fabulous location, good prices, if you don’t want to go to a pub this is the best food around to eat on the hillside next to it or down on the beach.

First class in every way. Lovely customer service, absolutely delicious bread rolls, yummy breakfast filling and delicious coffee. Perfect. Going back tomorrow!

I came here hoping to support a local business, especially with Starbucks charging £5 a coffee these days. Unfortunately, I ended up paying £5.10 for a coffee that was half the size and not worth the price. Bit disappointed.

Stopped here as part of a cycling group doing a bit of a tour round. Good choice of simple food and snacks. Nice seating area overlooking the beach. Quick service...with a smile, was nice too.

Lovely pub. The couple who run the place were friendly and spoke to us for a while about their experience with the area and history. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and so glad we were told to go there. The food is also delicious and the other guests were welcoming and kind. No fault to be found here. Just a great recommendation if you’re looking for something close or happen to be near. Would come again in the future for sure.
