Subway in Slough

Over the years Ive been a regular customer here. Recently service has gone very downhill, constantly missing items from my orders, enough is enough. I am no longer ordering from you

I got food poisoning. someone sort this place out pls.

I wanted to take a moment to recognise the outstanding service provided by Neha and Waheem at Subway Farhnam Road. Their teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit enjoyable. Neha always greets customers with a smile and ensures the Subs are made exactly to order, showing great care in preparation. Waheem is equally impressive, maintaining a clean and organised workspace while delivering quick and efficient service. Together, they create a welcoming environment and make customers feel valued. Their dedication and positive attitudes are truly appreciated and set a high standard for customer service. Thank you both and I shall return soon.

With the asked price food is given 3 stars. Staff was really helpful at this branch at the time of visit. 5 First time in Slough though.

We order to the office and it never disappoints us, It’s HALAL. Everyone is happy

I went it to get breakfast deal, but I was very disappointed by the staff saying we stopped doing breakfast deal, where as it’s mandatory that every Franchise owner shud provide breakfast deal. But this owner was doing breakfast but suddenly they stopped isn’t this violation of the subway terms & conditions

disguting service, placed an order on uber eats, recieved wrong order, plus it was freezing cold?? Currently trying to get a refund for it right now. DO NOT order from this subway, there's plenty of other good ones locally.

Very friendly and helping staff, good and fresh food. I really appreciate the patience of staff with clients even during rush hours.

I got food poisoning from this subway twice, so be careful and look at your food closely before eating it

Place run by crooks how am I being told no salad is allowed within a breakfast sub however there is nothing to say this isn’t allowed when asked why this is the case was told it’s store policy which isn’t true these guys need to be looked into

It was ok, haven't been here in ages but prices have definitely gone up significantly not very clean literally cheese has bits on it the cookies box was not clean look at my pictures even the drink dispenser had to use my sleeve. Don't think I would come back in a rush or I would try another store and service was literally not friendly at all looked like the staff didn't want to be there literally it was all the ladies. There used to be a man working there he was really friendly.

It's gool nice food but little they need to give u a bit more for the price

I am extremely concerned when it comes to food safety and this place freaked me out as they had bell peppers mixed with steak just to increase the volume. This is obviously not allowed and a food hazard. Also the staff was rude.

Nice quick service...food is fresh...toilets and seating available and it's halal!!

Dragos Iancu provided me with the most ethereal service I have ever received in my measly existence,his otherworldly sandwich skills have given me a unique outlook on life and existence itself,and has left me with a full mind (and a full belly.)

Literally the slowest, dumbest and unstructured subway I have been to. Long queue.. 3 members of staff... one standing at the till waiting to put something through, 2nd waiting to put salad on the sandwich and the 3rd making the sandwich.... how about learning to multi task and getting the staff that are literally just standing there waiting for work helping out? Such a dumb store, had to walk out.

Staff do not understand English. Did not get a single item right on my order then between Uber Eats and the incompetent workers struggled to get a full refund. Will not order again

I’ve been here early to get my sub expecting them to have the right stock but they’ve been out of the gluten free bread a few times now.

Great store, good staff and I would say the option for a halal subway is always a bonus with the amount of times I have come across none halal ones so for me all round this is a worthy subway to attend especially for halal meat lovers with their options.

Standard subway. Good food, friendly staff. The place always looks clean and tidy.

Broken toilet, hasn’t been fixed for months.

Portion sizes extra small for the prices and plus don't except subway coupons if you running a franchise you got to accept all the rules not pick and chose I personally wouldn't bother with this subway even though halal not much customer service or good portion sizes

Brilliant service by a lovely man who wasn't stingy with fillings.

I asked for more salad and the person god mad saying no. I was like hmmm I don't mind paying more. Didn't like the experience at all. Also when you pay with card it highlighted as a meat store.

Meat was cold although i asked for heated I didn't get what I ordered ..steak and cheese ..no cheese!!!

Just this one is halal.u can have chicken,meatballs and lots of options. Love it

Lovely Subway! From Teriyaki, Italian Spicy to Chicken Breast in Italian herbs and cheese bread were fantastic. Very nice staff. Go for it..

