Amazing beef! Juicy and flavoursome. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the first time my daughter tried chicken wings and ate them all. That's saying something. Can't wait to try more soon.

Absolutely amazing carvery. For us we normally stay away from carvery as roasts are very subjective. However this is the best carvery we have had and would definitely recommend and come back for

We had breakfast and dinner here as part of our Premier Inn meal deal. Definately the best meal deal partner we have encountered in 7 years. The food has a good choice and is beautifully cooked and presented. Even my blue steak was perfect and not overcooked. The staff are friendly and very helpful. 6 of us ate there over a period of 5 days, every meal was delicious and the service superb. Would definately recommend

We are regular garden centre visitors and often visited the cafe under previous management -I hear they have relocated to Warnes Hoping the new management were doing such a gem of a venue proud, we were open minded for this first visit The decor looks pleasant but there were some issues which I should have pointed out at the time on reflection. There was a sort of maitre d podium at the entrance which said wait to be seated -so we did After a while of seeing people entering via the terrace door and going to tables we tried to catch the eye of the manager lady -once she saw us she called across the room -bit rude- that we could sit anywhere in the hard floor area (we had the dog) The table that we sat at was very dirty and the end of the radiator had fallen on the floor The raised glass style table tops are unhygienic it left a gap and there was wet condensation and crumbs under it - what is the hygiene rating of this place? Not 5 star - I didn’t see anyone cleaning table before or after customers We had two flat white coffees and shared a tea cake - it cost £10.90 v expensive and the small coffee tasted bitter -not a flat white more like an americano I’ll be reporting you for an inspection, Palm Tree Bistro as with high flu rates your practices need a shake up .

Called in for a breakfast with family after a week in Cornwall on the Lizard. No cooked food, no breakfast just plastic wrapped Paninis heated up by polite and attentive staff. C,Mon Sainburys you can do better than this.

Convenient to main through route in helston . Large car park makes it easy to park and collect a pack of frozen pasties to take home and cook They even provide cooking instructions

Ok bet you are asking I give high scores for Food, Service, and Atmosphere but overall just a 3 ? It's the parking it really is a ball ache including driving down to the rear parking area as its tight to turn around in ( as it's not a clever idea to reverse out and onto a main road) it's a pity as the staff are excellent and the food is yummy.

Been there a few times over the years and noticed the portions are a disgrace of a size but same price , got a roast dinner and the meat was like sliced meat out of a packet and apple crumble was like it was in a finger bowl and was £6.50, better going to a reputable place and get a real roast carvery and decent portions , plenty about , wheal dream for instance

Great that there is a dog friendly option in Helston, especially on a Monday! Good choice of cakes etc, great coffee, and friendly staff.

We wanted a cooked breakfast but it's not possible anymore. Limited range of plastic wrapped bread products. Miserly fillings. The staff are lovely but it's a pathetic offering.
