The best restaurants in East Cliff and Springbourne Bournemouth South West

It's disappointing that this place isn't vegetarian/vegan anymore, the falafel is good so I decided to still order. Wish I hadn't because at the same time my falafel was being made, burgers were being fried on the grill. Since there was no ventilation the restaurant smelt disgusting and even though there are two grills, both are used for warming up wraps. I saw the server going to warm my falalfel wrap on the grill that had just been used for grilling meat and had to quickly remind him that I'm vegan and that is a no go so he used the other grill but I wasn't convinced how clean it was..... Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively) and I won't be going back

Encontré este pequeño café camino al partido de fútbol que no está lejos y caminable. Gran hallazgo con una cálida y amable bienvenida. Tuvimos un desayuno que era muy sabroso y una taza de té caliente. Volvimos al día siguiente para otro desayuno antes de volver a casa. Volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en la zona. Gracias (espero que su ojo está mejorando)

It’s amazing. First time in Bournemouth and staying in the nearby hotel. Being a Malaysian a long long time ago - this place was amazing and am so glad to speak to the owner and reminisce about old Malaysia. Food was amazing and so far it’s been great. Nice to touch base like this as it’s good for the mind. So thank you for the whole package

Personally I’m not a fan of this type of food , but a local men’s group outing on a Thursday night had changed my perspective!Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was really nice , hot tasty full of flavours and I recommend the deep fried chicken or Beef bulgogi dolsot

Después de haber pasado varias veces y siempre haberlo visto bastante ocupado, mi esposo y yo decidimos parar y tomar una copa y comer un poco. Estar en la playa significa que el entorno y la vista son encantadores, por supuesto, además de la disposición y la decoración son luminosos, vibrantes y fríos. Pedimos 2 pintas de Korev y 2 paninis de jamón y queso, la comida vino después de unos 10 minutos, pero no hay bebidas, por lo que la comida se comió lentamente en anticipación de nuestra cerveza llegando, pero se terminó 10 minutos antes de las bebidas y finalmente llegó... después de 25 minutos! Con la razón proporcionada es que tenían 1 camarero y es 'maníaco' - me da miedo pensar cómo era cuando la gente llegó para el evento VIP que tenía una gran área cerrada y esperando! Huelga decir que esto fue decepcionante, pero podría haberse pasado por alto si la comida no fuera tan terrible, la triste excusa para un panini fue una baguette en rodajas con 1 rebanada de jamón y 1 rebanada de queso procesado en cada mitad y luego metido en el horno de pizza, muy seco y poco atractivo, la mejor parte fueron las tortillas al lado. Para añadir insulto a la lesión, las pizzas se veían y nos hizo muy molesto por nuestra elección! Así que si volviéramos, definitivamente pediríamos pizza.

My husband & I had a wonderful wedding at the Cottonwood back in 2015 and love to revisit. For our first post pandemic trip back we booked an Afternoon Tea for Easter Monday. Upon arrival we noticed that there were no guest cars onsite which was the first warning sign. When we entered the hotel we were greeted rudely and informed that whilst our booking was in the system there was no chef in that day and he had not been told that we had booked. We were initially told to rebook but as we were only visiting Bournemouth for the Easter weekend we were then told that if we could wait 10mins then they would contact the chef, who lives onsite, and serve us something! Not the most professional welcome or customer management. We did not wait and shall not be returning. Since our last visit the hotel has begun to look run down and in drastic need of an update.
