Amazing food best burgers around can’t get enough there burgers

Food overcooked took 25 mins and it is sooo spicy ( I can handle spicy btw). Didn’t ask him to put peppers on my Philly cheese steak but of course he did and in front off me someone ordered then when the were like halfway cooking the customer canceled the order and you know what they did with the food? Put it back in the fridge so they can use that with next customer.

Been going here for years. All the staff and management are really kind and helpful. Food is always on point. Very fast service. And price is very reasonable compared with the portions sizes. The best food place in Central Slough. 5 mins walk from slough rail station.

First shop i have ever been to that charges for sauces. Never going here again.

I recently dined at Big Boy Kitchen, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. Best Food place in Slough by farrrr🔥😋👌

Amazing burgers, loaded fries and wings. The Nashville hot deluxe burger was juicy and lip smacking. Smokester with juicy Lucy patty was great tasting but the patty was on the drier side. The Loaded fries were near perfect. We tried Nashville wings, buffalo wings and barbecue wings. I don't like Barbecue flavour much but theirs was pretty good. The Nashville were my favourite and the Buffalo were slightly too tangy for my taste. Enjoyed everything and eager to go back and try other items on the menu.

Food has always been decent been coming here for years recently started charging for sauces even with meals when it’s like £11 a meal already; atleast have the courtesy to give some sauces with a meal. I think the recent hype on social media has made the customer service and standards drop slightly also. Edit: After the owner has tried responding by stating I am out here trying to slate him and his business for charging for sauces? When every other takeaway in the area gives me 2 dips with every meal I buy. The fact you’re stating I am out here trying to put down your business when I’m putting across a very valid point when you’re charging a premium price you should be providing the right service and product. P.S calling your customers cowardly isn’t a good look bud. Update 2: So since you asked for the names of the takeaways who are not tight with their sauces we’ve got Makhalal, Chipster, Pepe’s, Chicken Cottage, Mr COD shall I continue? Just don’t be a stingy mate and give your customers sauces.

I made my way over to Big boys kitchen last week after a long wait and looking at the mouth water videos of what they have to offer, as cliche as it sounds, I was not disappointed. I went over there with my son and we ordered 2 philly cheese steaks, 1 mac and cheese, 1 portion of buffalo wings and 2 oreo shakes. The wings were fried which were a combination of flats and drums or niblets as some people call them. Coated in a tangy and addictive buffalo flavour, not too spicy and falling off the bone. The mac n cheese, I opted for the standard but it still had some kind of spicy flavour. I love mac n cheese and I think I would have liked if they provide more options like, bread crumbs. chives or jalapeños on top. Nonetheless, I polished my portion off and the level of cheese to mac ratio was on point The phillys, this was interesting. There was the usual steak, cheese, peppers and onions but the meat had a really pleasant flavour to it which I was not expecting and definitely made this a unique item to big boys. The bread was not too dense and held together well enough for me to devour the sub. It's worth the price and the portion is quite healthy so make sure you bring your appetite as well as your wallet 😉 The oreo shakes were an awesome way to finish off the fantastic meal. I would highly recommend Big boys as a place to either grab a takeaway or dine in with friends or family. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere inside was pleasant, the restaurant looks modern with a good vibe and I would definitely return to try more items from the menu.

A hidden gem in Slough! The burgers were one of the best we had, loaded fries were spot on. Visited with my family the staff are fantastic very welcoming and a family feel to the place, would highly recommend we will be back soon.

Hands down, the best place in Slough, both food and energy/customer service from staff are on point. As a regular, never has disappointed. I recommend the Beef Mexicano burger, Nashville Deluxe, and Cheese Steak loaded fries. 02/01 Came back today try their take on a spud and their new bossman burger… oh my! The exact comfort food for this cold weather. The crunch on the spicy bossman didn’t disappoint and was extremely filling. As always the service is spot on, keep up the hard work ladies and gents 🫡🫡🫡

Best burgers in West London by far, excellent portion size and very good value for money.

They have recently put prices up and have been charging extra for dips, even though they should be coming free as a meal. The fact that it doesn’t come with the meal when we are paying £13 is ridiculous

100% recommend going to this fast food place. The burgers are huge (IMHO), loaded with flavour. I got the Nashiville deluxe burger, and well worth the price. For a meal the price came to about £10 pwr person. Enjoyed the meal with my family, we arrived around 6.45, which was good as by the time we were done, around 8pm, it was getting busier.

Food sensational as always, the nashville burger is just 11/10. Service is always great and all the workers are so nice too.

