Premier Inn Helston hotel in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Rooms need updating, air conditioning not working, hot water tap in the bathroom only supplying cool water

I have been to so many premier inns around the country and this is my favourite hotel. Not only.are the staff so helpful they are friendly enough to actually get to know them. I personally want to thank Larry, Harris, martin, Amanda, kasey, Emma, kallan,Michelle and Lynne for their generosity and respect and looking after us...I have come here so many times and highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant next to it which bumped up the rating for me

The reception staff were splendid, particularly Kacey, who was efficient, charming, friendly and amusing.

Somewhat regulars here! And everytime we arrive the rooms are great; clean, comfy and quiet! Most of all lovely and friendly réception team, who are always happy to help and have a chat! thankyou katie and lynne for always greeting us with a smile :)

The had a couple of minor things wrong but nothing that caused an issue. The staff I met greeted me on enjoy and had a chatty nature. People should really treat them better guests that means you

Signal and WiFi is almost non- existent! There were 2 lovely female receptionists but apart from them they weren’t too talkative/ friendly

Syria is more homely than this 😭😭

Only stayed the 1 night for work. Easy booking in and Room was very nice.... would have liked one on the ground floor but mustn't grumble

Been staying here for a few nights now. Staff are faultless. Always smiling and happy for a chat! Rooms spotless and to a high standard. Best nights sleep I’ve had since staying here. Highly recommend.

What a great location for Cornwall, perfect for all the lovely coves, Lizard Point, Lands End. Great staff and excellent restaurant. Close to the town and plenty of parking. Top place to stay, 5 stars...

My ground level room was a bit tired and showed signs of age. There was some rust on the soap dispensers in the bathroom, but generally, it was clean. A good sized bath. I wasn't happy that there was always men hovering outside the main entrance, as there was at breakfast, lunchtime, early evening and close to midnight, I asked about this at reception and was told it was fishermen who were staying there and needed to smoke but I can see that being intimidating to some!

Enjoyed a full English breakfast. It was what you'd expect from a premier inn eatery. Nothing to complain about.

Perfect mattresses, perfect sheets, bathroom a little tight, and the rest is perfect

I stayed here for 2 nights the stay was ok for the money but the wifi is non existent if you work from home or going for a work related thing do not come here untill the wifi is sorted !!

It's a Premier Inn so you know exactly what you're getting. The separate pub can get very busy though.

Had a great stay for the weekend recently. Phone signal is basically non existent in the building but free WiFi for all is provided, rather than having to pay for better wifi like at other premier inns. Easy parking, didn't try the pub but was always busy.

We're traveling around England these days and we're making a few stops, we've booked in a series of Premier Inn hotels, at the moment we're the only one who hasn't had a good time in this one. In the room we found dirty socks in the bathroom and bedroom and the shower gel ran out. The rooms are not well kept and the fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise.

Really friendly and helpful employees, but with windows that don't open a fan or air con would be helpful like other premier inn supply

Just the usual Premier Inn, picture is not the Premier Inn but the venue next to it. Obviously for Premier Inn stayers to use.

Comfortable room. Nice "pub" incorporated in the grounds where meals are served. Good service and a nicer atmosphere than some restaurants with hotels like these.

As with all Premier Inns, clean and comfortable. However, the room I was in was dingy and musty. No opening window. The supposed fresh air from the air con was suspect.

We had the fire alarm go off at about 10-45 pm on2nd of May. Larry was in charge,also on reception was Kasey & Kallan They got everyone out side very professionally & took all are room numbers; there was no panic. The fire brigade arrived & checked everything out & we allowed backin :We were very impressed with how the whole operation was conducted A big Thank You to Larry ,Kacey & Kallum from Pat & Colin Jeffery Bude

Excellent from greeting the team at reception to checking out. Anything we asked for was never too much trouble. The staff were all to pleased to sort any minor issues and help out when asked. Room was great for the price and the amenities spot on. Visiting family was made far more enjoyable with such an excellent hotel on the door step.
