Fabulous food and friendly service Sad to hear it was closing. Would highly recommend the house slaw and toasted sticky fig and bacon sandwich.

Tucked away in a retirement complex is this super little place offering a variety of delicious food, all home made, at ridiculously reasonable prices, prepared and served by a lovely couple. Find it and give it a try.

We had the most amazing afternoon tea on Friday with freshly made sandwiches and homemade cakes. It was a great venue to celebrate our friends belated birthdays. Tray and her staff are exceptional and so welcoming.

Always friendly and cheerful staff which is the highlight of this particular Costa. The food is ok; you don't exactly expect a gourmet meal in Costa and my judgement is based on a one off purchase of a cheese and ham toasty as I was hungry while waiting to view a flat. The atmosphere isn't up to much - just a chain cafe on the high street, nothing remarkable.

I will begin this review by saying that my husband and I had come to Hungerford for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had visited our usual establishment (NOT Mio Fiore!) and were sadly let down by the quality of the food and had walked out without eating anything! Suffice to say we were not very happy and felt our day had been spoiled. Looking for another venue for our lunch, we walked past Mio Fiore and took a chance! So onto the review! Service! We were given the warmest welcome ever by a (very beautiful) waitress who was absolutely charming! Nothing was too much trouble and her attention to the smallest detail was just a delight! She very clearly genuinely cared about the customer experience and it shone through! This lovely lady obviously didn't know just how upset we were at having our anniversary lunch plans go so horribly wrong but I would love her to know that, thanks to her, our day was saved by her warmth and her friendly demeanour. Food! Due to the absolute disaster of our attempt at lunch in the previous hostelry, my appetite for food had somewhat waned. We asked if we could share a pizza and were informed of course! We chose a pizza with tomato cheese pepperoni and chilli (apologies forget the name!) and it was absolute gorgeous! The balance of ingredients was judged to perfection and the chilli heat was spot on! The pizza dough was thin, light and crispy and it was honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten! My Husband spotted some cake and asked if we were able to take some away. Yes of course and the cake was beautifully presented in a strong sturdy box and was absolutely delicious! Cleanliness and Décor The serving plates and side plates were of good quality, rustic looking and absolutely in keeping. Everything was immaculately clean and the décor was clean and contemporary. Price /Value for money! we were presented with the bill and my husband had to ask if a mistake had been made as it didn't seem enough! One diet coke (in a very nice glass by the way!) and a "proper" glass coke bottle One large pizza a stunning piece of cake and a 10% service charge £17.55 Would we return? you bet we will! Highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant!

Four of us arrived really late on Sunday afternoon at about 3.30 pm very hungry having been let down at Blandys in Inglewood. We were told we could still have "lunch" however if we ordered quickly, which we did. The food was excellent, hot and well cooked particularly the two steaks which were large and juicy. The waiting staff were friendly, obliging and efficient even though they were rushed off their feet. The downstairs area was cosy and welcoming with a lovely log burner which was not allowed to go out! All in all we had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed our meal in such convivial surroundings very much so thank you.

A friendly town pub that is dog friendly. Only one real ale was available when I visited which was Wadworth 6X and was well kept.

I went in for a Sunday roast as it's what I fancied, and The Three Swans was close by. They greeted me with open arms even though I didn't have a booking and was eating alone. I was then promptly served my drink and food once ordered. I had the seasonal turkey roast, and my gosh, make sure you go on an empty tummy like I did as it was huge. You get three massive roast potatoes, loads of carrots, Brussels, parsnips, pigs in blanket, stuffing, red cabbage, loads of turkey, and a huge yorkshire. It was all what I wanted, but everything could have had a little more crisp to it and less like it had been sitting around for some time. Having the option of Cranberry sauce was a nice touch though. I would go again as for the volume of food I thought £17 wasn't to bad.

I felt I must write to say how much I thoroughly enjoyed lunch at The Tutti Pole recently. Two friends joined me, where they opted for toasted sandwiches - delicious I'm sure, but I'd spent a few hours in the garden, and had worked up a huge appetite. As such, a full English breakfast was required to fully satisfy my hunger (and it certainly did) Everything was beautifully presented, and most importantly, my fried eggs were cooked to perfection ! Ice creams were enjoyed for dessert, ending a wonderful lunch. I hear this family run business has been serving customers for 43 years. My goodness, 43 years - now that's impressive, but in a way it's hardly surprising, because when you have a lovely team of friendly staff who greet you with a warm welcome, plus offer a tempting assortment of scrumptious food, then you can expect that business to flourish, and have a long and healthy future. Good old fashioned service, combined with a pleasurable eating experience are the hallmarks of the Tutti Pole (more than 4 decades in business confirms this)
