Dishonest staff. These guys can't even get a happy meal right. Firstly they said that they didn't have any books - ok, no problem. But then they tried to convince us that the "toy" could be balloon - the kind that you get just for asking at any McD's. Tip: If you've run out of toys and books be honest about it - don't lie.

Went in around 8pm .. Staff standing around at the back doing nothing, waited quite some time for our order. A little strange that you have to pour your own drinks. Whilst they were standing around they could’ve been clearing up the seating area that was PILED UP high on all tables. Place was absolutely filthy. We was going to sit in but decided against this after seeing the state of it. Asked for our food to be bagged, we just had a bag thrown at us and had to put it all in ourselves. Manager also had a face like a slapped a*se. Will not be returning. Sort your staff out, zero customer service skills.

I have never known a Mcdonalds to be disorganized. I ordered from the app, 20 minutes later i received my order COLD!!!! I saw one customer ask for his take away order to be packed in a bag, he was handed one and had to pack himself!!! He had 4 drinks as well was he supposed to juggle his whole order out the store. Staff not knowing what station there working at, over flowing milkshake machine left unattended. The manger just resting by the door watching this unfold. This wasn't very busy at the time. The staff need to be fully trained, understanding of Mcdonal's training guide not standing there chatting /messing around while orders are waiting

On Friday 1st of July my husband and son ordered hamburgers using the drive through. When they open the hamburgers at home somebody had taken a bite from one of them. Unfortunately I did not take a photo as I was so disgusted I immediately binned it! If I could give a zero rating I would have! I would advice people to carefully check there food before eating it!

Saw a young Asian man get abused by a young white male a couple of Sundays ago. Lots of rough types. The staff were lovely and service fine.

Had to make my own drink, no ice dispenser, no wraps of any sort, no toffee lattes, the server was rude, the coffee machine malfunctions. Thank god it’s not my local, absolute embarrassment.

Decent Macdonald inside Asda super store. Noting special, if you want quick bite to eat after shopping then get a burger. It could get busy sometimes.

This is in ASDA and there always seem to be a queue. Some of the staff are not very polite and seem to run out of stuff for the coffee machine a lot or condiments

The title says it all...thought we would try the Ranch Californian..looks nice...but... Not a busy time of day to be fair only about 10 sitting down...lots of staff ...1 serving all the rest chatting ...texting (at the back of the kitchen) The queue was 15 long at one stage with 3 orders waiting...terrible and then the food eventually arrived... The assembled one is as it should look. When I complained I was told this is how it is... McDonald's rep on their website thanked me for informing them and said they will inform the manager...thats nice Go to a "proper" McDonald's notbthis one in Asda...so unprofessional

Visited on july 2016 with my wife and kids, really crowded with no space for my son buggy, i don't expect much from a mcdonalds but at least to get my order right

It's a McDonald's, it does exactly what you expect. Minimal service by disinterested staff, supplying very average cheap food.

Dropped in with a colleague to have a spot of lunch after an early start, The food was good , the eating area was clean and tidy, Enjoyed the company and the food.

I ordered 3 times in 3 different weeks mcflurry galaxy ice cream and each time just had some chocolate dust. Where is the chocolate? :)) one of the worst Mcdonald's...

Tried the nacho chicken wrap which was superb. Plus it was the deli of the day option so only 1.99 GBP! Service was quick too.

Food was cold my wife found hair in her burger staff were rude but worst of all we watched a member of staff pick her nose then handle food never going back
