Always friendly and cheerful staff which is the highlight of this particular Costa. The food is ok; you don't exactly expect a gourmet meal in Costa and my judgement is based on a one off purchase of a cheese and ham toasty as I was hungry while waiting to view a flat. The atmosphere isn't up to much - just a chain cafe on the high street, nothing remarkable.

A nice place to call in for lunch. It has been a while since I ate at a Costa and found it a little expensive. Nice clean place with friendly staff, though one server was busy on her phone.

Costas are pretty much consistent throughout the UK, with IMHO the best coffee of all the franchises and reliably good food. This one in Hungerford is up with the best, friendly staff, good service, clean. Recommended. Parking available just down the road.

Two teams of two staff known serving since been here on a break holiday and they both seem to serve with good hard work and kindly patiently very well. Many thanks to them and they make some of the best of Costa cups of coffee too of the Costa brand type cuppas, here it seems. Very good Costa at Jan 2024, I think. Thank you to them and to Costa . The audio mix gets a bit trying at times one finds. Some of the less creative more repetitive zonk beat and zips zaps, ... and the music content a little limited to put it kindly. Trying to do heads in some of the 'artists' maybe! What are they getting their £millions for ? ? Rather depressing on the mind and giving a bad atmosphere at times, in this very good place. Could do without at least some of the audio mix one feels. In a cafe on the high street as Costa is so very good for many of us not a night club or music session venue .... Much appreciated . Always clean and tidy, staff very efficient and friendly. I go to a lot of coffee shops and this one is the best run and the staff seem invested in making it a great place.

Got a very bad allergic reaction after getting a large cappuccino. I called them to ask if they mix the milks or something and they told me that they don’t clean the pipe for froffing the milk and they use same cloth to just wipe it. This never happened to me in any other store. That is dangerous for multiple reasons. On top of that I been told that I should have let them know to clean it for me if I required and is my fault for not doing that.

Hi I don't use Costa in hungford, but Abi Coles has left the same review for another business in hungford today.spouting the same rubbish saying the manager treats its staff like rubbish.i would totally ignore her review all she is doing is sabotaging people's businesses.

Visited Costa coffee for the first time in 2 yrs because of COVID boy what a disappointment found out the old loyalty card has changed so now you only get BEANS for coffee only?? I had my old card swiped at the till to be told it's not recognized and then given a flyer with a Qcode to get the app. Read all the one star comments about the app and the REWARDS!! And ditched it. As now owned by coke a cola they have decided that your loyalty is no longer required and profits are king. This now puts all the big chain coffee shops the same when it comes to loyalty rewards. I suggest that you use local independent coffee shops and support local business instead as it would appear that the Large chains are trying to claw back their lock down profits...

Coffee was lovely and staff really friendly. It was just very cold as there was no heating on. Most people were sat drinking their coffees in their coats. I had to leave my 10 month old in her coat as it was too cold to sit inside without and extra layer.

Lovely customer service. On tuesday 11th of August 2020 at 07:00 a lovely barrister let me in 7 minutes early made me my drink promptly and served me my sausage bap perfectly. She had a beautiful vibe to her and she deserves a reward.
