i have been waiting for an hour for my delivery and they still have not made my order. they keep changing the times, and have now delayed my order by 20 minutes. service is so poor and they need to get more staff

This is the worst dessert place made till today, they do not even deserve one star. I have no idea what was going through their minds when making this place and employing such ill mannered people. The customer service is ridiculous, the staff are tremendously rude, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable especially the 2 females. Considering I had a very exhausting day, I just wanted to have some dessert, instead I received a revolting and cold dessert when it was supposed to be “hot”. Who on earth serves a guest with cold chocolate with strawberries? Only a fool with no brains would. I do not recommend this place for a dessert there are many alternatives in Slough, I wasted my time and my money. I forgot to mention how exceedingly over priced they are. Absolutely rubbish.

69 Salt Hill WayI ordered cheese steak loaded fries for takeaway and while eating one of my bites had a piece of plastic in it. It’s a shame because the food tastes good and i’m sure it was an accident but has put me off coming here again :( edit since the owner wants to get cheeky. You can’t instantly assume i’m lying. There was no hostility in my review and I even acknowledged that it was probably an accident. As i mentioned, I bought the food for takeaway so wasn’t going to go back at iftaar time just for that. also, by the time i had that bite, i had finished most of it so it just seemed pointless to actually call and complain. I didn’t take a photo as I was with my family and didn’t want to make it a big deal or to put them off their food. I’ve posted this review instead just so you guys can be a bit more aware and careful while preparing your food to prevent it from happening again. It would’ve been perfectly okay for you to just acknowledge you went wrong without accusing me of lying lol.
