mum and i are both regular customer, of the cafe and the staff were brillant normaly welcoming and frendly . This day we were metting my sister in the cafe as well, mum always pays which is a lot of money for her. At around 30.00, When the food arrived the chesse and ham were tostie crossient not present

Terrible food - not well cooked. Plates and cutlery very dirty... had at least 10 plates removed - dirty with left overs from earlier. Glasses dirty as well. Ice machine didn't work ... milk came out... maybe later it'll be fine. With respect for your heath.. reconsider eating here.

We ordered biggest pizza available in the store and paid for that but received smaller. When called to store then guy was very rude and was not ready accept anything. They are lier and providing rude customer service. Dont spoil your time here. Never gona order anything anywhere.

Ordered from Uber eats with 3 cheese and toasted sandwiches, not one had cheese or was toasted. Ordered beef nachos and beef wasn’t included. Absolutely pathetic

The decor looks nice and that’s about it! I went with my friends and we were all utterly disappointed in the taste and quality of the food, absolutely angin! Uncooked, flavourless and smelt bad too. Overpriced for the disgusting slabs of meat and burnt chips, lamb chops and burgers were also horrible in taste! Never going there again!

Extremely rude staff unable to follow and read simple instructions and cross contamination is a major concern with this branch putting health and safety of the customers at risk!!!! WHY DO YOU THINK IT IS OKAY TO SEND A PORK PIZZA TO A VEGETARIAN!! Despite clearly reading the wrong order and being told MANY times the correct order which was placed they hang up the phone and make names up when ask customers service is extremely poor and refuse to apologise for there own mistakes or give a refund! Each staff member who answers pretends they are the manger when you ask to speak to the manger. (Abbas) and the other rude lady who claimed her name is (Kaur) learn some basic customer service skills and some manners as well as to READ! If not go to some classes. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful branch will be taking further action as calls where recorded as well as pictures taken after your appalling poor service and rude attitude and shouting at the customers when you know you are in the WRONG! IT DOES NOT HURT TO OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE AS CLEARLY READING IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO WORK ON!

Just a drinking pub. There is nothing wrong with that. Staff were friendly and they boast a great beer garden

this is my second visit and its just poor service . hardly any of the staff speak any English. my order was completely wrong even though it was repeated serval times! service is also very slow. its would be helpfull if the staff could speak english or even understand it. you seem to have loads of staff in there yet service dismal. me nor my company will be returning. even when it is empty in there you have to ages for your order to be completed and then the food or presentation is not great!

Had a short break so ordered from chunkys, after 15 minutes they refused order. Didn’t have time to order from anyone else

We were in the UK for 2 weeks and had takeaway from here several times for nostalgia. The food tasted almost exactly as I remember it, from 15 years ago. We had big orders of food, nothing was missing, food tasted good (although I prefer the old pancake rolls which were just bean sprouts, onion and ham, and the chicken Chinese style was nothing like it used to be). Enjoyed the chili chicken, meal G, pancake rolls, prawn toast, egg fried rice, crispy duck and curry sauce.

Awful cakes and rude customer service. Do not go if you like nice dessert. This is one of the worst dessert places in Slough. Don't waste your money

I got the cookie dough with ice cream... the positives were the ice cream. That's all. Toilets ate shared.. it's 2023 and men still can't piss correctly. Cookie dough wasn't dough it was an over cooked crispy cookie. Definitely avoid.

I ordered was told half hour to 45 mins delivery and still nothing 1hr 15mins and food was cold driver and person rude will not be returning that's for sure

Dishonest staff. These guys can't even get a happy meal right. Firstly they said that they didn't have any books - ok, no problem. But then they tried to convince us that the "toy" could be balloon - the kind that you get just for asking at any McD's. Tip: If you've run out of toys and books be honest about it - don't lie.

Overdone chips. Large portion size is measly. Tasted like they had been sat there for a while. Chicken dry as hell. Mr Cod used to be the goto chip shop back in the day. Won't be going there again. Avoid, go to Burnham Lane chippy!
