The best restaurants in Bitterne Southampton South East

We had cod and chips , it was by far the best fish and chips we have had anywhere around Southampton. Only a few minutes drive from my house but never used as there is another 3 in between , will only be going to Hooked from now on.

Been coming here for years, never had any problems. Food has always been lush , especially the chicken kebabs.. Staff are always friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone.

The food arrived much earlier than the predicted time and it was delicious.

Food was terrible. The Mystery is a good name of this takeaway, as it was a mystery finding any flavour in the chicken tikka masala. The first and last time I’ll be ordering from here.

Honestly very disappointed, bland and flavourless curry, plain and stodgy rice and soggy poppadoms and bhaji's. Not one good element of the whole meal. Chicken in curry over cooked as well. Won't order from there again.

Great coffee and great price. Pure quality and prices.

We ordered just under £50 worth of drinks and hot food from this Costa and when several items didn’t turn up, we called the restaurant. They didn’t care. They just said we should claim a refund from Uber. They didn’t care to inform us or offer alternatives like other Costa shops do, they just couldn’t be bothered to make a couple of coffees and send two slices of cake. Poor poor service. And not the fault of Uber! They only deliver what they’re given.
