My go to place for Italian. Great tasting food at a reasonable price. Staff are always efficient, pleasant and accommodating. Lovely relaxed vibe too and nice decor. Don't be put off by it's location beside a car wash!

Food good but some times limited Staff good BUT CAFE IS ALWAYS COLD AND USERS HAVE TO WEAR A COAT .

Very poor on all aspects,booked table in Restaurant expecting table service but the only bit of table service we had was half hour after being sat the rest of time had to go to bar etc. We had to wait a good 45 mins for our food which was concerning ss the majority of the pub was empty to then get food which was well over cooked, majority of our order had issues.....pan roast lamb well over cooked supposed to be served medium more well done. Mac & cheese burnt to dish. No table service after first drinks & main course, had to go to bar to order further drinks etc, no check back done on meals which seems very poor as lots of staff wandering around but no one seemed to know what they were doing...

The third year running we have visited the Talbot for the festive menu. The food was exceptional. Three really delicious courses, enjoyed by all three of us. The starter of mushrooms in peppercorn sauce was fantastic! The staff were brilliant. Stacey served us and is the ultimate professional, super efficient, really happy and friendly. She was great. The guys behind the bar were also terrific. Our weird mix of payment (free drink birthday voucher and a different person paying separately for the meal balance and drinks with a gift card) caused no confusion whatsoever. Thanks to everyone involved. A great time had by us all!

We recently chose to hold our small wedding reception at the Hollybush and we could not be more thrilled with our experience. We were so well looked after from the first enquiry to the last few drinks of the evening. The food was superb, and the service was even better. The whole party were treated like family, it was so well organised and they really took away any stress for us, helping with whatever they could. One of the favours for a guest got misplaced (my error), and they replaced it with a mini bottle of prosecco and even made a name tag, all without calling me - they just did it - I really appreciated that. Then to top it all off they gifted us with a gift card for future use, after we'd ran them all ragged all day! It was so kind of Russ and the team. Thank you so much to the Hollybush team and please if you're thinking of booking any event or party - get in contact with them!

Had a takeaway Friday night and have to say it's got to be the best around. Would definitely recommend it.

Great food. Was ready faster than anticipated.

Been ordering from Yung Kee for years, order a takeaway, was advised it would be a 90 minute wait, 2 hours came round, we rang and were told it had just left the shop. An hour later still no delivery, rang up and was told it would be any minute now, I said it will be cold, she said let us know if it’s cold and we will refund you. Food was cold on arrival, advised Yung Kee, a week later no refund and we didn’t have anything to eat that night. Such a shame, it use to be great, not any more.

We stopped for lunch, and had great cheese toastie, carrot cake and coffee/tea. But no crisps ? Theres a supermarket the other side of the wall, don't even need to go outdoors. But apart from that, very nice, thanks.

I went in with a friend and immediately got asked to sit outside for some unspecified reason, Sat outside and was then told I looked too ‘chavy’ by a lady who really didn’t look too much better imo. Since when does clothing define your personality?

Had a fun chat with one of the staff members called lee, he was very nice and his service was amazing, can see my self going back just because of the staff. food was great too.
