The best restaurants in Probus Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Called in for a feed and a coldy but unfortunately they no longer serve food. Pity.

The food was magnificent when I ate the food I came everywhere it was the best food I think I’ve ever ate I will definitely be coming back this was amazing loved it.

We planned lunch as a group of 11 here and weren’t disappointed. Pre orders were well managed and the pub ready for us on arrival. Excellent food, with good sized portions. The group loved the fish & chip Friday which was great value. Staff were friendly and helpful.

What a setting! A sweet, light and bright cafe with indoor seating, covered courtyard seating and plenty of outdoor seating in amongst the trees. Decent range of quiche, frittata, sausage rolls, pasty’s, soup and amazing cakes. Absolutely delighted that they serve my favourite Origin coffee from Porthleven! Totally dog friendly and people friendly too - everyone that works here are so friendly and smiley. The gardens are absolutely glorious. Peaceful, beautifully tended (without being manicured) ever changing with the seasons - I’ll be back again and again.

Friendly staff. Excellent pint of Tribute. Food was wonderful, cooked to perfection & the regular portion size was almost too much. Whilst there a male choir arrived & sang a selection of Cornish songs. Would highly recommend.

Been here three times and been been excellent every time. Nicely kept beer + brilliant freshly cooked food + fast attentive service. Best around here.

This place is a stunner next to the water! Do some delightful food and is just Devine on a hot day. Staff are always friendly and the service is always good!

Called in here when visiting the garden and enjoyed our platters so much we called in again, just for lunch. There is not a massive range of dishes but what there was was good

So i do not venture out when it comes to food ! Couldnt be bothered to go miles so went to my local !! Lets start Had chicken satay skewers , unfortunately not to my taste as they were fried and not in sauce ! Battered mini spring rolls (banging with bbq sauce ) Chicken in black bean - full of flavour chicken was perfect , nothing worse than hard chicken !! Was so tender and juicy , sauce great consistency plenty of it ! Chicken in satay same as above ! Chips nicely salted Bbq sauce nice and thick lots of flavour ! I would of gave it 5 but unfortunately the skewers werent for me ! Good quality food for a good price !! Young lady server was very friendly too !! I imagine it would be pleasant eating in

No atmosphere at all. My wife had a fly in her meal. Put us right off. Front doors left open, so flies were coming in. Service poor.
