Really well family based cafe / takeaway. Tasty, fresh food home cooked and very very reasonably priced, highly recommended

Situated by Llantwit Major station Piccolo blu is the place to go for coffee and scrummy cakes with some lovely conversation thrown in. Lucy who runs PB absolutely knows her stuff and it is a joy to come to her place for a coffee or three, ever willing always smiling . And even the dogs can have a puppacino (no coffee in sight of course) Diolch Lucy x

The kids love the waffles here (lots of choices, and went with nuttella with white chocolate sprinkles was) so what a great opportunity for adults to be able have wraps, baguettes, paninis and their speciality - Yorkshire Pudding (as a wrap) with excellent beef and very tasty gravy. It is very filling, but we gobbled it all down as it was so tasty. The side order of cripsy roast potatoes were also superb, with the gravy almost rivalling my mother in laws (which is a big compliment). Service was very friendly and accomodating, and they are very thoughtful on your needs. The food is served in take away boxes, so whether you eat in and don't finish it, or want to take it away, it is really convenient. Thanks very much for a refreshing experience

A taste explosion on the tongue. Really enjoyed our shared plates. Crispy chicken and cauliflower were the best dishes. Highly recommend

Have been wanting to make the visit for quite a while and while having something to celebrate I thought let's do it as it's about 45mins from home. I've been lucky enough to have been brought up with my mum's Indonesian food and it's hard to find in this part of the world now that I'm grown up but not able to have mum's anymore and I don't have the skills or patience to make my own. The food was amazing and I'm so glad we made the effort to make a visit and I'm sure it won't be the last! Was great to chat with Ian and Siti and look forward to going back...maybe in the day next time and we can appreciate the scenery of Llantwit Major ❤️❤️❤️

Went to Frolics today and cannot recommend it highly enough. Food was delicious! We ended up having the 3 courses! Lady (didn’t take her name) who served us was so lovely, best customer service ever! We will be returning.

Absolutely loverly roast dinner couple that run it out talking to kids perfect for bite to eat with your family and the processo not to bad either hahaha

Rocket and Rye truly outdid themselves with their beef Sunday dinner! The portion was generous, perfectly satisfying a hearty appetite. What stood out was the quality of the beef – tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The array of vegetables served alongside were excellent. Each bite was a blend of homely comfort and culinary expertise. Definitely a must visit for anyone craving a top-notch Sunday feast!

I can confidently say this is the best pizza I’ve had. Very impressed 🫡🤙

Was a little hard to find as it's hidden behind a pub the Star inn. Once in though the Sunday Lunch was delicious as was the dessert popcorn Panna Cotta

Lunch At Twelve catered at our wedding on 12th July 2024 and I could not recommend them more. Neil and Delyth were brilliant in the run up to the wedding, with constant and clear communication. Every challenge we had they calmly found a solution and kept both myself an my partner at ease. They had to cater for over 20 different dietary requirements at a venue they'd never catered at before but still provided amazing food all round. They also went out of their way to make sure that myself and my husband had opportunities to eat throughout the day so we didn't miss any of the canopies and meals. They also made alternative vegetarian canopies for myself even though I told them that they don't need to do this. They really exceeded any expectations for caterers that we had and delivered the most amazing food! Ruby & Joe
