First time I’ve used this chip shop should have gone sooner friendly service freshly cooked chips not from frozen as I was informed by owners had a sausage in batter also freshly cooked so not sweating in a warmer until sold like others locally my 12 year old girl said it was (lush) best batter sausage she had . I would rather wait a few minutes here for quality than go elsewhere for a massive bag of chips that have been sat there being kept warm for who knows how long will visit again soon to try portion of fish for sure lovely lovely lovely and right on my door step lucky me ☺️

A great little restaurant that we discovered near to where we were staying. It was Saturday night so not surprising that it was busy. The guy behind the desk checked the bookings going out of his way to try and squeeze us in. He said we could have a table but he would need it vacated by 2100 which gave us plenty of time. The service was really good, and the food was excellent, from the poppadoms to the main meal, would definitely recommend.

They offer authentic Kerala food at a reasonable price. Even the price is much lower as compared to some other similar restaurants. It has an ambient atmosphere and enough space to dine in. Also offers toddy and other drinks as well. You might find it a bit difficult to reach there using public transport as it is quite far away from Bristol city centre. If you have your own vehicle it won't be much of an issue. Great place to dine with family and friends.

Worst food i've ever had. Today i travelled several miles to this place bc I've heard that they cook their kebabs on charcoal. I ordered a house special kebab for £19 but what i got is a cheap box full with crap greasy donner and some mixed shish. The lamb shish doesn't taste anything like lamb meat and was chewy and under cooked which caused me explosive diarrhoea after eating it. Cash only and no receipt. Dodgy

This is a rightly popular Indian restaurant in North Bristol. It is especially popular for birthday and other celebrations. The prices are cheap for what is quality food, and given that it is not a licensed restaurant (you 'bring your own' if you wish) and neither is there an expectation of customers having dessert or other 'extras', the overall cost of a visit is surprisingly low. Money is not everything, and the caring attitude of the staff as well the standard of the fare, make the visit a very positive experience.

Everyone enjoyed their meal. An issue with one steak meal but was resolved quickly & efficiently. Going here again soon.

So much to like in this friendly pub. Staff nice, good beers, nice layout and great garden. But…..the food is disappointing. The pizzas are ok but the rest really should be better. Feel bad writing this because I love the place. Would be great if they could upgrade the food a bit.

Well I went out for a my Dad and Nans birthday to have a nice lunch. This was ruined by finding Bone in my De boned Turkey Roast dinner so I removed to bone I bit into and showed a member of staff Emma or Em as the manager calls her. I explained that I found some bone to be told it wasn't and it was Turkey skin and she was very abrupt in how she told me and then doubled down with oh the Chef said its not bone it was definitely skin. No offer to change my meat or be asked if I'd like to change my meal. She didn't ask if I was OK just rolled her eyes at me and the thought I couldn't hear her Bitching about me to another member of staff who was actually Great at her job. So I was completely put off my meal and asked for my roast to be refunded by the Nice staff member. I was offered a change but after the way my complaint was dealt with by Emma I was not hungry. I would like to point out that I am TYPE ONE DIABETIC I didn't eat a meal then paid for my family bill and then Emma approached me as we are all leaving. I told her I didn't want to talk to her and then I said her customer service was terrible and you shouldn't talk to customers like she did. She then told me she wanted to interject to my points I said I wasn't interested in listening. I continually tell her not to talk to me and I walked away to be then followed by Emma for her to Gloat and be smug and aggressive and tell me I was BANNED BY THE CHEF EMMA AND HER BOSS. All because I complained about bone in my food. Apparently you can't complain as the CHEF Em and manager Owen will BAN YOU FROM THE PUB. I hope that Head office watch their CCTV As the camera never lies unlike your staff I mentioned in the review. Was it because I'm Black and disabled you happily took my money then ban me/ my whole family of 14. Hope head office will see though your crap customer service and your pathetic lies that came out of your mouth Emma and to the Chef who clearly have a chip on their shoulders. I work in hospitality. Stay away from this place if you want a decent meal and nice staff only 2 of the people who worked their were friendly and helpful and pleasant.