Halal subway which is a bonus. I actually only gave 2 stars originally but they seem to have improved considerably with the amount of toppings they put in so well done!!

They keep increasing the price and it's simply not worth it anymore. 15 quid for a sandwich, drink, and packet of crisps. 2.40 delivery fee AND 1.10 service fee. May aswell go to the shop yourself and get it for under half the price.

I like this little subway. Usually got friendly staff! They're fairly fast in here too if you're in a rush.

Consistent food from here. Staff were nice and friendly, to me that's the reason I'll go back. Can't wait to try the vegetarian meatballs when I visit next.

Subway is very bad, not just this one, I had a bacon roll on the m40 somewhere, dry roll, no spread and 2 dry bits of bacon, I was the only customer so if they struggled with my food then its terrible

pop in for other people find its selection for vegetarians boring as same vegetable patty. they should focus on their vegetarian range

Very ruth manager.The young girl tried to be helpful, the other lady or manager, I have no clue what she was, keep looking at her phone, standing by the till , ignoring the customer. Such a shame, a staff like her should not be in the customer service.

Excellent service - thank you very much. I rang pre hand to check that they had all breads and they saved me the bread I wanted 😃. Great service from the staff as well.

Took the lady about 15 minutes to make my sub, I couldn't hear her questions over the counter. Needs improvements. Clean toilets.

I had dinner at this place yesterday evening and a very polite girl served me. Excellent customer service. I was impressed the way she served me. Well done 👍🏻

Worst customer service ever. Asking for a little more olives when the guy put a pinch and tells me it’s company policy to put 6 olive slices in each sandwich. Terrible service, don’t even bother with this place

The food quality is the same as any other subway. Service is quick and efficient the staff also don't mind smiling at you unlike the store in Langley.

This is one of the poorest subways i have been to. They have rude obnoxious staff. And are very stinfy with sauces and salads. They often charge extra

Can't go wrong with a subway, although the service was a bit slow/disorganised.

They changed their groves without me asking.

The manager at this Subway is the entire reason for it's plummet to the very lowest quality you can imagine. He thinks just because he's the manager that being polite and customer service isn't required of him? Mate you're running a Subway, not a 5 star hotel, don't get rude with customers just because you have to serve once in a while. If you're hungry for a 6 inch, get a footlong if you see him serving, because you won't get even half the filling that you would at Trading Estate or if any of his other staff are serving you. If you ask for more sauce after the pittance he puts in, he'll look at you like he's trying to make the ground open up and swallow you with his mind. Complete waste of money going here for what you get with this guy. Pretty sure he waters down the southwest sauce too because nowhere else does it look or taste as runny as it does here. Shocking he's still in charge after many years of poor, rude and inadequate service. Hopefully his lousy business decisions catch up with him and someone else takes over. If you want a decent sandwich, the ones off the shelf in Sainsburys across the road will fill you up more.

Sometimes the staffs don't understand the order ,you keep repeating.

Subway sell delicious food and I love the way you can get exactly what you want in the sub roll and choice of sub too. The meal deal is good value as well.

The usual fast food outlet now doing salads as an upgrade. Same choice from an established chain outlet. Clean and friendly.

The 9 Grain Wheat bread should be a certified laxative.

Typical Subway... usual service. One of the smaller Subways I have seen but service is on par.

Worst place to go to. I would never got here again. They make mistakes by not taking orders properly, and then try and blame you. They don't understand English and are extremely rude to you. Me and my friend had such an awful experience. I have never been to such an awful Sub before. It should be shutdown :(

Reasonable service but fillings were not that tasty, I have eaten in so many Dubai Subways, this was disappointing compared to Dubai, the sandwich was mediocre at best. The service was bland, with very little in the way of smiles,. I do think I am being unfair comparing it with the magic of Dubai, you can not achieve the heights of Dubai Downtown in Slough.

Subway says it all plus side it's Halal.

Worst Subway in the whole of Berkshire. Seriously, walk or drive further out because this one is terrible. Not only do they constantly make a mess of the food mixing them in other tubs, but their staff make the messiest sandwiches going. Their current manager is also rude, smug and looked like he was literally sweating ON the food last time I was there. Eww, no thank you.