Came all the way from Luton after a very strong recommendation from my cousin and i must say this food did not disappoint. I ordered the keema mac n cheese which was absolutely delicious, and i also ordered an oreo milkshake and i have to say this is the best milkshake i have ever had. My husband ordered the cheese steak loaded fries and spicy chicken mac and cheese which i tried too and again, i don’t have any faults, the only problem i have is that the food was so good my husband ate it all before i even could take pics… if that doesn’t show how good the food is i don’t know what will. The food was absolutely amazing to the point where my husband had to go back in to say how good the food was!!! Food prices are definitely value for money and the customer service was beyond exceptional, in fact my husband said this is the best customer service he’s received! Thank you to all the team and thank you to Saff for the service you’ve given us!

I had seen so much on Instagram about this place and it did not disappoint. We ordered American burgers, cajun chicken loaded fries, plain fries (which came with seasoning) and Ferrero milkshake. Husband fell in love with the loaded fries. It was a portion enough to feed 2 people. Towards the end we had no appetite left to have the burgers and took it home to have later. Best loaded fries! The milkshake was not very sweet, the perfect flavour and touched all the right sweet notes. Over all the noise level was too high as there were groups of men who all were speaking more than eating their food 🔊 but i suppose we can accomodate some noise if the food is so damn good!! Definitely worth the hype. PS: burger was also nice but cajun chicken loaded fries takes the crown

Really disappointed in this place- we just made an order via uber eats and asked for tomato to be removed from the burger due to sensitivities to raw tomato, Then recieved a notification to say they can't remove ingredients. We then selected the option to continue the order without instructions but they cancelled the order anyway. It shouldn't be that difficult to not include the tomato from a burger and to cancel even after we accepted for the ingredients to be kept on is really frustrating.

We had to wait 40 mins for our food. It would've been nice to let us know how long it would take. While waiting, we had to smell all the cooking flavours that got in our clothes as its not separated. However the food is really nice and no wonder why they're so busy. Good portions and flavours.

I ordered the Cajun loaded fries, Nashville Hot Burger, Nashville Wings, BBQ Wings and Philly Cheesesteak. Cajun fries were good, the sauce and flavours were something different to what I’ve had and tasted really good and was filling. Never had something like this. Creamy cheesy and cajuny. Nashville burger was a let down, the spice level wasn’t really there and the chicken breast was small. I’m a fan of Nashville but this wasn’t it. Nashville Wings were ok, wings are small. More flavour than the burger tbf but still wasn’t hot enough. Bbq wings are ok. Philly cheese steak had no flavour. No seasoning to the beef. Literally just tasted bread and cheese and some peppers. If it had more seasoning in the steak and some more sauce it would be much better. But really tasteless with the roll. Customer service needs training as I found the guy on the phone not helpful as this was my first time trying out the place. Once at the till as well was pretty much the same. He wasn’t the worst. Just would’ve liked a little help in explaining the menu. Also there was a movie being played on one of the menu screens. Terminator Salvation. Which I found really really odd. Overall had higher hopes than normal, as people rave on about this place. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing. Inshallah it will be. All the best.

If you are in slough and love food, don’t go anywhere else. They have the most consistent, food around the area. Every time food is perfect, my fav are chilli con carne loaded fries and Nashville chicken burger and wrap(love them both). Not a big fan of smash burgers so can’t say but the above I have tried repeatedly and it’s amazing every single time. Price is very reasonable too. The owner is just a top guy so friendly and welcoming.

I was in the mood for Mac n Cheese, and I'm not from the area, so I googled it. BigBoy's kitchen came up and had great reviews, so I decided to try it. It was worth the mile and a half walk for the spicy chicken mac n cheese and bbq wings combo. Loads of chicken in the pasta. To be honest, there could have been less, and I would still have been very happy. Best of all, though, was that there was lots of cheese in it, too. 10/10. Bbq wings were plentiful, really well cooked, and absolutely smothered in sticky sauce. 10/10 again. Next time I'm in the area, this will be the first place I visit.

Came here with friends. The food was good but service not so great. No smile and we had to wait nearly 30 min plus for our meal.

Cozy wee diner spot. The burgers were great, flavour and presentation. The chipotle sauce was lovely. Now the spicy chicken Mac and Cheese…it was nice don’t get me wrong, good portion with generous chicken but wasn’t conventional Mac and cheese, more like desi pasta mum would make in the house but like I said it was good, you won’t be disappointed but be mindful of that wee twang on some of the food. Lots of flavour but their own wee style.

My friend was visiting from South London so I decided to try this local spot on Friday. I had chicken however friend had beef and he had terrible food poisoning. Unacceptable and embarrassing as it gives all of Slough a band name for food standard !!!!

Avoid This Place – Made Me Constipated! I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience here that I feel obligated to warn others. I ate at this restaurant last night, and within hours, I ended up with a terrible upset stomach. I’m not sure if it was the Nashville burger or steak loaded chips, but the food didn’t taste fresh, and now I’m paying for it. The presentation was sloppy, the steak loaded chips looked disgusting. I should’ve trusted my instincts and sent it back, but I didn’t want to make a fuss. Now, I seriously regret it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value your health, stay far away.

