Terrible food - not well cooked. Plates and cutlery very dirty... had at least 10 plates removed - dirty with left overs from earlier. Glasses dirty as well. Ice machine didn't work ... milk came out... maybe later it'll be fine. With respect for your heath.. reconsider eating here.

Firstly my online order was 20 mins late, both pizzas were cold as well as the 1 starter which tasted stale, the second starter was not delivered. I requested that the door was not to be knocked as my daughter works nightshift, but the driver still ignored my comments. When my daughter complained the person who made the pizza answered the phone, he was rude aggressive and unpolite to her, which is unacceptable i definitely will not be visiting Pizza hut and will take this matter up with your Head office

I had very bad experience with Langley Pizza Hut yesterday night. I found piece of meat in my veggie sizzler pizza. I called them to complain but the Manager Name Danny said we can't do nothing about it. He simply said sorry. I asked some one should be responsible this is matter of religious beliefs. Then he said I will find out who was on duty yesterday and will update me but when I tried to call them back to get update they kept putting me on hold or was not answering the call. After dialing more then 20 times, he said the same thing, he can't do anything about it. Then he put me through the lady Name Zeena she said she have lodge my complain to the area manager. I will never order pizza from them. Such a bad staff and customer service.

I must say that this is one of the best Pizza take away and their quality is one of the best. They have lots of offers in summer in addition to Tuesday offer. It's real value for money also staff is very friendly.

Yummy pizzas and very quick service, delivered by a gentle and polite driver. I would rate it 10 out of 10. Thank you.

I went to order a pizza and the member of staff was extremely friendly. The pizza was ready on the time allocated and it was delicious.

I do find that their menu or basically the pizza formula has changed so no longer appealing . Also I find the staff do not wear any food gloves so find this aspect off putting . I did raise the question with the staff but they could not give a valid answer

I ordered my pizza from pizza hut which is here. I waited 13 minutes when I was told 10-12 minutes. when I opened my box, I noticed my pizza was upside down. I then complained about this mishap, This tall, young polish man was very helpful in telling me that I had the box was upside down. After this the pizza was nice but yet again i had another issue arise grrr... There was no dips in my bag when i ordered the food, I made sure there was exactly 2 BBQ and 1 half of A sour cream one. I went back to the hut to be greeted by the same young polish man. This time he was still helpful and pointed that they were on the lid of the pizza. Oh how we did ave' a giggle. After all this the pizza was mediocre.

Ordered a veggie pizza and a meat one. We watched them though the hatch make the meat one and then do my vegetarian one without washing their hands. When I mentioned it to them, they just laughed at me. DO NOT EAT THERE IF YOUR VEGETARIAN. bad food and bad service
