this is my second visit and its just poor service . hardly any of the staff speak any English. my order was completely wrong even though it was repeated serval times! service is also very slow. its would be helpfull if the staff could speak english or even understand it. you seem to have loads of staff in there yet service dismal. me nor my company will be returning. even when it is empty in there you have to ages for your order to be completed and then the food or presentation is not great!

We used to be regulars in here but no more, the staff seem moody and started to overcharge us. We now go elsewhere as it's cheaper

I went it to get breakfast deal, but I was very disappointed by the staff saying we stopped doing breakfast deal, where as it’s mandatory that every Franchise owner shud provide breakfast deal. But this owner was doing breakfast but suddenly they stopped isn’t this violation of the subway terms & conditions

Very rude staff. I forgot my reading glasses at home so I went to the counter to order my meal however the staff member wouldn't serve me Was told to use the electronic booking system without my reading glasses couldn't place a order I walked out not any staff was borthed. STAY AWAY

Terrible food - not well cooked. Plates and cutlery very dirty... had at least 10 plates removed - dirty with left overs from earlier. Glasses dirty as well. Ice machine didn't work ... milk came out... maybe later it'll be fine. With respect for your heath.. reconsider eating here.

Extremely rude staff unable to follow and read simple instructions and cross contamination is a major concern with this branch putting health and safety of the customers at risk!!!! WHY DO YOU THINK IT IS OKAY TO SEND A PORK PIZZA TO A VEGETARIAN!! Despite clearly reading the wrong order and being told MANY times the correct order which was placed they hang up the phone and make names up when ask customers service is extremely poor and refuse to apologise for there own mistakes or give a refund! Each staff member who answers pretends they are the manger when you ask to speak to the manger. (Abbas) and the other rude lady who claimed her name is (Kaur) learn some basic customer service skills and some manners as well as to READ! If not go to some classes. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful branch will be taking further action as calls where recorded as well as pictures taken after your appalling poor service and rude attitude and shouting at the customers when you know you are in the WRONG! IT DOES NOT HURT TO OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE AS CLEARLY READING IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO WORK ON!