Twice Bitten, Never Again – Made Me Sick Both Times! I’ve given this place two chances, and both times I ended up with an upset stomach. The first time, I thought it might’ve just been a fluke, but after eating here again and getting sick twice, it’s clear something is seriously wrong with their food. Both visits, the food tasted off, almost like it wasn’t fresh or properly cooked. The service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to any concerns. For the price, the quality was abysmal, and now I’m regretting my decision to return. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

I am very disappointed to write this, but it has come to my attention that after i ordered nashville wings no sauce, i received buffalo wings with plenty of sauce. This very mistake ruined my experience with big boys, considering this has never happend before, I didn't enjoy my meal, and will be avoiding ordering from here because i enjoy the satisfaction of correct orders.

First thing first. The food quality is fresh and it was cooked well. However, the flavours was lacking that boldness or punch. Tasted rather bland tbh chicken wings was drizzled with the sauce became soggy in the bag (buffalo) (bbq) better off getting the Nashville chicken wings but they are also lacking flavour. Don't be shy to spice it up

Big Boys Kitchen is an amazing burger house in Slough. The burger (Texas BBQ) was delicious. The fries were a standout, huge portion with a great seasoning. The chilli cheese bites were great. It was a very long wait for the food (a downfall of their popularity), but we'll worth it. My only down note was charging extra to swap the patty on the specials.

We went to lego land and stopped off here for dinner . The nashville burger and cheesy fries were10/10. The kids chicken burger was great . The milk shake was yummy to. Really happy we stopped here before we went back home .

UPDATE: 25/08 Visited again last night and my tastebuds were blown away by the food. The lamb mince pasta is sublime, and that beef burger with a nashville patty added in was out of this world 🤤. I discovered this place upon recommendation after complaining to a friend about there being too many places that do processed and frozen food and have the nerve to serve it up, something I would never serve my dog. Tucked away in a quiet residential area, you wouldn’t expect a place of this calibre to be situated here. I say of their calibre because the owners, the staff go above and beyond to make sure that customers get fresh, clean and ethical food.

Will have to check this out. Seen the big boy doing trump impression which is really nice. I love it when bussinesses go above and beyond to make get customers.

Wasn’t really that nice. I traveled from London just to go there. The food wasn’t even that nice. I was expecting better. Had a look at a few videos and it didn’t turn out that great. The place wasn’t that nice either. They may need health inspection because it felt so unhygienic

Honestly amazing place Edit: I wanted to write an honest review - I don't think my statement above does justice on that absolutely amazing food these boys make. Service is crazy these boys remember me (mainly because I always eat there) however I'm always treated like family. The owner is a kind and greatful man, the workers are kind and respectful very hardworking. Now the real reason why people go THE FOOD. Honestly best chicken burger place I've ate, could well be the best burger. - I urge you to try the Nashville Hot delux. The combinations are amazing crispy chicken burger combined with a brioche bun with hash brown and special sauces and salad. Truely a masterpiece.

Prices are a bit expensive when you upgrade for the big burgers, nearly £15 for a burger and chips, and I got left with a bad stomach and toilet problem, and the service was really slow, waited 30 mins for a burger, not sure I’d go again :(

Place was really good got served quick on plus food portion wise is the best. One of the staff members samuella was really good even though was under pressure by other customers.

I had high hopes since the reviews were good. I ordered the Cajun chicken loaded fries, assuming that it will come as “loaded fries”. This was simply shredded plain chicken with some sort of pasta sauce and melted cheddar cheese. The customer service is awful too, I politely told the young waiters that this tastes like pasta. It took 3 different waiters to understand, and I didn’t get a simple apology. I think the waiters are slacking as there was no manager. Left hungry and £10 down.

I’ve had to update this review to reflect recent experiences. The food is great but as this place has become popular they haven’t expanded and often there’s too many people ordering resulting in long waits or no food. I’ve attempted to call this place on multiple occasions and couldn’t get through they just don’t answer the phone - especially the junior crew the boss seems to answer if he’s there (although can’t say this with any certainty either). It is a shame because I was a regular and the food is good but service just seems to stink lately - at least the part few months. I’ll update the review should I see a positive change in the service.

The food is very nice And fresh

2020/2021 saw a lot of burger places pop up in and around Slough. To be honest they are all fairly good, as in none of the mass produced tasteless nonesense any more. Now, Big Boy’s Kitchen has taken it up a notch. It is by far the best of all of those new grills. I can honestly say they are probably the best burger joint in Slough. The menu is great, the management are super friendly and the burgers are BIG, juicy and so damn yummy! So many flavours without loosing the meatiness how do you guys do it???
